The hotel is located in Higashi-Ginza. After exiting the subway, it's about a 5-10 minute walk. Along the way, you'll pass well-known hotels like Mitsui Garden and Marriott properties. This particular hotel is on a smaller side street, but it's still quite easy to find. Our twin beds were pushed together, which was perfect for a family with children. I was surprised and impressed by the Japanese design of the bathroom, where the shower, toilet, and vanity were all separated – very practical indeed. The room size was adequate. Perhaps because we arrived late, we were given a room on the 3rd floor and told there were no higher floors available. The hotel only has two elevators, and the lobby is on the 2nd floor, which can be awkward during peak times as the elevator from the 3rd floor must stop on the 2nd floor first. We sometimes had to wait a long time for an elevator, and you can't take the stairs directly from the 3rd floor to the 1st, which was a bit time-consuming. We didn't book breakfast at the hotel, as there's a 7-Eleven right downstairs and a FamilyMart about 20 meters away. We ended up getting most of our breakfast from these two convenience stores for our 3-day stay. The hotel isn't far from Ginza, which is very vibrant at night. When we returned late, we'd usually walk back from Ginza Station, taking our time and browsing the shops. Common drugstores are plentiful near the hotel, many with Chinese-speaking staff. Major brand stores in Ginza are also conveniently clustered together, so you can easily find your preferred luxury items. With some discounts, the exchange rate worked out to about 4.3 (RMB to JPY, assuming context). However, popular attractions like Senso-ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree are a bit further away. In summary, if you're coming to Tokyo primarily for shopping, this hotel is a good option. It offers great value for money in the Ginza area.

A 5-minute walk from Shimbashi Station. Close to the Imperial Palace, Tokyo Station, Ginza, and more, this hotel is extremely convenient for sightseeing in Tokyo. It's also close to Tokyo Tower and located along the JR Yamanote Line, making travel very easy. The room type is a mixed-gender dormitory room.

Located in Shimbashi Station, Minato Ward, it's only about 1km from Tokyo Tower. Shimbashi Station offers incredibly convenient access to Shibuya and Shinjuku. There's also a smoking room, the hygiene is decent, and the facilities are comprehensive. They have coin-operated washing machines and a large public area with a microwave and a refrigerator. The toilet even comes with sanitary pads. A FamilyMart convenience store is just a few steps away, and there are vending machines right outside the entrance. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.

The location is fantastic! It's just a 10-minute walk to Ginza, and there's a food street right downstairs, making transportation super convenient. The room size is quite generous for Japan, especially for a solo traveler. I booked a room facing the railway, and I honestly expected it to be noisy, but it wasn't at all! The railway view also added a unique touch. If you're with friends, there's even a DJ playing at night and a cocktail bar.

Overall, it's pretty good. The room isn't huge, but there's enough space to open three suitcases comfortably. It's very clean, and they bring fresh pajamas daily. The amenities are comprehensive, including a fridge – though a microwave would have been a nice addition. Both check-in and check-out are semi-self-service, which is very efficient. Thumbs up! The biggest plus is definitely the location; it's super convenient for getting anywhere. It’s only a five to six-minute walk from Ginza Station, and the surrounding shopping area is fantastic for browsing. Plus, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby.

The location is excellent, just about 200 meters walk to Ginza Six. For Ginza, the rooms are quite spacious, and all the facilities, including the lobby, feel small yet exquisite. During my stay, there weren't many Chinese guests, mostly foreigners. However, the soundproofing in the rooms is superb; you can't even tell there are many guests in the hotel. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's very refined and tastes great.

The room was quite spacious compared to typical Japanese hotel rooms, and since the hotel seemed newly renovated, everything felt very clean and modern. One small downside was that there wasn’t a small table in the room where we could comfortably eat snacks or relax. There was a small corner table, which worked for doing makeup, but the layout wasn’t really convenient for eating. The bedding and bathroom were both very nice, and the public bath was also modern and clean. However, the water was a bit too shallow, which was slightly disappointing. Most of the front desk staff were friendly overall, but one male staff member at reception was quite unpleasant. He had a very expressionless attitude and spoke in a way that felt unnecessarily rude and made us feel uncomfortable. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable stay, but the service experience at the front desk could be improved.

I love staying at B-Ginza hotel. It is strategic location, close to many shops such as muji, itoya, gu, uniqlo, donki, loft, itoya, etc. Quiet area which is great for resting. The staffs are professional, friendly, easy to communicate & helpful (specially Robert). I like the coffee machine which you can print the image, got several times with different ones 😁. The amenities are there in the lobby, you can take according to your needs. I also got some voucher drinks 🍺🍸. Can’t complain about the room space since this is located in center city. They clean every 3 days but change your towel daily which it worked for us. I booked 3 rooms for my family and they all satisfy. Definitely will come back again dan recommended for others! Thank you B-Ginza team 🙏🏻.

I’ve passed by this hotel before and finally decided to stay here. The best thing about it is definitely the location, right in the bustling Ginza district, super close to the lively main street. The hotel lobby is quite small. Check-in isn't until 3 PM, so early arrivals ended up storing their luggage in the lobby, which made it feel really cramped. When 3 PM rolled around, everyone came to retrieve their bags, and there was a bit of a queue. The room wasn't huge, but the layout was decent, and the bathroom was quite spacious. However, the air conditioning in the room was old and couldn't be adjusted for hot or cold settings. For the first two days, it was set to heating, and I was melting! The room temperature was at least 30 degrees Celsius, and it was incredibly dry. It felt so hot and dry that it was almost suffocating. Thankfully, the Trip.com customer service was very helpful. After I reported the issue, they quickly contacted the hotel, and the room was automatically switched to cooling mode, which made a huge difference. The dryness, however, remained. There was a window in the room, but it seems windows in Japanese hotels generally don't open. The hotel room itself was pretty quiet; I couldn't hear any street noise. But in the mornings, when housekeeping was cleaning, there was a bit of a noisy banging. I think the beds are on wheeled frames and easily moved, so the banging and moving sounds during cleaning were quite loud. Some of the furniture in the room was a bit old. The handles on some cabinet doors were loose, and the mini-fridge didn't cool very well. Otherwise, everything else was pretty good. Upon check-in, I also received some complimentary face masks, which came in handy given how dry the room was.

GGuest UserIt wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. I was surprised that parking was charged, but I was even more surprised by how few options there were at the breakfast buffet. This may be due to the rising cost of living, but other nearby hotels had cheaper rates and more varied breakfast buffets, so to me it just didn't compare. I regret having had oddly high expectations, thinking that it must be better because it was expensive. It was painful to see my child disappointed.

AAnonymous UserI really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Emisia. The location is super convenient. Very close to Tachikawa Station, with Lawson and 7-Eleven right next door, and Donki just across the street. Finding food around the area was also very easy. Such a strategic spot! The room was comfortable and quite spacious by Tokyo standards. The bed was cozy and everything was clean. Overall, a great stay. All the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. I accidentally broke a wheel on a chair and reported it, but they kindly reassured me saying “daijoubu, daijoubu.” So sweet 🥹 Amenities were also complete. Highly recommended!

YYingyangdepingguoI have to give this place a shout-out! The hotel location is super convenient, right next to the subway station. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast had a great variety, and the value for money is really high. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe accommodation was so much better than what I thought! It's spacious and comfortable with the window view of the trees and 5 minute walk from the train station and Mt Takao trail. Youhei who greeted us at reception was outstanding in his customer service, he explained there would be vegan breakfast served daily as I put a request for vegan and didn't get a response that there would be vegan breakfast and he gave us tips on how to use the amenities here and how to communicate to the restaurant staff about our request. We enjoyed the bonfire and cooking corn which tasted amazing. The feedback I would give is the young Japanese woman who served us for dinner on the first night on Friday 12th July at 8pm, she was very quick to get the bill and take the money without being patient and focused, it felt like we we're not welcomed. Other than that I would come back again!

GGuest UserI had initially wanted to cancel this booking and switch to another hotel because of the distance, but I couldn't manage to do it. So, I arrived with a bit of a complaint. However, I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. It's right outside the subway exit – truly the most conveniently located place I've ever stayed! It lived up to Toyoko Inn's usual standard: clean and with hot water. My only minor issue was that the air conditioner blew directly onto the bed in summer, which isn't ideal for sensitive sleepers like myself. The surrounding area is very well-equipped with amenities, making it incredibly convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is near many restaurants, izakayas and bar. There are malls/shopping centre. It's also close to the station (both jr line and odakyu line). Polite Staff, they understand english, and can speak a little bit of english. The room was a bit small, if you had 2 or more luggage, it will be hard to store in your room. They have smoking area on some floor, and laundry room on 8th floor (costs 1k yen). Def will come back again if their price is competitive (30-40$)

GGuest UserI stayed at Beautiful Kamiya Resort for two nights. Location location location! At Mitake station there are lockers to store luggage. They fit a carry on for sure but maybe even a large suitcase. 500 yen for up to three days. I was outdoors the majority of the time but was at ease knowing a comfortable warm bed and hot bath awaits me. The kitchen is very basic but good for simple meals. Electric cook top, microwave, hot water pot, refrigerator etc. The bad tub is almost as large as a car. Separate toilet and tub areas. Lots of power outlets throughout. Plenty of hot water and clean towels. There is some traffic noise but not a big deal at least for me. This area is absolutely beautiful. Mountains, trees, river, friendly shop keepers and amazing hiking. It rained everyday except my last day of course. It was not really a rain but more like a Seattle mist. I was able to hike the entire main loop but did not peak Mt Otake as I did not have the correct footwear. There is a bus from 30 yards south of the Mitake train station that departs to the Mt Mitake cable car. The entire day round trip is about 1200 yen but honestly I did not keep track down to the penny. I had the most delicious cold udon dish ever at the Small village about 1/2 mile hike above the cable car station. They used local mountain vegetables. My first time ever to taste wild Miatake mushroom tempura. I was in heaven! Cons: no convenience stores in the area however there is a small store between the public train station restrooms and the train station. Lights from the street and nearby buildings come through some windows but there is a window shuttle that can be closed. It's 5-7 minutes walk to and from the Mitake train station. Having a car would be more convenient. I did not try any taxi service so I'm not sure if there is the option.
