"1. Decent hotel for the price and location 2. The staff is friendly 3. Breakfast is great - so don’t miss it 4. For the price, amenities could have been better (like slippers etc) 5. TV works 6. The room is clean, but a little small 7. The snacks kept in the room are not complimentary - only the after bottles are complimentary 8. The view is not great in all the rooms - half the rooms open towards a central courtyard (so privacy isn’t great in those rooms and the windows cannot be opened) 9. No balcony in rooms"

"I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time). Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option! The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard."

"The location was the best , the room size was good the bathroom had a bath tub , but there was no foot mat . The toilet was not clean at all . The fridge was not clean and hardly cooling . The restaurants are good . The manager and the reception staff were very polite. The WiFi does not work at all and connectivity in my room on the 4 th floor was poor . The best part is that there was no noise from other rooms. They gave us only one towel till we asked for the second one and no napkins . House keeping is rather slow . But for the price I think it was ok . Cleanliness has to be looked into .. there was a biscuit wrapper in the fridge .. that clearly states that cleaning was not done thoroughly. "

"I made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)"

"I had a wonderful stay for 6 nights at the Sheraton Grand Bund Garden, Pune. A special mention to Ms. Rupal Navale, who went out of her way to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. She personally checked in to see if I was comfortable and if there was anything I needed, which was great service. She also kindly sent up a birthday cake as I was there celebrating my birthday. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made my stay exceptionally comfortable and memorable."

"I stayed here one night while in the city for some business meetings. The location is quite good, in the city center. Room and washroom are both quite wide and spacious but a bit outdated, furniture results a bit work out, anyway for one night in the city it’s ok. Breakfast quality was a bit average, but you can find both Indians and continental options. Gym is basic, but with a good variety of machines and a very nice view over the city during sunrise. Something to improve: I found some black hair under the sheets (I am blond) and the room was a bit dusty: suggest the hotel staff to care a bit more about cleanliness."

The meal was served at Café on 3, which has a lovely, upscale ambiance with peaceful views of the outdoor pool. The breakfast buffet is incredibly expansive and caters to every palate. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff was attentive without being intrusive; special thanks to the team for their polite and helpful service throughout the meal. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and provided a very relaxing environment to start the day."
