"The location is truly excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the night market. However, being in the city center, it was incredibly noisy. The rooms had virtually no soundproofing. There's a bar on the rooftop, and downstairs, two more bars with flashing screens and hostesses standing outside played incredibly loud music. (Even after informing the staff and being moved to the 31st floor, which was considered a 'better' floor, the noise was still audible, which tells you something.) If you plan to stay here and prioritize quiet, make sure to request a room on the side, away from the direct sea view and not facing the main road – that would be much better. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked during our stay, so there wasn't much they could do. The service, however, was quite good. The staff even came up to listen to the noise, apologized, and offered to move us again the next day. We were staying for three nights, and the first room on the 41st floor was also very noisy, prompting an initial room change. By the second day, changing rooms again felt too exhausting, so I just put up with the noise for the remaining two nights. Breakfast was excellent: a wide variety of delicious options, and even during peak times, we never experienced any queuing issues. Despite the noise issues, I would still highly recommend staying here."

"The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The only downside was the almost non-existent beach service. However, I absolutely loved the 20th-floor spa – it was so affordable and high-quality, I wished I could have gone every day!"

"Location of the hotel is really convenient. Many eateries, massage centers, mini marts nearby. The room comes with awesome seaview too, having sunrise at 5.30am in the morning. Great hospitality from the hotel. Very nice services! Love the anniversary decoration provided by the hotel. Thanks Panama for the effort!"

"Had booked another hotel close to Melia, which didn't like at all, and started searching for another one, thankfully was lucky to go in and ask the staff to the reception of Melia, which by the way were very polite, helpful, professional service, I could understand that am going to have a perfect 8 days stay at this amazing place just by taking to the staff members, and didn't disappointed a bit The rooms are perfect, spacious enough, very good service, very clean, just how a 5 star hotel should be Visited the Spa, I think around 5 times.. The prices are similar with around the city, but the facilities are ten times better, and the best service i had ever experienced from the host , Kim and the therapist Duyen, ( hope got right the names 😀) Overall , was just a joy and very relaxing with very good memories at this property, definitely will try this brand another places as well My best wishes to the whole team and staff members ❤️"

The ocean-view rooms are stunning, situated in a 44-story high-rise building directly opposite Vinpearl Island. These rooms are bathed in natural sunlight, making it easy to dry clothes. The breakfast spread is also very extensive. Overall, it offers excellent value for money."

"The room was decent, especially considering it's on an island; we had a king-size room. I found it quite clean and refreshing. While not huge, it was perfectly adequate. The swimming pool was enjoyable, and the staff there were very good, even helping us inflate our own floats. Breakfast was average, and the chairs were quite dirty. The front desk and general service staff were generally fine. However, the staff at the pre-island check-in counter were quite arrogant and their service was mediocre. Speedboats weren't available on demand and operated on a schedule. While the cable car didn't have a wait, it involved a lot of walking, making it less convenient than the speedboat."

"For the price, this hotel is simply amazing! Everything is new and clean, it's a real pleasure to be there. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach. It's centrally located, yet quite quiet. The staff is very helpful; I booked a comfortable airport transfer through them for 350,000 dong. The breakfasts are delicious. The only downside is there's no iron, neither in the room nor at reception. So bring your own or request ironing service (the price is reasonable)."

"Absolutely wonderful stay – paradise found! We stayed at Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang and honestly, it was an unforgettable experience. Everything here was simply perfect, from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming — they made us feel like cherished guests every single day. The beach is breathtaking: soft white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, plenty of sunbeds and fresh towels always available. Truly a dream setting. Our room was spotlessly clean, with fresh white linen and a super comfortable mattress. Housekeeping did an amazing job. And the view from our balcony… just wow. I could have stayed there for hours just admiring the peaceful beauty of the sea. The pool area is another highlight — the water is pleasantly warm and incredibly clean, with no harsh smell of chlorine. Everything feels thoughtfully maintained and elegant. We didn’t want to leave — and we’d come back a thousand times over. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious beach getaway with top-notch service."

"The hotel locates nearby the walking street at the heart of Nha Trang. The room is spacious with balcony. The bathroom is unfortunately stinky. Amenities including shower cap, cotton buds, comb, toothbrush with toothpaste are fulfilled everyday. The buffet breakfast is good. Variety choices of food and drinks are provided. The only drawback is about the drinking water in the fridge and the fridge did not work properly. They did not tell that two bottles of water there, were not complimentary and would be charged when check out for 15k VND each."

"It's located in downtown Nha Trang, so you can get around the best when traveling, and the hotel staff are so friendly! You can leave your luggage after checking out, and the hotel also has a scale, which is useful for checking the weight of your luggage. There are many restaurants, massage, and coffee shops nearby, so it seems to be the best location for traveling. For reference, I visited twice!"
