If you're flying into Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport and planning to explore the city, this hotel's location is perfect. It's right by Belorussky Station, where the Aeroexpress train connects the airport to the city center. The hotel facilities are great, and the front desk staff, especially one gentleman, was incredibly nice. He upgraded my room and told me that a late check-out the next day wouldn't be an issue, as long as I let him know in advance. I really appreciated his warmth and helpfulness.

The bed was way too small. The location was convenient though, only a ten-minute walk to the subway. However, there was constant road construction right outside, which really affected getting around by taxi.

I chose their hotel for this business trip. The hotel environment was nice, and the surrounding transportation was convenient.

Conveniently located about 8 minutes’ walk from BTS Asok and Terminal 21. The hotel staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean, spacious and well-maintained. While the amenities provided could be improved in terms of quality, additional items like toothbrush sets are available upon request. There's a rooftop bar and hotel guests get to enjoy some discount. Plus, there are options for massage in close proximity. Overall, a comfortable stay in a good location.

Great amenities, with airport transfers from hotel to airport and buggy service to nearby attractions at Grand World. Service staff were polite. Breakfast had a great variety of selections.  

The only downer we had was the hotel room’s toilet bowl plumping system that caused a flood pee poop situation towards the end of our stay. First flood happened in the middle of the night, called in the repair team, and they fixed it. Early morning, the flood happened again when we used the toilet. Upon the second repair, the toilet bowl and floor was left in this state where poop stain toilet bowl and floor has left is unable to use our toilet before our check-out. 

Despite the great experience we had on the other aspect, this incident has left uncertain on returning to this hotel.
