Our experience at Kempinski The Boulevard with our 4‑ and 3‑year‑olds was mixed. The property itself is elegant and well‑located, but as a family traveling with young children, we found the stay less smooth than expected.

There was a noticeable lack of clear direction, which made navigating the hotel and its facilities challenging. With kids in tow, this added unnecessary stress. Unfortunately, the staff were not as helpful or attentive as we had hoped—they seemed less proactive in guiding us or offering support, which is especially important when traveling with little ones.

But the location is awesome !

This is a hotel that’s absolutely not at luxury standard. At a good location but staff attitude (except for room staff) is bad. We had two twin rooms and the hotel said only one twin room was booked and the other was a double bed. Room size wasn’t accurate too, trip.com stated 45sqm but hotel told us it’s only 41sqm. The curtain isn’t clean too, attached photo proof. Kitchen utensils weren’t clean too. On my first night, I called to ask to provide an option as there was construction going on even at 3am midnight, concierge said they would check but never return a call after.

We stayed for one night as a group of four and enjoyed close rooms on request the staff was helpful and when we told them we were celebrating my sisters graduation they didn’t hesitate to bring us a complimentary cake. The rooms are clean and the location is perfect it took us 6 minutes from our room to the mall.

Loved every bit, breakfast was awesome. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Anastasia was our host for the first day and her smile made us start our everyday there very beautifully. She was exceptionally lovely. 

The hotel's location within the Siam shopping district is fantastic, and it boasts a beautiful garden. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. However, despite specifically requesting a quiet room when checking in, I was given a room on the 3rd floor facing the street. The staff assured me it would be quiet at night, but after midnight, there was constant motorcycle noise, making it anything but peaceful. Furthermore, for a room costing over 3000 baht a night, they didn't even provide a Dyson hairdryer. It feels quite stingy and like they're deliberately differentiating between the executive suites.

We expected more from the hotel, but our expectations didn't match the reality. The hotel is beautiful and in a very convenient location, BUT! The rooms are a bit dated, especially the family room we were given. Worn-out and squeaky floors, a dirty sofa and table – even the cleaning service fell short here. We managed to arrange a swap at reception for two double rooms instead of the family room, which is commendable for the team, well done! In return, we gained access to the lounge on the 17th floor, where we could order breakfast from a menu, enjoy a mini buffet from 2 PM to 4 PM, and from 5 PM, drinks, including alcoholic ones, were provided. The minibar in the room was complimentary.

The Tang Style Garden Hotel is really out of the way; there's nowhere nearby to even buy water or cigarettes! However, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the service more than makes up for the location! From the moment we stepped out of the car, the Golden Key concierge, Xiao Tang, opened the door and handled our luggage – it was a fantastic first impression! The red-clad lady in the lobby, Xiao Wu, was warm and attentive, and Zhu Yulu, who checked us in, had a wonderfully sweet smile. The room's bedding was incredibly comfortable, and it came equipped with a Dyson hairdryer and Natura Bissé toiletries, which I absolutely loved! The towels were super soft and luxurious too! In the afternoon, I ordered a small cake and a coffee at the Western restaurant and watched the sunset – it was incredibly relaxing. There was also a beautiful water show in the evening, though the lake had a bit too much moss, which wasn't as aesthetically pleasing. All in all, both the hardware and software make this probably the best hotel in Yangzhou! I will definitely be back~ I hope they maintain their quality and continue to improve!

Bringing my furry friend this time was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel is incredibly pet-friendly, truly! They thoughtfully prepared a pet bed, a dedicated pet hair dryer, pet towels, water bowls, and poop bags. Pets even receive a welcome gift (a pet plush toy). The room was spotlessly clean and completely odor-free. The pet-friendly rooms have a small courtyard, and they even provide a special pet key card! What touched me most was how the staff actively greeted my dog; this feeling of being respected and accepted was wonderful! I also want to thank the hotel staff, especially the lovely Zhang Yao, for her meticulous care! From introducing the hotel facilities to promptly bringing us mosquito repellent patches, and then, knowing I extended my stay for another night, bringing new key cards and all the dog's necessities directly to our room in the morning. Even though the hotel is a bit remote, it's truly worth it! This is the best pet-friendly hotel I've ever stayed at! Looking forward to my next visit!
