"Nice hotel not far away from the Harbour attractions of Hamburg. The hotel staff was very kind and upon my request changed our room because of a bad odor from the restroom. The breakfast is pretty good with lots of choices. The hotel has an underground parking lot which is 30 euros for visitors and 20 euros for guests, still pretty expensive considering the hotel costs of about a hundred euros per night. But in general a good hotel experience. One bonus is the free drinks of the room bar, including two beers!"

"The hotel is well-located, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and not too far from the city center. Our room overlooked a quiet inner courtyard. The room itself was quite spacious and pleasant. However, the cooling system wasn't very powerful. Also, the double bed is small, and the thick duvet makes a lot of noise and wakes up both people as soon as one moves (and makes you hot)."

"The only downside is that the room is not too big. It is across the river from Warehouse Street, and the location is excellent. Parking is underground, and there is an elevator directly in the lobby. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable."

"Overall the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Two points worth noting that guests should be aware of: 1. The curtain pocket (the part at the top that hides the curtain rail) is not deep enough, so plenty of light comes in around it. For people use to full blackout in bedrooms, this may be disturbing - especially when the sun rises in the morning. 2. As noted in some other reviews, the pillows are EXTREMELY low density. They are so low density, that there is close to zero support once lying on them and the weight of your head has compressed the filling (down I think). I fortunately brought my own pillow, however if I had not, this review score would be much lower as it would have made it difficult for me to sleep the pillows are so unusually soft/airy."

"This is not bad, the location is very good, just a 10-minute walk from the central station, on the main street, there are many supermarkets and bars nearby, the price is not expensive, it is a chain brand hotel, but the room is a little small, there is a place to hang clothes and dry clothes in the corner, which is worth praising! "

"Great stay — second time and still amazing I had another wonderful stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Hamburg — this was actually my second time here. The first time I stayed with my mother, and this time with my fiancée, and both experiences have been consistently great. The service is excellent. The staff are always smiling, very kind, and extremely polite, which really makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Everything about the hotel feels lovely and well taken care of. The gym is nice and well-equipped, perfect if you want to keep up your routine while traveling. Breakfast is amazing — plenty of options and everything fresh and tasty, definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The location is also fantastic. It’s close to public transport (there’s a tram stop nearby), making it easy to get around the city. There’s also a great falafel/döner spot close by if you’re looking for a late-night snack, which was a fun bonus. Plus, it’s very close to Westfield, where you can enjoy the scenery and find lots of nice restaurants and shops. Overall, an amazing stay once again. Thank you to the whole team — I’ll definitely be back."

"This was our second time at the Intercity Hotel, because of the great price and super convenient location directly opposite the main train station with S/U-Bahn and bus lines 👍🏼. The breakfast room is a bit dated, but the staff were friendly and the breakfast was reasonably varied. Unfortunately, as in every hotel, the bathroom lighting was a disaster and the bathroom itself was very small. And of course, the parking fees of €25 per day… which seems to be the norm in all hotels now."

"Hotel have a great location closed to the train station we have stayed at this hotel for some years ago. But this time our room was not as expected as it’s was on the 6th floor (last floor and ) and it has gable roof room which is very closed to the bed so we need to be extra careful to not hitting our heads against the wall while we go through. Otherwise everyone was more than good , breakfast was very delicious and helful staff they allow us to forlong our check out 2 hours with no fee. Absolutely will stay here again but in another floor :)"

"The room is spacious and located in the city center, a great location. The decor is unique and worth staying in. It's very convenient for shopping and has a nice view. A new shopping mall has recently opened nearby."
