"They say they are renovating rooms but what they have done is paint the room & change the light. Bedsheets & towels have holes & are yellow coloured. They don’t have rooms or some arrangement for senior citizens, stay, nor do they give rooms to senior citizens near the lift. They have typical Puneri attitude - “take what we are offering you or go elsewhere” as I feed they know they get good business, so they give a dam to feedback/reviews."
