Planning activities in the Dongba area, this hotel was conveniently within walking distance of my destination. I loved that you could directly access the Wanda Plaza shopping mall from the 5th floor – super handy! The 2.03-meter king-size bed was incredibly spacious for two people. The biggest surprise, though, was the dining area; it was perfect for me with all my stuff, and the sofa plus chairs could easily seat 4-5 people for a meal. The movable TV was a hit with the kids! The room was spotless, and the 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offered a fantastic view of Dongba.

You can book this hotel with confidence. I initially booked it just to try it out, but I was pleasantly surprised! Everything from the environment to the cleanliness, and the service from all the staff, was absolutely fantastic. Xiao Hu, who checked us in, was very enthusiastic. The breakfast was also rich and satisfying, perfect before heading to Universal Studios. It's a top choice for family trips, especially with kids.

Our stay in the Mike Fox Detective Theme Room, part of Wanda Hotels, was an absolute delight for our entire family! The 1.35-meter bunk bed in the room was an instant hit with our child. As soon as we stepped inside, our little one excitedly climbed up and refused to come down, still buzzing with happiness even at bedtime. We initially thought it would just be a comfortable stay, but we were pleasantly surprised by the fun detective experience. Following Mike Fox's clues and solving puzzles step-by-step, our child was completely focused and engaged throughout – even our usually restless little one became remarkably patient. What's more, after our child successfully cracked the puzzles, the hotel's robot promptly delivered a customized gift right to our door. The delight in our child's eyes was impossible to hide, and they excitedly told us, 'This is the best reward ever!' From the immersive themed ambiance and clever details to the immense thoughtfulness shown for children, the hotel's genuine sincerity was palpable throughout our stay. This comfortable, interactive, and fun accommodation experience is truly ideal for families with young children. It's now firmly on our 'must-revisit' list!

This established five-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation! The location is excellent, the facilities are complete, and it really gives you that vacation vibe. It's perfect for families traveling with children, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations – I highly recommend it! Breakfast at the executive lounge was amazing, with a rich variety of Chinese and Western options. The freshly ground pour-over coffee and latte art were a pleasant surprise ☕️! There were also freshly made noodles and fresh fruit, all delicious, and every detail was well thought out. Thank you, Qixi. The entire staff was warm and attentive! Front desk check-in was efficient, and they proactively greeted us. Housekeeping was prompt, and the restaurant staff were thoughtful and meticulous. Any requests were handled quickly, and we felt cared for throughout our stay.

This is our second time staying at Jinhua Suite Hotel this snow season! Manager Tang Xiaohan from the hotel called and messaged us on WeChat beforehand to understand all our needs in detail. During our stay, she'd remind us about the weather every day and even proactively offered hand warmers when it was cold. I especially want to thank Manager Tang for her exceptional dedication in helping us arrange a ski instructor for our child. When one day's ski lesson couldn't be booked, Manager Tang tirelessly helped me refresh the mini-program every day to see if there were any available instructors. It truly touched this old mother's heart! The hotel's location is super convenient for skiing; the ski center and restaurants are right downstairs. The hotel also has its own laundry room, which is a great plus. See you next snow season!

Such an amazing Hotel 
It's my first time staying around here and really concerned about it. But after just couple minutes there, the hotel was so amazing.
I arrived at around midnight and checked in with a girl staff, she was so nice and helpful and recommended me around. 
Also met some staff in daytime they were also good.

The room was amazing, clean and I love the bathroom so so much. One of the best. 
( a bit smells of Cigarettes but it's fine for me and I understand it's hard to remove it and also Chinese are smoking like crazy )

The gym and Pool open 24 hrs.

Can walk to subway not far at all

I will come back soon for sure !
