Considering the price and the excellent location, it is more than acceptable and offers great value for money. What truly stood out was the excellent service from the front desk staff. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. We encountered a problem with our car during our stay, and the staff kindly assisted us by contacting the police and helping us handle the situation, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel with a fantastic location and outstanding service."

"I spent two nights with my family during the Obon holiday. There is good access by route bus from Wakayama City Station, and it is convenient to get off at Masagocho bus stop or Prefectural Office Main Gate. There is a convenience store nearby, so the location is good. The staff was very kind and courteous throughout my stay, and I felt very comfortable. Not only the rooms but also every corner of the hotel is thoroughly cleaned, so you can spend your time in a clean environment. One disappointing point is the aging of the air conditioning equipment. Even when set to MAX, the room temperature never dropped below 26℃. They kindly accommodated my request for a room change, but they did not resolve the issue. However, we were able to get through the tropical night by being lent a circulator. Due to the air conditioning, the facility's rating is a little low, but if you change the season, I think it would be a perfect score. I would like to use it again in the cooler months."

"The room was very spacious and had no strange smells. The hotel staff even helped move our stored luggage into the room and provided complimentary snacks and water, which was a very thoughtful touch! The TV showed the occupancy of various public areas, which was super considerate. The hot springs were also very comfortable, with good ambiance and cleanliness. After a dip, they offered popsicles, which was a nice treat. There were two large bookshelves nearby where you could pick out your favorite manga to read, and right outside was the massage chair area – absolutely perfect! In the evening, they offered free late-night noodles that were quite tasty, and there was a self-service drink bar. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, and I even got to try local specialty sushi, which was a unique experience. There was an electronic scale at the stairwell for weighing luggage, which was very convenient. I'd love to visit again if I get the chance!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our Japan trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a beautiful atmosphere and excellent facilities. Staff members were polite, helpful, and always smiling, making us feel very welcome from check in until departure. "The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the JR station and connected to Kintetsu Department Store. The area is very lively, probably the busiest spot in Wakayama. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. They offer complimentary tea and coffee, served in what seems to be the breakfast area, which has a really nice ambiance. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Wakayama!"

"This hotel is conveniently located just minutes away from the Wakayama train station. It has very good value for money. We stayed in a japanese style room. It had everything we needed and it was also pretty clean. Overall, I would happily stay here once more, if I ever were to go to Wakayama again"

"On my second night, I discovered the soundproofing was terrible. There was a bunch of 'monsters' in the room next door – it sounded like people from several rooms had gathered, chatting loudly, opening and closing doors constantly, and laughing and shouting hysterically. This went on for a long time. By past midnight, I couldn't take it anymore and went down to the front desk. I was worried there wouldn't be anyone at the front desk, but there were two gentlemen on duty. They told me a sports team had checked in that day and were probably just overexcited. I told them they either needed to talk to them or I'd have to change rooms. The front desk staff went up and knocked on their door, greeting the group (signaling me to go back to my room first). Not long after, the group finally dispersed. The hotel service was still very good. Running into those ******* was just bad luck for me. Next time I encounter a similar unexpected situation, I definitely shouldn't think, 'I'll just bear it, maybe they'll finish soon.' I should go down immediately and seek help from the front desk. I'm curious, which country do those selfish, loud people who disturb others in the middle of the night come from? The hotel breakfast is complimentary and included by default with the room booking. Although simple, it's completely filling. The restaurant is also open during the day for relaxation and offers free drinks."

"Actually great amenities which are not really listed but you’ll get towels, slippers and pyjamas. They have toiletries by the reception. There is a small onsen as well! Check in is only from 5 pm but you can leave your luggage at the reception downstairs"
