"The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Nyhavn, and surrounded by many supermarkets and restaurants. It's accessible from the airport by metro, and just a short walk from the metro station to the hotel. The room was very quiet, and while the curtains weren't fully blackout, it didn't affect my sleep. The lobby is beautiful, but the room facilities felt a bit plasticky, comparable to a domestic three-star standard at best. The room was quite small, barely enough space to open a suitcase. There was no complimentary water, and the Wi-Fi was prone to disconnecting with poor signal in the room. Luggage storage is available in lockers on the basement level for an additional fee (please refer to the picture for pricing). The self check-in and check-out process was very efficient, and the staff were helpful."

"The room was tiny, old, and there was nowhere to put my luggage. The hotel entrance had steps, which made it very inconvenient to carry my bags up myself. The elevator in the side building was extremely small and old. When I checked out, the elevator wasn't working, so I had to carry my luggage down from the second floor. The carpet in the hotel hallway was so old it smelled. The hotel's location is excellent, and the front desk service was quick and helpful with luggage storage. Other than that, there's nothing much to praise."

"This is purely a budget hotel, perfect for backpackers... Hotels in Scandinavia are generally quite expensive, and this one is similar to youth hostels in China – everything is self-service. The bathroom is so tiny, only one person can stand in it; you'll just have to bear with it for showering."

"Good stay in this hotel. Great location for us. Nearby city center and main attractions( including the football stadium). Clean room, standard. Maybe improvement can be made on the shower (water doesn’t go through smoothly) and the plug socket on right side of the bed isn’t easy to plug in. Except these great help from night shift staff"

"Stay was good for the first four days. Busy and tired each day. Got to bed at 9-10, no issues. Last day, noisy guests put lights on anddidn't stop till midnight. Rooms are fine. I was satisfied. Had 2 showers and a toilet. Mostly fine. Location clear and easy to move around. Facilities not sure. Didn't seem to have any kitchen or fridge or anything I wanted. Didn't affect me too much, but would have been nice."

"A different experience, we will definitely repeat it! 3 things to improve, the hallway light does not turn off at night which is uncomfortable because this light enters even inside the capsule, the sliding door of the capsule creaks, and it is uncomfortable for both us and other guests late at night to open and close the door and generate SUCH an annoying sound, finally the charging port did not work with 2 cell phones at the same time 🥹😅"

"Extended my stay here, in one of the most affordable Scandic hotels in the city. Though tucked in one side of the city, it is actually nearer to the sights to the eastern part of the city. Clean, bright. and good enough for a solo traveler. Eateries are nearby and there is a convenience store across the road for simple purchases. Friendly front desk."

"Excellent location and breakfast. Well decorated rooms. Watch out for those located on street level, as you may experience noise from the street from early morning throughout the day. Staff was helpful in assisting and problem solving, especially Ms.Ann."

"Location is perfect and around 10 minutes walk from the train station. I paid for an upgrade to the Heaven Rooms which was located on the the 9th floor with great view! The service and kindness of each of the people in the front desk was worth mentioning. Two disadvantages: 1. Breakfast was ok, but for the price you pay they could have add some more options, although the view was amazing! 2. The price of the lockers is quite high and unexpected until you see it in the front desk. Other than that it was great and well recommended!!"

"First time staying in a capsule hotel and it was really fun! The bed was quite spacious, easily fitting two people, and it had internal air circulation, so no need to worry about feeling stuffy. It felt very safe for a solo female traveler (just remember to close your door properly). The communal bathrooms were also very clean. Overall, great experience, definitely worth trying!"
