Fenomenal location close to everything + subway

Just be aware that there is the Roof Top Bar with Lou music friday-saturday until 4AM (18th floor) we could hear it a little bit from 9th floor so closer floors might have suffered it a little more...or they maybe joined the party??!!! Needs to be 21 to get in.
Saturday Sundays entry is admitted to everyone as they offer Brunch Service there.
The grab&go thing is great for breakfast and also if you want to grab something to eat during long days visiting the city. Also ask for free water if needed!!!
The 10 dollars to spend every day per room is also good as you can use them to get some extra food or coffee or beer or discount when using the hotel bar/restaurants/club facilities.
In brief, very good place to stay in New York

It was a awesome hotel. Perfect location and safe too!
I’ll go here again.

Great decor! Friendly staff made the stay pleasant. They were very helpful with any questions we had including help us book a taxi to LaGuardia. The gym is also clean and has everything you need for a quick hotel workout before seeing the city. Perfect walking distance from Manhattan Bridge.

Conviennent location in midtown Manhattan , and very nice city view. The hotel offered Daily Cash for food and laundry. The room is small with some smart space design, suitable for travellers with light packages. I had a wonderful experience here.

Stayed at Moxys in Williamsburg Brooklyn. The hotel entrance is very cool. Looks like you are walking into a bar lounge. Very friendly staff. Location is perfect if you are looking for Retaurants and bars in walking distance.
My only complaint would be the room. We were offered the quad room. Four single beds. Looked like a dorm room. One bed on top of the other. Room was clean shower was nice. my only two issues were, the cost 500 US a night.. That was insane. The only Justification if 4 persons were each paying for themselves. And secondly charging 5 dollars for small bottle of water. ( step across the street and buy 2 big bottles for same price)

The check in was fast, friendly and efficient. The ambiance is a big plus. Bar and food service and offerings were excellent. Room was great and clean and comfortable. I'll stay here again

Perfect, excellent location and clean. The staff is very friendly and everything is set up for a great stay. Nothing to complain about except for the fire alarm going off twice during the night. With a young child, it was very difficult to handle as they were false alarms and it greatly disturbed our little one (bunk bed, so the alarm going off 1 meter from our ears was very, very hard to manage). Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The location was great for us, 4mins walk from Stratford station. The breakfast was good and easy check in (plus managed to check in early which really helped with leaving the bag in the room).

However, my young children and I were allocated a room on the first floor, from the design it appeared to also be an accessible room. The shower unfortunately didn’t drain so filled the entire floor of the bathroom, I travelled with young children so had to send someone else to reception at 10pm to assist for fear of someone wanting to use the loo at night as slipping on the wet room. When staff arrived, they weren’t surprised and just went to get a heap of towels to mop it up then I made a barrier for the showers in the morning.

My room had a Lavazza coffee machine- great, but it was broken completely unusable

When I reported my issues to check out, there wasn’t much customer service. The staff said she could make me a coffee to take away, and I could select some crisps from the side to take. Quite disappointed with this. I couldn’t move rooms in the night due to two young children fast asleep in bed, but this wasn’t offered anyway.

Considering it's London, this place offers incredible value. As I've mentioned before, a similar hotel in Paris La Défense would easily be over 1000 without taxes, and here, there are no tax issues at all. This really helps offset the other high costs of traveling in the UK. It's just a few minutes' walk from the tube station, and it feels very safe and secure.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to all the touristic places. Very accessible. The vibe of this hotel is excellent.

Cleanliness 5, Location 5, Service 5, Facilities/Amenities 4 (out of 5). Sometimes the noise from the floor above was a bit noticeable, but overall it was a quiet stay in a calm area. The tram station was very close, making it super convenient to get to the city center easily. There was no kettle, but it was great to be able to use the microwave on the first floor. The staff were also very kind.

We stayed at Moxy Frankfurt Airport in a family room and had a good experience overall. The family setup was surprisingly spacious for the four of us. It actually consists of two separate rooms, each with a queen bed and a queen-size sofa bed, which gave everyone plenty of space to spread out.

The amenities are pretty basic, but they have everything you need for a short stay. The bathroom was large, although the shower water temperature kept changing, which was a bit annoying.

Breakfast wasn't anything fancy, but there was enough variety and it did the job. A big plus is the large supermarket right downstairs that's open until 10 PM. It was super convenient for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything we forgot to pack.

One thing to be aware of: even though the hotel is only about 2 km from the airport, it's not really walkable. We ended up taking a taxi, which cost around €10–15 each way.
