"Front desk staff were very good. Room was okay, had a weird musty smell probably because of the carpet. Mattress on bed was horrible definitely needs to be replaced. Overall it was just okay. The location was perfect for my needs."

"Good location in Etobicoke close to Ikea and everything you need, free parking, the room floors didn't seemed to be cleaned well but other than that everything else was good. One of the cheaper accommodations in the area, our room's access was outside so easy to get to your vehicle."

"Had a very pleasant stay after a long flight. Everything about the room was as expected. Comfortable and clean. Especially liked the 24 well-equipped (for a hotel) gym and very decent spread for breakfast. Didn’t try the pool but it looks nice too. Staff were friendly and the airport shuttle was convenient.a"

"The location is good, near the airport. The hotel itself is decent. During booking it would have been nice to know the shuttle doesn't run in the evening, so we had to pay out of pocket for a taxi."

"The hotel is in a pretty isolated area, so getting around requires a taxi. On the day we checked in, there were no towels in the bathroom, and the trash cans didn't have liners. The next day, our room wasn't cleaned, and when I asked the front desk, they said daily cleaning isn't included. I had to call again just to get bath towels and hand towels. Breakfast was quite basic, and the tables and chairs in the restaurant weren't very clean."

"Room is big and clean, and room service is good. However, sound insulation is bad. I could hear the kids in the next room screaming the whole night, as well as people talking along the corridor. What is worse is that the doors of the rooms will automatically slam shut after you exit, so you can hear the sound of doors slamming the whole night if it the hotel is busy. Light sleepers will have problems."

"Room had chemical smell. A strong one. Similar to new material gasing. Had to change room after waking up with headache. People were nice. Other room had same smell but much less and was tolerable. Gym should not be called a gym. One bench that is not stable. And dumbbells up to 35 lbs. Few cardio machine. Don't forget something there. As I call every day and they just say they will get back to me. But never do."
