The staff were all very polite, and the value for money is outstanding. The outdoor rocking chairs are perfect for relaxing and taking photos, a favorite for many. Plus, there's free parking, which is super convenient for those driving. The restaurant's Hunan cuisine is incredibly authentic, prepared by a Hunanese chef, making for an excellent dining experience. The room was even thoughtfully decorated with small potted plants, adding a touch of vibrancy.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was struck by its modern interior. The lobby was well - designed, with sleek lines and contemporary decor elements. It was a refreshing change from the often - stuffy and traditional hotel lobbies. The use of light colors and minimalistic furniture created an open and airy feel, setting a positive tone for my entire stay.
My room was a haven of cleanliness. Every surface, from the floors to the tabletops, was immaculately clean. The bedding was soft and fresh, and the pillows provided just the right amount of support. But thanks to Yunshangju's reliable drop - off service, I didn't have to worry about a thing. The service was prompt, and the driver was friendly and professional. They made sure I reached the airport in plenty of time for my flight, allowing me to start my journey with peace of mind.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a clean, modern, and conveniently located hotel near Shenyang Taoxian Airport, Yunshangju Hotel (Shenyang Taoxian Airport Branch) is an excellent choice. Lluo_yanThe location is excellent, right in the city center, only about 200m from the subway station, making public transport very convenient. We drove, and while there are many free street parking spaces, they are incredibly difficult to find. Alternatively, there's an underground parking lot in the mall downstairs, which costs 5 yuan per hour with no daily maximum charge.
The hotel was very clean, and the front desk was quick to respond to any requests. However, the bathroom being located upstairs was a bit inconvenient for quick tasks like washing hands or fruit after coming back from outside. Additionally, the bathroom had a noticeable and unpleasant sewage smell.

Subway Lines 2 and 4 are right downstairs, making transportation a breeze. Taxis can also drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. Breakfast is available, though the variety is pretty standard. They also offered a complimentary business lunch or dinner, which had limited options, but it was enough to fill you up. The room looked exactly like the pictures, but the cleanliness details weren't great and definitely need improvement.

XXiarenjunThis was my first time in Shenyang, and for an important anniversary, I chose the Conrad as our base for a three-day, two-night stay. Here’s an objective review based on my actual experience:
**Location:**
The hotel is very close to both Beizhan (North Station) and Shenyang Station, about a ten-minute taxi ride. If you take the subway, it’s just one transfer, and you can reach Exit A of Renmin Square Station on Line 2 (which is the entrance to MixC Hang Lung Plaza) in about 30 minutes. From the first floor of Hang Lung Plaza, there's a glass automatic door that connects directly to the hotel's first floor. Regarding Hang Lung Plaza, I won't comment on the shopping as I didn't explore it much. However, it’s very convenient to take the escalator down to the basement for a meal, grab some snacks at the supermarket/convenience store, play Taiko or Maimai at the arcade on the basement level, or sing karaoke at Mei KTV on the third floor accessible by a scenic elevator. This definitely adds to the convenience of staying at the Conrad.
**Service:**
* **Pre-Stay Service:** I didn't receive any pre-arrival calls or contact, which is usually standard for five-star hotels. It made me think, 'Hmm?' a little, but it wasn't a major issue. During check-in, the front desk informed me that our room was still being prepared but offered a complimentary upgrade to a smoking room so we wouldn't have to wait. I accepted the kind offer and was relieved that the smoke smell in the room wasn't very noticeable.
* **During-Stay Service:** On the first night, I wanted to take a bath, but the bathtub took nearly two hours to fill, only reaching the depth shown in the photo. After half an hour, I thought it was just because the tub was large and filling slowly, but when it was still the same after more than an hour, I suspected the drain wasn't sealing properly. However, it was quite late, and I didn't want to bother the hotel staff with repairs at that hour, especially since we’d already received an upgrade. It felt like that 'don't ask for a bicycle when you've been given a watch' kind of awkwardness. So, the next morning, I called housekeeping to ask if someone could check it while we were out in the afternoon. When we returned the next evening, the first thing I did was fill the tub, and seeing the water successfully rise made me so happy! I could finally take a bath! I'm grateful to the staff for solving the problem on time. Later that night, we went to the executive lounge on the 83rd floor for the evening light meal. The food was excellent, and they were proactive in asking about our needs. Special thanks to Cloris, Luna, and Rachel for their warm service.
**Facilities:**
As mentioned above, the room was generally in good condition. There were a few areas that showed some wear or minor human-made stains, but nothing major. Honestly, you don't really use or even touch every single part of a suite; it's always just a few key areas. The bathtub issue might have been a 'historical problem' left by a previous guest, but at least I got it resolved. This does, however, suggest that there's room for improvement in terms of facility maintenance and even upgrades.
**Dining:**
The executive lounge's food has already been mentioned, so I won't repeat it. For breakfast, I went at 8 AM and 9 AM on the two different days. As expected, it was less crowded earlier. You swipe your room card, then an attendant guides you to an empty table and asks if you'd like coffee or tea. Overall, breakfast was quite good, offering most of the varieties you'd expect from a typical five-star hotel.
**Final Thoughts:**
One minor point of annoyance was the hotel's elevators. Many guests have mentioned the hassle of having to transfer elevators on the 88th floor to get from the hotel entrance to their room. Personally, I think the waiting time for the elevators is more frustrating than the transfer itself. From the 88th-floor lobby to the rooms on lower floors, there are four elevators. Without judging whether that's too many or too few, objectively speaking, every time I waited for an elevator from my room floor to the 88th floor, or from the 88th to my room, it always took over a minute. There was never a time when an elevator arrived within thirty or forty-five seconds of pressing the button. And often, when the elevator did arrive, it was empty. Perhaps it was because I stayed on a weekend and the hotel had an event?
The above only represents my personal experience during this stay.

GGuest UserI brought my parents and kids from Beijing to Qinghe Peninsula in Shenyang for a weekend getaway. Since I wanted everyone to relax comfortably, I opted to stay at the Qinghe Peninsula Resort Hotel instead of the hot spring's rest area. This turned out to be an excellent decision; the entire stay was absolutely perfect!~~
After checking in at 12 PM, the hotel provides hot spring tickets valid until 12 AM that night. The next day, after checking out before 10 AM, we received another set of tickets, valid until 6 PM.
Simply present your ID at the hot springs to collect your tickets. You can't go back and forth between the hotel and hot springs once you've entered. I chose a hot spring king room, which is in the same building as the hot spring area. I didn't even have to leave the building; just take a different elevator up and down. It was incredibly convenient!~~
The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was in a separate building, and the front desk staff explained the process in great detail and inquired about our needs. After check-in, they even escorted us to our room and explained the room features, including the private hot tub. We could also communicate via WeChat if we had any questions during our stay, and their responses were very prompt! 🥰
The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The dining restaurant is located past the villa area, and it was lovely to take a stroll around there in the morning.
Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. Everything from the environment, the convenience of activities, the service, to the breakfast was superb! 👍🏻

Literally built within the walls of the Shenyang palace, an easy 5 minute walk down the main street to the Shenyang Imperial Palace and Huaiyuanmen station just outside the palace walls. The room was immaculate with brand new furnishing as the hotel seems to be newly renovated with an Art Deco vibe. For the price you couldn't ask for any more.
An absolute joy to stay at, the front desk service was immensely helpful with advice and even offered to wash and dry my clothes upon request on the first night. Couldn't be happier and will return, thank you so much!

GGuest UserRoom clean. Best plushies on mattress top. Feels luxurious sleeping in the bed. Standard bottled water, towel, coffee tea sachets. Clean room but we cannot control room temperature. However I lower the AC, room temps stay 25C The toilet partition is made of glass see through to the room and the curtain to cover the toilet is outside the toilet, in the room, which is a bad design. Water seep out at the base of the glass joints into the bedroom carpet, causing condensation. Across the street and just around the corner is the happening pedestrian street and the subway, making this place the best in location. Disadvantage: walking street is next to the garbage collection station. Walking in and out, the air smells. Lobby to check in and breakfast is at the 7th floor. Basic choice of food.

GGuest UserWhat a surprise, I booked it for one day at first, fearing it would be uncomfortable. I didn't expect the boss and the front desk service to be so good. So I booked another day. The air conditioner in the middle room was broken, so the boss took the initiative to change the room. The cleaning lady was as warm and welcoming as a family member. She took such good care of our family that we felt embarrassed. The hotel is not far from anywhere and has its own parking lot. I had a great time staying in Shenyang this time.
