"It is def one of my fav hostel Good location ,clean,really pretty inside Especially the room I stayed was only 4beds and I felt it’s bigger than other hostel, My fav place was Lounge and Kitchen The Kitchen has everything and you basically can cook anything I’d recommend for long stay !! "Traveling with my teenage daughter and my family of three, the hotel was old but very clean. Three single beds and even a bathtub – excellent value for money. It's in a great location for exploring the city on foot. Parking was an issue though; the Victoria car park directly in front has a height limit of 1.8m, so my car couldn't fit. I ended up parking at a nearby car park for 30 Euros a day. The sink drained slowly, and when I asked to change rooms, they didn't have any available, but they kindly offered a complimentary breakfast for three, which was satisfying. For reference, after I poured hot water down the sink about three times, the water started draining a bit faster, haha."

"This hotel is really close to the FlixBus station, which is great if you're taking a lot of buses. It's a bit of a walk to the train station, about 15 minutes. There are two small restaurants right across the street, but not much else around since it's on a corner. Overall, it's pretty good and a decent stay."

"We had a lovely stay at Sleep & Go expo. The room is very clean and cute, even the bathroom is really fine. The location is quite alright as well, didn’t take too long to travel to the city centre. However, the online check in system is rather confusing- it still requires payment even if I had successfully paid and received the confirmation. And late check in could cause some issues - we arrived around 10 pm and thankfully checked in fine with self check in instructions. But we met some other customer who were completely confused and didn’t manage to get their keys until we were there and opened the box. And the bed sheet has a very small yellow stain - but to be fair except that, the overall cleanness is pleasant. Will definitely come back again."

"One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone; everything was amazing,from location and the staff. You can truly feel the high-quality, star-level service here. They helped us with everything and made our stay very comfortable. Also, definitely try the room service: the smash burger here is absolutely delicious. Would 100% recommend this hotel!"

"A wonderful hotel right next to the Botanical Gardens. Quiet rooms. Sadly, however, the doors are quite thin and have a gap at the bottom, so you can hear everything that is happening outside of your room and also can hear everything that’s happening inside the rooms when you are in the hallway. Besides, the bathroom door is incredibly thin and the bathrooms are very echoey, so travelling not solo might introduce some awkwardness if you are one of the people with shy bladders. Other than that, everything was great. Clean, friendly, top service."

"The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but there's a convenient underground parking garage right next door. The location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. There's a water dispenser in the hallway and a capsule coffee machine in the room. The room itself is spacious, but the cleaning wasn't quite up to par, as there were items left behind by the previous guest. The shower area in the bathroom becomes very slippery when wet, posing a fall risk, and the toilet door doesn't have a lock."

"Pros: 1. **Convenient Location:** The hotel is right above various transportation hubs, including bus stops, tram stations, and a subway station. 2. **Close to Train Station:** The train station is large and very close; I walked there in 8 minutes, and the path was good, making it easy to pull my luggage. 3. **Modern Room Amenities:** The room has full electronic controls and air conditioning, so the hardware facilities are quite good. 4. **Modern Art Vibe:** I really liked the modern art atmosphere throughout the building. There were also many art books by world-renowned modern artists nearby, which I took some time to browse. 5. **Fresh Linens:** The bedding was relatively new, well-laundered, and neatly ironed. 6. **Excellent Breakfast:** The breakfast was fantastic! There was a chef making omelets to order, smoked salmon, and a variety of hot dishes every day. 7. **Shopping Nearby:** There's a large shopping mall and a commercial street just across the road. Cons: 1. **Housekeeping Issue:** One day, I turned on the 'make up room' light and left. The housekeeping department didn't clean my room. When I returned in the evening and saw them outside the neighboring room, I asked them to clean mine as soon as possible, and I went to the lobby to wait. After an hour and forty minutes, I came back, and the room still hadn't been cleaned. This felt disrespectful to me. I spoke to the front desk, and after a few more tens of minutes, I inquired again, and the room was finally cleaned. This issue didn't happen again. 2. **Water Stains:** Some of the facilities had white limescale, which should be cleaned more thoroughly."

"Location is generally good and a just few steps to Metro from where you could connect to Brussels Midi in around 20 mins. Near shops/small restaurants. Around 15-20 mins away from Grand Place which is my favourite historical attraction in Brussels, surrounded by many eating places and shops. The lounge smells so nice, inviting. Staff are friendly and helpful. Clean, fresh-smelling simple room/toilet. Felt like Japanese themed. Good water pressure. Water may spill out of the cubicle as it is half open.You need to move to the left of the shower cubicle to ensure water wont splash outside. Nespresso machine provided for coffee lovers like me. 4 pods free then buy the rest that you’d need for a fair price, I think. The table is quite small but they provided an extra stool. Has a properly working air-conditioning system. Green-coloured wall panels, quite relaxing to the eyes. The space is adequate. Bed is quite comfortable. Ensure to put the “Do not disturb sign” as you may be awakened by staff cleaning the other rooms which happened after the first night. Windows couldnt be opened. Had a bit of sneezing during day 2 but room was serviced which helped a lot. A tablet was provided where you could request for extra amenities. It was very useful. Was quite pleased to have stayed here. Will recommend."
