"When we checked in, we discovered an issue with the lighting in our room, which was causing a short circuit. After reporting the problem to the reception, it was treated as a priority. Within just a few minutes, I received feedback that the issue had already been resolved. The reception staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful from the very beginning. At that point, we already knew that our stay at this hotel was going to be a real pleasure. The room itself was very clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. The breakfast was varied, so everyone should be able to find something they enjoy. Another huge advantage is the location - the hotel is right next to the Bell Tower, making it a perfect base for exploring Xi’an. I highly recommend this hotel! If I ever return to Xi’an, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation."

Or go all the way to find the first touch? These fragmentary definitions seem insufficient to explain growth. These revitalized rooms seem to be looking for answers. Who doesn’t walk all the way, discard all the way, and then pick up all the way? I am reminded of a poem by Kahlil Gibran, which is suitable to be used here: Don’t forget why we set out just because we have gone too far.
"I loved the localization of this hostel. It's inside of the Muslim quarter, so you get the full street food experience and there's a lot to see. I feel like the Muslim quarter was the most lively place in the city, and there's always a reason for it: people like me love it! The rooms were very clean and tidy, I liked that there where places for you to but your stuff in the bed space, it felt cozy. The air conditioner worked well, but turned off after some time, which was not super nice. The bathrooms were kind of dirty, with lots of hair in the ground. I get that people shower in the bathroom, but I noticed that even after cleaning staff had just cleaned, there was still hair, and the bathroom was super wet, making it difficult to use. The staff didn't speak english at all, but used translation devices when necessary, which is ok. Overall, it was a good stay and I would do it again, but there could be more attention regarding toilet cleaning."

"The gym is not a gym. It is a laundry room with a cheap looking bike in it. Might be a treadmill as well. The laundry room is very useful. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. There could be a system to help manage people's washes so that the machines were not left standing full as when I tried to use them they were all in use for most of the evening. The biggest problem I had in an otherwise good stay was that the amount of dust in the rooms. On all surfaces (pictured some dust on the phone and a thick layer on the projector) there is dust. When I reported this a quick wipe of the projector was done but no apology or anything like this and no other areas were dusted. The room (and probably hotel) needs a deep clean. The projector worked easily enough for me and was good, though I took my own hdmi cable that I plugged into the back, rather than using their system which I had no idea how to use and didn't see any instructions. Overall this hotel was good enough and good for the price but not as good as the rating suggests or the list of amenities could be."

"This hotel’s location is perfect. It is located next to the Bell Tower. The nearby area is clamorous and full of fun, especially during nights. The subway station is next door, very convenient. The hotel’s service is good, especially the free laundry service. The service lady named “张福云” was very warm. I had just left my dirty clothes to her. She had helped me wash and dry them. When I returned to the hotel after a day tour, I found that my clothes had been packed neatly and had been put in paper bags, and had been delivered to my room."

"I highly recommend the Radisson Individuals Xi'an Bell Tower Dashisi Metro Station hotel! Its location is a huge plus, just a short walk to the Dashisi metro station on lines 4 and 6. It's really close to the Bell Tower, Yongxingfang, and the Ming City Wall, which saves a lot of travel time. The room was new and very clean. The Simmons mattress was super comfortable, and the blackout curtains worked great, so I got a really good night's sleep. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and the staff was friendly. They also have a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient for travelers. Overall, it offers excellent value for money."

"The staff was very lovely and helpful, even without speaking English. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had access to an (old but functioning) washing machine, which was very helpful. The location is great, right inside the Muslim Quarter but in a quieter area. It’s still convenient, with about a 5-minute walk to reach a Didi or the metro. However, both rooms we saw faced a light well rather than having an actual view. The main difference was the floor level, the room on the 2nd floor was significantly darker than the one we moved to, despite looking similar in the photos online. We would have been quite disappointed if we hadn’t been able to change rooms. Thankfully, the staff accommodated our request, which made the stay much more comfortable. It might be worth clarifying this in the listing to better manage expectations."

"This hotel was the highlight of my Xi'an trip! The overall experience exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable – step right out to amazing food options, and it's a short walk to the Muslim Quarter, making getting around super convenient. The room felt really spacious and open, not at all cramped. The smart devices were responsive, and voice control was a breeze; no need to hunt for remotes. All the appliances and bathroom fixtures were well-maintained. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any street noise, which was perfect for a good rest after a long day of exploring. The hotel also has a gym, which was great for a quick workout, and the self-service laundry room was a lifesaver – being able to wash, dry, and iron clothes while traveling was such a convenience. The Wi-Fi was fast, perfect for streaming or working. Hygiene was impeccable – the room was meticulously cleaned, every nook and cranny was spotless, and the sheets and duvet covers were fresh. The bathroom was dry and odor-free. Even the public areas were constantly maintained and looked very reassuring. The staff were all wonderful and very prompt in addressing any requests. For the price, this quality is truly rare. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Xi'an."

"Compared to several hotels in the vicinity, I'm glad I chose Atour Light without any regrets. The room was clean, the TV had good clarity, and the screen mirroring worked perfectly for watching videos during downtime in the evenings. As someone who travels frequently, my biggest fear is encountering issues with invoicing. However, the front desk here handled my invoice seamlessly, carefully confirming the header and tax ID. I received the e-invoice very quickly, avoiding any back-and-forth. The service attitude was pleasant, and the room's soundproofing was decent. Overall, it's very suitable for business travelers."

It's close to both the metro and bus stations, offering excellent connectivity. The rooms are well-ventilated, and the hygiene standards are strict. The front desk staff, both male and female, are polite, enthusiastic, and always ready to answer any questions. "The hotel is ideally located about 500 meters south of the Bell Tower and 500 meters north of Yongning Gate, making it very convenient for transportation. The photos provided by the hotel are a bit exaggerated. The front desk is on the 5th floor, and guests stay on the 6th-7th floors. The area downstairs is lively. After staying for two days, I felt that the service, room setup, and other aspects were somewhat lacking compared to other four-star hotels on Ctrip. They only provide two bottles of water, no tea, and no coffee, but there is a direct drinking water dispenser, which is a plus. There's no mini-fridge or similar amenities. Even though it's not yet summer, the outdoor temperature was already 38 degrees Celsius, and the air conditioning was quite noisy. The biggest frustration was the absence of CCTV-5 during the World Cup. Overall, the room size is average, making the price feel a bit high, but it's still decent. Xi'an's ancient city walls seem to tell stories of history to every visitor. I've had a connection with Xi'an for 25 years, and it's constantly changing and improving. Every visit brings both a sense of nostalgia and novelty. I recommend visiting Xi'an."
