TTharunKlWe had an exceptional stay at Nine Tree Premier Hotel Insadong by Parnas. The biggest highlight is its unbeatable central location everything you could possibly need is right at your doorstep. From shopping and great food options to easy access to buses and the subway, it truly doesn’t get more convenient than this. The hotel is modern, very clean, and well-maintained, making it perfect for a comfortable stay, especially when traveling with family. The vibrant Insadong area adds even more charm, with plenty to explore just by stepping out. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist, which made our experience seamless. While it’s not overly pricey, it offers excellent value for money and is absolutely worth what you pay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Seoul!

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts convenient transportation. You can take the airport bus to and from the airport, and the drop-off point is also where you catch the return bus, which is super handy. I took bus 6015 and got off at Myeongdong Station. After getting off, you'll see Subway Exit 8. Head towards Exit 8, and at the first intersection, turn right and walk straight. (Make sure you don't go past the CU convenience store; it's actually right opposite Exit 8.) It's quite close, just a few hundred meters walk. The hotel is also very close to our embassy, which gave me extra peace of mind. Every morning, I could see the embassy from my window seat. The room was a bit small; opening a 28-inch suitcase made it feel a bit cramped, but the hotel's cleanliness was good. The soundproofing was excellent; even though it's in lively Myeongdong, it was very quiet at night, which was fantastic.

KKevin AngWe stayed in Urbanstay Ikseon for 4 nights in the 2 room family suite. It was sufficiently big for the price that we paid but the location is fantastic. Next to the hotel was a CU25 convenience store and just 1-2 mins away you would hit the hanok section of Ikseon-dong. I like that the hotel is at the quieter side of Ikseon, not the rowdier side (near Insadong). It is very walkable to Insadong, and with some effort, you could walk to Gyeongbukgong ( approx 2km away) The Check In process is through door codes which is sent to your registered email. Once you have confirmed the booking, look out for the message from Urbanstay to register your email address. Once you registered, you have the option to add-on early check in/late check out. If you just want to leave your luggage, there is a shared luggage storage area that is also accessible by door code. There is no counter staff throughout the stay, but they do leave behind email and phone numbers for 24/7 support; The signs are also sufficiently place in English. I did not have any issue with the check in as it was all displayed in my email. I hope they rotate their door codes The interior fits my expectation - No frills, just the essential. The washing machine is also a dryer, so u can put your laundry to wash+dry and wake up to fresh clothes the next day. They provided the necessary soap/detergent/shampoo, even facial cleanser. The bed was comfortable and each area had its own A/C. I also liked that the sink was not in the toilet itself and there was also a dedicated kitchen sink. For the 2nd room, they provided a futon bed. If you booked the same as mine, the futon bed can fit nicely in the main bedroom too, once you removed the clothing rack. For us, the clothing rack worked nicely in the living room as a coat hanger as well. The bed and sofa were quite clean and comfortable; we had some good late mornings as a result of that bed. What I hope they had done was to provide curtains for the bedroom. The blinds were quite worn out and they don't block out sunlight. So the bedroom gets quite bright once the sun is up. I wish they had provided the same curtains that were there for the living room. There was some smell in the 2nd bedroom; we did not use it, but you could smell it once the aircon was turned on. They provided a air refreshener, but not sure if it is just as an added service or it was because of the small in 2nd bedroom. I also wished that they had at least 1 counter staff in the evening or a security guard as one of the nights, around 12am, we saw some old guy lurking outside the secured door. He was fiddling with some brochures at 12am on a weekday; It would be good if Urbanstay can look into their security, given they are located in a quieter part of the Ikseon-dong neighbourhood. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to my friends and consider staying here the next time I am in Seoul. It is no-frills but comfortable for a family traveller like myself.

GGuest UserMy stay at HOTEL BOTANIK's Deluxe King Room in Myeongdong exceeded my expectations. The room had a modern, apartment-style feel with brand new facilities and full amenities, making it ideal for those planning a longer stay in Seoul. The in-room amenities were definitely the highlight. The air conditioning had a control panel for temperature adjustment, and it came equipped with an AirDresser, a washer-dryer combo, a separate fridge and freezer, an induction hob, and a microwave oven. Inside the cabinets, there was even a wine cooler, wine glasses, and mugs, giving it the feel of a small boutique apartment. Charging was also convenient, with both USB and Type-C outlets available, and the bidet toilet had a full range of functions. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation design, and the water pressure was consistent, making for a very comfortable shower. However, there were a few things to note: The kitchenware provided was quite basic, with only two plates, which might be insufficient if you plan to do a lot of cooking. Also, laundry detergent wasn't provided in the room, but you could purchase it at the front desk if needed. There are several construction sites near the hotel, but surprisingly, the soundproofing was excellent during my stay, with no noticeable noise at night. My sleep quality was quite peaceful. Overall, this hotel is more of a ”high-functional type” accommodation. The facilities are new and highly practical, feeling more like staying in a well-designed apartment than a traditional hotel. It made for a very comfortable stay.

GgobacktonovemberThe hotel is very nice + very newly designed hotel. Pros: -nearby the sinsa station/area (but required around 5-7 minutes walk there) -Big and cozy bed for two people -Toilet with good warm water -Good amenities -Good space for 2 luggages to fit (big ones) -Has a very nice cafe on the rooftop to see seoul city -Able to see seoul towel from our room! What to improve/Take note: -the staff service at night can’t really speak english so sometimes I don’t understand what they say abiutbthe deposit when checking in. -No microwave/only fridge available -The walkway is actually on the slope/hills (the picture doesn’t show that much that the hotel is on the hill so anyone who has big luggages or on snow time it is recommended to book an uber on the winter time)

YYan-ZhengThis hotel is super close to Seoul Station, accessible from either Exit 1 or 7 (see picture 4). We had an overnight layover before catching the KTX, so staying here was incredibly convenient. You can even walk here along the Seoullo 7017 Skygarden. Plus, there's Lotte Outlets and a supermarket nearby for some shopping. We booked a family twin room with a queen bed (1.5m) and a single bed (1.1m), perfect for three people, and the space was just right. Check-out is at 12 PM, and at around 700 [currency, presumably KRW], it's really good value for money. The service was good, though we didn't get a chance to use any other facilities!

GGuest UserThis place offers a keyless entry, a kitchenette with a full size fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The washing machine was on uneven ground, so it literally walks out of its compartment during the spin cycle. The place doesn't offer any crockeries, plates, cutleries or detergents for the kitchenette to be functional. The hotel shares a lobby with another accommodation, so it can be confusing checking in. It is located close to public transport, and Myeongdong shopping street is about 10-15 min walk away or 1 bus stop. The front desk will not call taxis for patrons, even if it's to the airport. So make sure you have k.ride setup and ready to go.

MMisa93The location is good if you want peace, since it's close to Bukhansan National Park and not city centre. The room is very spacious, but the cleanliness was so-so. I found someone's hair on the bedside table, and the tiles in the bathroom weren't very clean. I guess it's what you get for the price. If you're a budget traveller, it's a good choice, if you want something more, look for other places. But the view was amazing.

GGuest UserIt's always a nice stay here! The location is very great, olive young is downstairs , and the subway station also downstairs, it's near the airport bus stop too! They have bidet and the toilet is scpacious, the room also spacious, you can store many luggages, they have tables and chairs too for you to eat or have some work, their receptionist lobby and all the staff also very helpful during my stay, definitely recommended, not to mention they have 24h convenient store at the 3rd floor and laundry room

MmunimunitantanThe room looks exactly like the pictures. The bed was really comfortable and clean, with no strange smells (housekeeping came daily to clean and empty the bins). The bathroom was spacious, making for a pleasant shower experience. We chose a quad room, and there was enough space to spread out my luggage. There are also lockers for valuables, but you need to bring your own padlock. The accommodation is on the third floor with no elevator, so it's a bit of a struggle if you have large luggage like I did. Also, the beds don't have curtains, which can make you feel a bit exposed. Since the room is small, any noise, like using the toilet in the middle of the night, is amplified, and I worried about disturbing others. However, for the price, I'm very satisfied! No complaints at all!
