"A Truly Wonderful Stay at Centro Hotel, Pune I had an amazing experience during my stay at Centro Hotel, Pune. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was quick and hassle-free, setting the tone for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms were beautifully maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. It was clear that attention to detail was a priority, making the stay feel both luxurious and homely. One of the highlights of my stay was the in-house restaurant, Chirp. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of flavors that left me wanting more after every meal. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and taste were consistently impressive. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. "Standard low cost 4 star hotel; has seen its glory day in the past and now befallen in dismay as compared to its competition. Needs to upgrade to new interiors, very friendly staff and great location for old Town pune."

"There are many kinds of breakfast, the food is very fresh, located near the airport, a little farther away from the city, you can take a tuk tuk ride and experience the crowdedness of India. The hotel can call a taxi, but the price is more than twice the price."

"1. Decent hotel for the price and location 2. The staff is friendly 3. Breakfast is great - so don’t miss it 4. For the price, amenities could have been better (like slippers etc) 5. TV works 6. The room is clean, but a little small 7. The snacks kept in the room are not complimentary - only the after bottles are complimentary 8. The view is not great in all the rooms - half the rooms open towards a central courtyard (so privacy isn’t great in those rooms and the windows cannot be opened) 9. No balcony in rooms"

"The location was the best , the room size was good the bathroom had a bath tub , but there was no foot mat . The toilet was not clean at all . The fridge was not clean and hardly cooling . The restaurants are good . The manager and the reception staff were very polite. The WiFi does not work at all and connectivity in my room on the 4 th floor was poor . The best part is that there was no noise from other rooms. They gave us only one towel till we asked for the second one and no napkins . House keeping is rather slow . But for the price I think it was ok . Cleanliness has to be looked into .. there was a biscuit wrapper in the fridge .. that clearly states that cleaning was not done thoroughly. "

"I made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)"

"I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Pune and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The staff were courteous, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, I did notice that some areas of the hotel are beginning to show their age. In particular, the coffee shop's furniture could use some attention. The sofas appeared worn and in need of a deep cleaning, and a few tables were a bit wobbly, which made dining slightly uncomfortable. While the bathrooms were clean, certain fixtures seemed dated, suggesting that the hotel might benefit from some refurbishments to maintain its high standards. Despite these minor issues, the hotel's service and amenities were commendable. With some updates to the furnishings and facilities, the JW Marriott Pune can continue to offer the luxurious experience it's known for."

"I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time). Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option! The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard."

"I had a wonderful stay for 6 nights at the Sheraton Grand Bund Garden, Pune. A special mention to Ms. Rupal Navale, who went out of her way to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. She personally checked in to see if I was comfortable and if there was anything I needed, which was great service. She also kindly sent up a birthday cake as I was there celebrating my birthday. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made my stay exceptionally comfortable and memorable."
