The hotel is excellent, very good service. Breakfast is sensational as well as the hotel restaurant.

Fantastic clean and recently renovated hotel. We celebrated a birthday here and loved the experience, the buffet was extensive, but cheaper if you book ahead. The room service was a little slow (our order did not turn up when requested), but otherwise everything was great

2번째 이용이었습니다 20분정도 걸어나가면 해변입니다 아침운동하기 좋습니다. 15분정도 걸어가면 살바도르쇼핑몰입니다. 환전소가 있는 대형쇼핑몰입니다. 침실이 분리되어있어 좋습니다. 작은 주방이 있지만 식기는 없습니다.

Sehr gutes Business Hotel. Absolut freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal an der Rezeption, im Zimmerservice und auch bei Frühstück. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Eierspeisen und Tapioca werden frisch zubereitet. Zimmer sauber und angenehm. Unserem Wunsch nach extra Kopfkissen kam das Personal sofort nach. Gepflegter Garten mit maga Pool Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!

A very well placed hotel, and police most of the day and evening. A small bemol for noise inside the hotel with staff who does not make a effort to be discreet when checking in the new guests, has all hours of the night ... The staff is very helpful, and the reception team speaks English A special mention for the very complete breakfast, and the possibility of being in the complete black in the room to rest

Hey, this hotel belongs to the feeling of ”homestay” in the old city. Don't expect the comfort level. The biggest advantage is that you are in the most beautiful building, and you can take pictures when you come out. The service attitude is also good, but I can't stand 1. Bath water, 2. Cleaning, I couldn’t bear both of these, so I tried early check out but was rejected, more than 2000 non-refundable, I moved to fasano hotel But I didn't eat these two, I still think the hotel location in the old town is very good, But pay attention, to carry luggage up, very narrow ladder, if you take a taxi, the location is also very narrow, but after all, is it the old town? Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento. Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

Food was excellent. Breakfast has a lot of options. Bedrooms are very large. Everything went fine except when i arrived the door guys didnt even moved to offer to take my suitcase. I noticed that this happened to other guests. They just stand there and watch. That is not good for a 5 star hotel. Everything else was fine.

Pros: * spacious clean room * good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options * okay pool area (no greenery though) Cons: * the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...) * no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob * the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass) * the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all * out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English * no laundry facilities * no business room * old slow elevator * window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street * the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

Tolle Strandlage. Gut geführtes Hotel. Allerdings muß man, bei einem Wunsch z. B. nach einem 2. Bettlaken, an der Rezeption zur Erledigung öfter mal ”erinnern” Sehr guter Frühstücksservice. Aufmerksames Personal. Ausreichen große Auswahl. Es wird laufend nachgefüllt. W-LAN Empfang aber von Zimmer zu Zimmer unterschiedlich. Es war diesmal nicht ausreichend sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mußten.
