The room is clean, but a little small 7. The snacks kept in the room are not complimentary - only the after bottles are complimentary 8. The view is not great in all the rooms - half the rooms open towards a central courtyard (so privacy isn’t great in those rooms and the windows cannot be opened) 9. No balcony in rooms"

"There are many kinds of breakfast, the food is very fresh, located near the airport, a little farther away from the city, you can take a tuk tuk ride and experience the crowdedness of India. The hotel can call a taxi, but the price is more than twice the price."

"I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time). Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option! The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard."
