There is a subway station at the door and a bus stop at the corner. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the central train station and Brandenburg Gate. The location is convenient and the soundproofing is good. It is not noisy even if you live on the third floor facing the street. There is a good German restaurant nearby.

I have only a few suggestions for improvement. The music that is played in the changing rooms could also be played in the pool area itself. It was actually always pretty good. I also missed the Deluxe Music station. A music station that really plays music 24/7. Perhaps there will be ways to receive the station in the future. Other than that, everything was great

I recently stayed at this hotel , and I have to say my experience was a real mix of good and bad. I'll break it down clearly so other travelers know what to expect. Check-in experience I arrived at the hotel AT 21 PM, which was supposed to be the standard check-in time. To my surprise, there was absolutely nobody at the reception desk. I stood there waiting, thinking someone would appear in a minute.. After a while staff member finally came out from a back office. They looked a bit stressed or overwhelmed.The check-in process itself was rushed and cold. Coffee in the room – horrible Another big downside was the in-room coffee. The hotel provides instant powdered coffee – the cheap, soluble type that comes in a small sachet. I made a cup hoping for a decent morning coffee, but it was truly horrible. The taste was artificial, bitter, and had absolutely no real coffee flavour. It honestly tasted like chemicals. In my opinion, a hotel charging these rates should definitely offer capsule coffee (like Nespresso or a compatible system). Powdered coffee is outdated, low-quality, and leaves a terrible impression on guests who appreciate a good cup of coffee to start the day. This is a small detail that makes a big difference. I ended up going out to a nearby café to buy real coffee. THE POSITIVE POINTS Cleanliness – excellent On the positive side, I have to say that the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The bed sheets were crisp, white, and spotless. The bathroom was perfectly clean – no hair, no dust, no stains. The floors were well swept and mopped. It's clear that the housekeeping staff takes their job seriously and does an excellent job. I felt very comfortable in terms of hygiene and tidiness. The room itself – fine The room was fine. It wasn't luxurious or particularly stylish, but it was perfectly acceptable for a short stay. The bed was comfortable enough, the TV worked well, the Wi-Fi connection was stable, and the air conditioning functioned properly. There was enough space to move around and store my luggage. So for a basic, no-frills stay, the room met expectations.

The hotel is very convinient located about 5 minutes walking from the central main train station in Berlin. Follow the signs to exit ”Europaplatz”. You can already see a large square building with 3 hotel names on it, one is the Amano Grand hotel. So cross the ”Invalidenstrasse” at the right side traffic light (straight from the exit of the train station) turn right, and the hotel entrance is on the right side of that building, from the ”Heidestraße”. You will be greated by friendly staff with gas check in services. The room is comfortable and clean. We had one facing the train station but it still was quite. It appears there is a fancy roof top bar on the top of the (not very high, if I remember it correctly 8 floor) building. But going to our room we shared the elevator with some people being quite excited to get into that bar. 😊 As we had to catch a train very early the next morning, we had no time to check it out.

24 hours reception is good! The location is great, very convenient to everywhere, clean and comfortable!

I had a generally positive stay at the hotel, with a few notable highlights and some areas for improvement. One of the standout aspects was the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping manager. He was incredibly attentive, consistently checking in to ensure everything was in order, offering help whenever needed, and genuinely caring about the guest experience. His warm and proactive approach made a significant difference during my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was phenomenal. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the high standard of hygiene was clearly maintained throughout. The restaurant, however, was more average. While the food was decent, the variety was somewhat limited and did not fully meet expectations. Regarding the facilities, I was quite disappointed. The gym itself is very impressive and well-equipped, but access to it is not included within the standard hotel area, which made it inconvenient to use. This was particularly frustrating, as I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised having a gym. Unfortunately, this limitation negatively impacted my overall experience. Despite these drawbacks, I would consider returning in the future—hopefully with a better deal that reflects the overall value more accurately.

You get what you paid for. The location is somewhat ok, you have to walk for 10-15mins from Central Station. I arrived late night and check-in was smooth. I was in a 8-bedder room, and it was actually quite spacious. They have some hook to hang your jacket, some rack for you to put your backpack underneath the bed. Nothing fancy, so only choose if you're looking for a place just to sleep. Other than that, they also have a common area where you can sit. You might also need to pay extra for luggage storage and towel.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at Wyndham Garden Berlin Mitte. The room is very clean & warm, the hotel staffs are very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was also great! They even let me use their gym/shower after the marathon even past the check out time, so thoughtful! I will highly recommend this place. Danka schön, Wyndham Garden Berlin Mitte! See you again.

Love this hotel, good location, walking distance to main train station and to the city.

During my Europe trip, I stayed at Hotel Regence Etoile twice and each time felt just as welcoming as the first. the staff are incredible warm, friendly and attentive, which truly made me feel at home in Paris. The location is unbeatable. The hotel is just a minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and from my room window I had a direct view of Charles de Gaulle.
