It's really close to Berlin Central Station, the city center, and even a shopping mall directly connected to the station that has a supermarket, which was really handy. "I recently stayed at this hotel , and I have to say my experience was a real mix of good and bad. I'll break it down clearly so other travelers know what to expect. Check-in experience I arrived at the hotel AT 21 PM, which was supposed to be the standard check-in time. To my surprise, there was absolutely nobody at the reception desk. I stood there waiting, thinking someone would appear in a minute.. After a while staff member finally came out from a back office. They looked a bit stressed or overwhelmed.The check-in process itself was rushed and cold. Coffee in the room – horrible Another big downside was the in-room coffee. The hotel provides instant powdered coffee – the cheap, soluble type that comes in a small sachet. I made a cup hoping for a decent morning coffee, but it was truly horrible. The taste was artificial, bitter, and had absolutely no real coffee flavour. It honestly tasted like chemicals. In my opinion, a hotel charging these rates should definitely offer capsule coffee (like Nespresso or a compatible system). Powdered coffee is outdated, low-quality, and leaves a terrible impression on guests who appreciate a good cup of coffee to start the day. This is a small detail that makes a big difference. I ended up going out to a nearby café to buy real coffee. THE POSITIVE POINTS Cleanliness – excellent On the positive side, I have to say that the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The bed sheets were crisp, white, and spotless. The bathroom was perfectly clean – no hair, no dust, no stains. The floors were well swept and mopped. It's clear that the housekeeping staff takes their job seriously and does an excellent job. I felt very comfortable in terms of hygiene and tidiness. The room itself – fine The room was fine. It wasn't luxurious or particularly stylish, but it was perfectly acceptable for a short stay. The bed was comfortable enough, the TV worked well, the Wi-Fi connection was stable, and the air conditioning functioned properly. There was enough space to move around and store my luggage. So for a basic, no-frills stay, the room met expectations."

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the classic Sheraton bed is incredibly comfortable, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The hotel features a well-equipped fitness center, perfect for daily workouts. There's also an on-site parking lot available for €32 per day with in-and-out privileges, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. The lobby is grand and expansive, and the common areas are elegantly designed. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options, including cold cuts, smoked salmon, freshly made omelets, baked goods, and various beverages, providing plenty of choices."

"It’s a very good hotel located very close to a train station with lots of restaurants, grocery stores and much more around. The restaurant offers great breakfast. The hotel also has a conference hall and co-working areas with good media facilities so it’s great for business retreats."

My room didn't have an electric kettle, but there's a lounge next to the front desk where you can get free hot water from a dispenser, right next to the paid coffee machine. They also have paper cups, so I took some back to my room to make tea and miso soup!"

"The environment is super comfortable and the location is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere. We stayed for three days, and the room was bigger than expected. The Natural History Museum is just a minute's walk away. Plus, there are three different supermarkets nearby – Rewe, dm, and Bio – catering to all your shopping needs. The room facilities are complete and brand new, the air conditioning works great, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. Most importantly, the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, which made my trip to Berlin an absolutely wonderful experience!"
