"The unbeatable location near the main train and bus station is the only positive aspect of this property. While the customer service team was pleasant, the lines to speak with them were endless. The private bathroom is exceptionally cramped—similar to a boat cabin—making it nearly impossible to turn around. Furthermore, basic amenities were lacking: a hairdryer was only provided on the third night after three separate requests, housekeeping occurs only after five nights, and there is a 5-euro fee for towel replacements."

"The dark-skinned male staff member, who seemed to be Indian, had a very poor attitude during check-in. He demanded city tax, and when I offered cash, he refused, insisting on card payment only. It was only €1.3, and the person behind me in line had to pay for me with their card. The Indian-looking staff member even gave me a disdainful look."

"Hotel is about an 8 min walk to the train station. There is construction nearby which meant we had to walk a short path in the dirt through a park area but not a big issue. Hotel was clean and beds were comfy. No toiletries or amenities though. Not much to eat around here though (nearest restaurant is near the train station). "Most of all, thank you to Mr. & Mrs. Weise, who are the most nicest and really polite, warmly service-mind staffs in Germany we've ever met. They really made our trip in Hamburg nicely staying there. The hotel, itself is not that much fantastic but still kinda standard of Accor. The receptionist on our day, one was quite not on nice behaviour but she made it equally to every one, with the voice tone not polite enough. Overall of service, other staffs were nice. Pillows must be improved, but ved was pretty good. Shower 🚿 was not that strong but not that bad. We've been at the newer one near hbf branch last year, so it's much different atmosphere. So thank you so much for your kindly service-mind to us Mr.& Mrs. Weise. You're the best of hotel! Best, Micha&Tata"

Сам отель удивил спокойным чистым но ером в дополнительно зданни с балконом во внутренний двор, но в номере нет ни холодильника ни столовых принадлежностей. Есть халаты и тапочки. В общем можно рекомендовать если район устраивает (15 минут пешком до главного ЖД вокзала)."

"Nice hotel not far away from the Harbour attractions of Hamburg. The hotel staff was very kind and upon my request changed our room because of a bad odor from the restroom. The breakfast is pretty good with lots of choices. The hotel has an underground parking lot which is 30 euros for visitors and 20 euros for guests, still pretty expensive considering the hotel costs of about a hundred euros per night. But in general a good hotel experience. One bonus is the free drinks of the room bar, including two beers!"
