The staff were outstanding and the pool was excellent. The buffet breakfast at the Arabian Court was impressive, though the one at the Palace fell below expectations. The dinner buffet did not feel worth the price, and the pool bar was disappointing. Cleanliness across the property could also be improved.

The hotel was amazing! They upgraded our room to a stunning Burj Khalifa view, which made our stay even more special. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful, everything you need is available, and there are great restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Highly recommended!

Very good, the butler service is in place, and the lobby manager is very professional and considerate!

We came and stay here only 1 night but it was amazing experience, the real 5 stars hotel with nice staff, beautiful room, balcony facing the horse race fields, nice infinity swimming pool and gym. Unfortunately my husband came late, otherwise we will have dinner in Prime their steak house. Breakfast was yummy, so many variants food you can try, and i have salmon for breakfast so love it. We were enjoyed to spent our weekend there. Thank you

My wife and I stayed from March 2nd to 5th, 2026. The pictures on the website really don't do this place justice – it's a truly luxurious hotel with first-class service.

When we walked into our room, we were absolutely blown away by its design, spaciousness, and the stunning view of the Bay of Kotor and the beautiful hotel grounds. The bathroom deserves a special mention; it's as large as the bedroom! It features a huge panoramic window (which can be covered by blinds), a spacious walk-in wardrobe, and even a sofa right in the middle.

The staff are beyond excellent, and I'm not talking about those with 'plastic' smiles. These are highly professional people with a genuine approach to guests. Breakfast is served à la carte, but everything is prepared and brought out very quickly. The hotel itself is located within the gated community of the new Portonovi development – it's an entire 'city' with hotels, apartments, restaurants, boutiques, and a beautiful marina filled with yachts.

I highly recommend everyone visit the town of Herceg Novi; it truly offers memorable experiences. The promenade, stretching 6 km, and of course, the old town, deserve special attention. At the very top of the old town, you'll find a Roman amphitheater. It just so happened that my wife and I were completely alone there, and we even felt like performers – singing our favorite songs.

Definitely recommend: this hotel is truly superb!

The service was superb, the rooms were spacious, the pools were divided into family and adult pools, and there was also a golf course. The entire hotel was like a botanical garden, which was truly a luxury in arid Mexico. The food at the hotel was very expensive; it's recommended to take an Uber to nearby restaurants instead of letting the hotel staff call a taxi for you, as the price would be equivalent to the round-trip Uber fare.
