"I really enjoyed my stay here and would happily stay again. The room was spacious, especially considering the price and location, and it had all the essentials I needed. The convenience store right next to the hotel (accessible through the side entrance). The hotel is also just a 3–5 minute walk from the Incheon Airport Bus (6006) stop, making transportation very convenient. Early check-in was available for an additional fee, which was helpful after an early arrival. Its location near the Han River and Banpo Bridge is great for a morning jog or evening walk. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay in Seoul."

"Convenient to travel from the airport—Bus 6009 stops nearby. The hotel is located right by the Orange Line subway. The staff provide good service and offer luggage storage. However, the downside is that the bed is very hard and not comfortable to sleep on. Overall, it’s a good stay."

"This is not the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and everything has always been excellent — but not this time. It all started at check-in, when we were given a different room than the one we had booked. However, thanks to the reception staff, the issue was quickly resolved. Then we noticed that the toilet smelled of smoke, even though the room was supposed to be non-smoking. We informed the staff, and over time the smell became less noticeable. Housekeeping was done daily, and the staff responded promptly to all our requests. These minor inconveniences did not spoil our stay. We will definitely come back again."

"The location is very convenient, I love staying in Hannam because there are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel room was spacious but I wouldn’t say it’s the cleanest, my sister would get itchy every night, although I didn’t experience it. Amenities are also okay, you one of our plugs are broken so we solely relied on an adopter to charge all of our devices. But the room is fresh and cleaned everyday which is something I appreciate after coming back from a long day!"

The surrounding area is packed with trendy restaurants, fashion boutiques, and the famous Cheongdam-dong shopping street, so you can shop and dine all in one go. It's bustling yet surprisingly peaceful. ✨ Stylish Design, Excellent Quality The hotel boasts a brand-new, modern design. The lobby is bright and cool, full of artistic flair, with comfortable seating areas perfect for photos. The rooms are clean, odor-free, and well-lit, with a well-planned layout that feels spacious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer great city views, and the high-floor rooms have an amazing panorama. Standard amenities include smart bathroom fixtures, separate wet and dry areas, branded toiletries, complimentary bottled water, and even an espresso machine – every detail is thoughtfully provided. 🛏️ Comfortable Bedding, Excellent Soundproofing The mattress is just right – not too soft, not too firm – I fell asleep instantly. The duvet is soft and breathable. The soundproofing is exceptional; with the windows closed, you can't hear any street noise. It's wonderfully quiet amidst the hustle and bustle of Gangnam, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The air conditioning/heating control is precise, making it comfortable to stay in any season. Plus, there are plenty of USB ports, so no need for adapters – super handy. 💁 Attentive Service, Multilingual Support The 24-hour front desk staff are warm, efficient, and can communicate effortlessly in Chinese, English, and Korean. Check-in and check-out are a breeze. Housekeeping is meticulous daily, replenishing supplies promptly. They can also help arrange taxis and book attractions, which is a great stress-reliever. There's a free gym (with new equipment) and a public lounge, suitable for both business travelers and leisure guests. 🍳 Delicious Breakfast, Korean & Western Options Galore The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including Korean kimchi, bibimbap, and porridge, as well as Western bread, coffee, and fruit. Many items are made to order, ensuring freshness to kickstart your day. Whether you're in Gangnam for shopping, a business trip, or a romantic getaway, this hotel is an excellent choice! "My absolute favorite hotel! The service is excellent, and they even have a garment steamer. The apartment-style rooms are very spacious, with a fridge and a washing machine – no more worrying about my clothes smelling after having BBQ. Plus, it's just a short walk to the subway, and there's parking available right outside."

"I had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore around Seoul. I also really liked the cafeteria—it was quiet, comfortable, and a great place to get some work done on my laptop. They also offered tax refunds, which was super convenient to use. Overall, I was very happy about my stay, the staff were all friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again when I visit Seoul!"

"Good location. Just a five minute walk from Itaewon station. Lots of eateries around. The hotel is situated on a hill so pushing your luggage up can be tiring. Room is small and there is not much space for a large luggage. Bathroom does not have separate wet and dry areas so after a shower the room will be wet. Fortunately it dries up very quickly and so was not an issue for us. We were disappointed with housekeeping as our room was not cleaned daily even though we requested for it. We even had to request for an additional towel daily as only one was given for a 2 person room. Breakfast is good with varieties."

"The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, and the bedding was good. It was a bit noisy at night (due to the club music, which can't be helped), but thankfully the hotel provided earplugs. What stood out was that the room was equipped with phone charging cables, with dedicated plugs for both Android and Apple devices 🔌, so my European adapter wasn't needed at all. The breakfast was pretty good. They had a wide variety of vegetable salads, and a highlight was the Japanese-style curry. The downside was the limited selection of bread, and croissants had to be purchased separately. On rainy days, the front desk offered umbrellas 🌂 for borrowing. Of course, the hotel's biggest selling point is its incredibly convenient location near the Itaewon club street. You can wake up, head out around 2 AM just as things are peaking, and then party until 3 or 4 AM and return to the hotel without worrying about transportation. The hotel is right around the corner from Itaewon Station, Line 6, Exit 1, on the right. There's also a small but well-stocked OY store nearby."
