The hotel environment is very good. There is also a cafe on the first floor, and the room will provide clean raincoats every day. Although disposable supplies need to be picked up on the first floor by yourself, it is also very convenient. There is also an ice machine on the second floor, a gym, microwave oven, washing machine. Everything is very convenient. The self-service check-in and check-out at the front desk is very convenient. I like Japan so much that I hope to stay here again next time.

This trip to Japan has added some surprises.

You can see the Tokyo Skytree directly from the top floor, and the sunset views are incredibly soothing. The location is very close to Oshiage Station, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurant options nearby. The room is a bit small, but perfectly fine for one person. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The lobby offers a self-service snack and drink bar all day. The staff's English is excellent.

I was quite satisfied with my stay. The location is excellent in terms of transportation. There's a Keikyu shuttle bus from Haneda (though I didn't end up using it for either trip), and the bus stop is right downstairs, which is convenient for getting to and from the hotel. The only downside is that the bus schedule is quite infrequent, sometimes only once an hour, and at certain times there are no buses at all, so you need to check the timetable in advance. On my way there, my flight was delayed, and by the time I landed, there were no buses or trains left, so I took a taxi. With the late-night surcharge and highway tolls, it cost about 220 RMB. On the way back, I took the train; it's very convenient to take the Rinkai Line for one stop and then transfer to the Yurikamome. If you have a transportation card, it's even cheaper than taking the bus. 

The room was a good size, perfect for one person, though it might be a bit snug for two. It was clean and tidy, and the wallpaper and decor gave a comfortable and relaxing feeling. The view from the window was also nice, and the soundproofing was decent; at least I wasn't bothered by any noise. For this price in Tokyo, I think the conditions were excellent. The hotel's surroundings are very convenient, with convenience stores, various restaurants, and supermarkets all readily available. All three major convenience stores are there, you can shop freely at Aeon, and there's also Matsumoto Kiyoshi, so you can stock up on purchases and gifts before you leave. For dining, there's ramen, donburi, burgers, two Italian restaurants, and even ********* food, so you're pretty much set for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

For check-in, you can complete it in advance on your phone by following the steps in the email (the hotel sends an email beforehand). After filling in your information, a QR code will be generated. When you arrive at the hotel, you can just scan the QR code at the machine to get your room card and go straight upstairs, no human interaction needed. Amenities are self-serve by the elevators, and there's even sencha tea and hot water available.

Everything was great. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be the toothbrush – it was awful. The bristles felt like steel wool, and the head was no more than 2cm². I'd recommend bringing your own toothbrush 🙃.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again!

The facilities are complete, the hygiene is clean and comfortable, the environment is very pleasant, the service is excellent and attentive, and the transportation is convenient. The price is also reasonable, making it very suitable for business trips.

Room with relatively large space to storage a large luggage, comfy and tidy space, good experience! Just ~20mins away from Haneda Airport, also a wise choice for a flight transfer layover or departing early morning.

The location was incredibly convenient, especially since I primarily used taxis to get around. The front desk service was also excellent.

The location is not very convenience —-about 15-20 mins walking distance from the closest subway / JR station. We had a terrible Check-in experience. The receptionist seemed to be a newbie who hasn’t been very well trained. Not only she doesn’t understand, read, and converse well in English, her service was terrible. Instead of asking her English-speaking colleague to help her with our English printed booking confirmation, as shown on trip.com, she repetitively questioned us the legitimacy of our booking. As much as i understand & respect Japanese is your mother tongue, as a frontline receptionist to a hotel that welcomes foreign tourists, don’t you think you should be fluent in English and check your bases first before ridiculing your customers about the legitimacy of their booking? Not to mention, she sent us to the room without turning the main switch of the ventilator / air conditioner. Luckily the room cleaning crews made-up by providing good service to us. Else, i’d have thought we paid to stay at a shabby motel.

I'm giving this place full marks, it's just so convenient! It's about 200 meters from the subway exit (take the Starbucks exit), and only a 10-minute walk to Daimaru Department Store and Nishiki Market. It's located on a quiet side street, and the environment is elegant. My only minor gripes are that they don't even provide a bottle of water, and the hotel's public bath isn't very big – it felt cramped with just four people. On the bright side, there's a 7-Eleven right across the street, which is super handy for buying things.

The location is pretty good, very close to Kyoto Station. The hotel is clean and well-equipped. The only downside is that the two beds are pushed together.

After booking on Trip.com, I still had to pay a tax upon arrival. I thought it was a deposit, and when checking out, I stupidly went to the front desk to ask for it back. The staff member looked totally bewildered 😳

If you want your room cleaned, you absolutely have to hang the sign outside your door. This is different from China, where cleaning is usually assumed.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! It's super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Kyoto JR Station. The streets on both sides of the hotel are lined with small restaurants and pubs, and there's a medium-sized drug store (Don Quijote) at the corner. The room was clean and tidy, and we could see Kyoto Tower right from our window. I especially recommend the hotel's shampoo – it's really good! 😊 The room was spacious enough for two adults and two 28-inch suitcases, with plenty of room to spare. There are USB charging ports by the bed. There's no kettle in the room, so you'll need to bring your own and an adapter. The breakfast on the first floor is a set meal, costing around 60 RMB per person. Highly recommended!

A 'Sleepless' hotel with such a great vibe, you'll never actually lose sleep! The room isn't huge, but it's clean, well-maintained, and smartly designed. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are a huge plus. I stayed for three nights, and my sleep score was above 90 every single night. Plus, the location is fantastic – just a 2-minute walk from the subway, making it convenient to get anywhere. Next time I'm in Kyoto, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

The first time I stayed in a pet-themed hotel, I was worried about hygiene issues such as hair at first, but I stayed for two days and the hygiene was very clean. I didn’t see the worrying things. The room was separated from wet and dry. This was very happy. The room was one bedroom and one living room. The space is oversized. The bedding is also very comfortable to sleep barrier-free, all aspects are very clean and tidy, the surrounding facilities are also very complete, subway, bus, very close

Very basic room. Expected small but we are used to having small rooms in Japan. Location is great as it is walking distance from the Nagoya Station. Easy to find food. Room is clean and staff arr polite. If I ever return to Nagoya, I will choose this hotel.

It is a nice clean hotel with very friendly personnel. It is quite convenient that you can indicate with a door magnet if you want your room to be cleaned, and if not, they’ll just hang a bag of fresh towels at your door. While tea and coffee are freely available at the lobby, I would have appreciated it if they would also have provided some bottled water. Overall a good stay

The hotel is quite close to the station. The bed in our small double room was a bit on the smaller side. Breakfast consisted of a sandwich set. The best feature was the hot spring bath located upstairs. While the overall space wasn't huge, it was perfectly sufficient. The only downside was the lack of parking, but everything else was great.

Hotel is located near fushimi station. Guest will check in in Fuse Coffee. Hotel provides free ice- cream at 2100-2300, choco, green tea and vanilla. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Washroom is quite big which is very impressive. 
You may enjoy breakfast in Fuse coffee. It scores 4.3 in Google which is relatively high around there.

Honestly, overall it's pretty good and has a lot of character. The mini burgers at breakfast were delicious. And the quiet room I specifically requested was indeed very quiet.

However, the air conditioner blows directly at you, and you can only adjust it to strong or weak wind, so you're either freezing or boiling, and it's quite noisy.

Secondly, the duvet is shockingly short; anyone over 165 cm (I'm 162 cm myself, no exaggeration) won't be able to cover themselves properly.

Also, the curtains aren't blackout, so if you're sensitive to light, you should choose carefully, but it's okay if you bring an eye mask.

Overall, it's a hotel with character, worth experiencing but not suitable for a long stay (not ideal for more than three days).
