"Such an incredibly comfortable experience! When I entered the room, there was a large cloth bag on the bed. I opened it to find a very delicate and comfortable portable massager. I immediately plugged it in and enjoyed a 30-minute massage. It has four massage points, which felt incredibly good. 🩷🩷 The toiletries downstairs also included some wonderfully fragrant bath salts. This is the first time I've ever encountered bath salts provided at a hotel, and I've stayed in many! 🩵🩵 Plus, there's 24-hour coffee available in the lobby. I can truly say this was an exceptionally comfortable and homely hotel stay. Thumbs up! 💙💙"

"It is a new and modern hotel with soft and soothing ambience, that is also very functional, and efficient. There is automation for registration and departure process, self-operated coin laundry machines secured with your own pin codes, and a spacious and beautiful hot bath serviced by timed fresh cold water let into each bath area regularly. Still, the human service is not neglected in the hotel. The lifts will always stop at the 4th floor where the reception is, and during the day, there will always be a staff standing there to greet you with a smile, or in case you require any assistance. The cheery breakfast team at the restaurant has been very diligent and despite they may be super busy, they make sure they maintain top-notch service standards and sometimes go above and beyond to make sure the diners are comfortable. The reception team is also very competent and quick-witted. Both requests we made via the phone from our rooms were received within 10-15mins. Our request to deliver our luggage were also processed swiftly and hassle-free. We told them our dates, flight number and our room number and they were able to complete the delivery form for us with our details in their records. Despite having many guests wanting to approach them at the same time, they are still able to provide very personalised service to each and every one. Very impressive. Lastly, the hotel provides unlimited free skin care and hair products such as facial serum, moisturiser, masks etc and you could take them freely from the reception and bath area. You could also choose from an unlimited selection of aromatherapy by portion to enjoy in your room. Although the room and the window is a little small as with most hotels in Japan, the beds are comfortable and shower is great. Location of the hotel is not bad once you learnt how to navigate around. Lots of eateries and it is just 5mins to walk to different exits to underground malls/train stations. Would recommend the hotel to my friends! Thanks for the impeccable service!"

"Facilities: There's an ice machine and a vending machine on the floor, but no hot spring bath. Cleanliness: Toothbrushes, combs, and such are available for self-service by the elevator on the first floor. Housekeeping is only provided for stays of four nights or more. Otherwise, you're expected to place your trash bags and used towels outside your door, and new ones will be provided when you return. Given the price, I suppose this is understandable. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly, but check-in isn't until after 3 PM. Overall, nothing surprising. The location and price set the expectations."

"My dream hotel! Staying here for five nights was such a blessing; it significantly boosted the happiness of my entire Kansai trip. It honestly made me so disappointed with the hotels I stayed in afterward. From now on, whenever I come to Osaka, I'm definitely staying here. The room was spacious, and the mattress and bedding were incredibly soft and clean – I slept so comfortably. I especially appreciated the fully enclosed duvet cover, which felt very hygienic (unlike another hotel of the same caliber I stayed in later, where they only used a single sheet between the duvet insert and the bottom sheet. Every time I moved, the sheets, duvet, and cover would all get tangled up – it was disgusting! Plus, the material felt as terrible as curtain fabric; it infuriated me!). The bathroom wasn't huge but was very clean, and all the fixtures were new. There were two bottles of mineral water provided. You need your room card to use the elevator. The view of the river from the window was beautiful, both during the day and at night."

"The location is excellent and very convenient, though the room is a bit small – a common characteristic of Japanese hotels. However, they offer two cleaning options: the 'simple' mode is indeed very basic. The toiletries provided are Kao, not Pola."

The hotel facilities are comprehensive and comfortable, and the service is attentive. Both check-in and check-out are handled by self-service machines, with staff available to assist. The breakfast is abundant, leaning towards Japanese and Western styles. Overall, it offers great value for money, even though the room is a bit small."

"The location is undeniably lively and perfect for first-time visitors to Japan or Osaka. It's super convenient for transport, with popular spots like Kuromon Market, Shinsaibashi, and Dotonbori just a few minutes' walk away. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and plenty of restaurants, eateries, and izakayas in the vicinity. The hotel front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff are mostly Southeast Asian, and they can communicate in both Japanese and English. Overall, the facilities and environment were fine during our three-night stay, but the cleaning service was unlike anything I've encountered in Japan before. There wasn't a magnetic 'please clean' sign to put on the door for room service or linen changes. I had to go to the front desk to specifically ask for cleaning, and they replied that they just replace towels and empty bins daily at 11 AM. And that's exactly what happened – there was no further cleaning, and the bedspread wasn't tidied. This is something I really wasn't happy with."

"Room that we booked are quite spacious for 3 Adults with 2 medium luggage laying open on the floor. We are given a room on the 24th floor (highest floor) with a nice city view and part of the train track. Location is good for those traveling to Osaka via Shinkansen as hotel is near to Shin-Osaka station. Easy to find foods and traveling to most of the tourists attractions."

"The rooms are small but it provides most things you would need. It’s clean, has room service, a water cooler and ice dispenser outside. For its price and location I’d say it’s reasonable. I like this area because it’s a business district so it’s away from the touristed areas and other shopping districts making it peaceful and away from trouble areas. There is a Mosburger right by, and a famous cafes like Grenier Kitahama within walkable distance. It’s very near the train station as well so you could easily explore the rest of Osaka!"

"Very convenient location. Hotel room was very clean. We upgraded to the premium room with lounge and it was very worthwhile. Reasonable room rates. Service was a little questionable, especially concierge when we asked about airport transfer options. End up it was most convenient for us to book through trip.com on our own. Nonetheless, strongly recommend this hotel."
