"Room is big and clean, and room service is good. However, sound insulation is bad. I could hear the kids in the next room screaming the whole night, as well as people talking along the corridor. Light sleepers will have problems."

"I stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ. The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book."

"Easy check in. Called to let them know I was checking in late and they very quickly found my reservation and made a note. I noticed we were close to the elevator and we could hear the sounds slightly but we were not bothered by it once we fell asleep. The walls are well insulated because our dog did not hear sounds enough to make his bark which makes it easier for us to travel with him. Great sleep in comfortable bed with nice pillows and sheets. Extra blanket was great. Lovely bathroom and storage for clothes. Beautiful towels and supplies in bathroom. Nice sized sparkling bath tub. Comfy chair to relax in. Overall great place."
