"I think a lot of people forget what sort of accommodation they would get at home in the UK for the price they have paid for a week or so by the sea, constant good weather and a lovely swimming pool to hand. Our standards are exceptionally high but we forget that the culture is different in Morocco.
For me, as long as I have a clean bed, clean bathroom facilities and a version of everything I expected to get/have access too, then I can cope with a chipped floor, dusty floors, tired decor.
Surely a friendly, helpful welcome is more amenable to a good experience?
The pool is immaculate and throughly cleaned every morning. The only negative is the Gawd awful techno, trance, ******* (C) rap sample music the guy plays at full bunge all afternoon. You cannot even have a conversation with the person next to you. It REALLY was a pain in the Rse every afternoon.
The restaurant food scenario does leave a lot to be desired. I thank the Lord I was only having breakfast. The cooked food is basic and poor choices of bread.
NO FRUIT! But lots of salad???? 🤔🤔
Only One toaster for the guests to use.
Omelette EVERY day, surely a change to pancakes/crepes wouldn't tax them too much?
The poolside cafe is dire. Very poor selection. The staff are as slow as treacle in the north pole!!
There is no gym or spa available at the time of my visit.
Overall, I felt it was value for money. Most of the staff work very hard and are friendly and polite."
"Very happy and pleasantly surprised. Having stayed many times at a comparable hotel (50 yards away) I was quietly confident with my stay (despite reviews) but the reality of my stay was better than expected. There'll be reviews giving it lower rating but let's be realistic. For the money, location, pool, sun terrace and service you can't do better! Unfortunately for me a private matter meant I had to check out early but I will definitely return. Cleaning was exceptional, room comfort very good and WiFi better than other hotels. Pool area was quiet, location means you pick up street noise but being higher than street level I hardly noticed it. Sunset views need to be seen"
"This is not a 4 or 5 star property and is getting on a bit in terms of age. The place is kept clean but rooms and carpets are worn but some are in the process of refurbishment. Room facilities are basic but sufficient with enough power sockets for charging and hot water always available. The gardens and pool area are maintained daily and common areas mopped and cleaned also. The reception staff are very helpful as is the bellhop and security staff. Breakfast is basic with bread, rolls, cake, boiled eggs, salads, cold meat, preserves, honey plus tea or coffee. You can buy drinks from the bar all day and they serve food at very reasonable prices. Omelette with chips and bread for about £3. There is an excellent well stocked shop just next door for snacks and drinks too. Overall it's a basic hotel but what you get for the price is amazing and it's location is asgood as it gets in Agadir."
"Staying just one night was more than enough; the hotel desperately needs maintenance and a renovation. The windows don't close properly, so you'll hear all the outside noise. The room is bland with no decoration, the pillows are too thick, and there are no power outlets on either side of the bed. The bathroom is quite dated. The pool closes very early. Breakfast isn't great; only one out of two toasters works, and the staff present couldn't care less. The orange juice is watered down – seriously, don't skimp on that when oranges are so cheap. There were no small spoons for the fruit salad, and the machine-dispensed hot chocolate was mediocre. My first time here, but definitely my last, thanks but no thanks."
"The hotel is ideal, very large, they gave us an apartment separate from the hotel. It is the highest hotel in all of Agadir, everything is very friendly and the breakfast is very complete"
"This hotel is in a great location. if you come out of the hotel and turn right and cross over the road, there is a McDonald's in front of you. if you turn left coming out of the hotel, as you walk along for 5 miniutes, you will see plenty of corner shops for drinks, snacks, etc. just after the shops, by the roundabout, if you turn left, you will see some food resturants, and at the end of this road which leads to the beach, you will find a money exchange which have good rates in exchanging money. The hotel is very clean, and I advise taking a room with a sea view on the 4th floor upwards for the best view. The rooms have a private balcony, and the TV has a 24-hour English-speaking channel showing good films (MBC Max). The downside to the hotel is that the wifi is nonexistent. i brought a mini wifi router 4G/5G router off eBay before I left the UK for around £15. When I arrived at Agadir airport, just by the duty-free shops, you will see the orange and lnwi stores. I went with lnwi, and for £10 i brought a 10GB sim, which the girls put into my router to show it works. The router then worked fine in my hotel room at the Hamilton Hotel. i stayed for 1 week, but the SIM ran out of credit because I watched a lot of football on my tablet and other videos. Maybe I should have brought a 20 GB SIM card. During the day, I couldn't be bothered to walk to the beach or sit in the hotel swimming pool area, but straight across the road from the hotel is a stadium with lots of seats, and I found it very relaxing. After 2 hours, it got too hot, so I went back into the hotel for the shade of my balcony room. Nice hotel and loved the music in the evenings coming from the other hotels."
"The hotel is worth the money. It's very conveniently located, with everything within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the maids (they brought a hairdryer and extra soap). The breakfast is continental, and every wish is fulfilled. There are no bedbugs or cockroaches. It's clean, cleaned daily, and there are fresh towels.
If you're going to Agadir to party and aren't looking for a meal, this is the place to be."
"Hotel location is good, close to Agadir beach, facilities are perfect, the pool is very good, the price is not good for dinner, it is not recommended. The hotel's service attitude is superb, and welcomes a lot of drinks, desserts and guides. The lobby manager is especially good to like. A dead beach was painted on the beach, not bad. Because I only stayed for one night after catching a plane, Agadir is very beautiful as a European winter resort."
"Аппартаменты достаточно просторные, есть балкон и кухня с кухонными принадлежностями. Нет моющих средств. Белье и полотенца чистые, хотя и не новые. Чисто и аккуратно. Отель старый, в колониальном стиле. В номерах не ловит интернет. Только возле рецепшена. Есть 2 бассейна и лежаки. До океана пешком минут 10. Рядом есть кафе с местными блюдами по умеренной цене. Отель достаточно хорош на недолгое пребывание. Общее впечатление- приятное."
"I stayed at the Hotel Allegro Agadir recently and would rate it as a solid 3-star experience.
The Best Part: Location
The location is the absolute highlight! It is extremely central, making it incredibly easy to walk to the Agadir Corniche and the beach in just a few minutes. You are surrounded by plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops, so you never feel isolated. If you want to be in the heart of the action, this is the place to stay. The check in process was long. Trying to get a towel after a long day in the sun was also a task.
As for the hotel itself, I found it to be quite average. The rooms are a bit dated and could use some modernisation, and the service was hit-or-miss, sometimes friendly, sometimes a bit slow. The breakfast buffet was decent but lacked variety if you stay for more than a couple of days."

Very Good
MMironovaTatianaNormal. Very interesting interior, but very dark. Living on the second floor, nothing can be seen in the room. Always half dark. And so, in general, everything liked.
Service is good. All polite, helpful with any questions.
There are no shops nearby where you could buy fruit.
But it 's on the coast as a whole.
GGuest UserIst class service. Latifah at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and professional.
El mahdi the concierge guy was amazing, very friendly and helped us with necessary information.
The hotel looks much better than advertised on most sites.
Everything is new and just beautiful.
Very beautiful aesthetic, ambience and clean environment.
The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Only downside was I couldn't connect YouTube or my phone smart view to the TV to watch my preferred shows. However, that's just my personal choice.
WiFi was good without issues.
The food was really tasty and had good varieties.
Overall, i highly recommend as palais des roses gave me a very good experience.
Staff are really amazing and friendly.
GGuest UserExcellent welcome. The staff in general are welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is served at your table with everything you desire, and politely. The maintenance and hygiene service is very good. Secure parking. Flawless.
GGuest UserZephir Apart Hotel provided a fantastic experience from the moment I arrived. I felt warmly welcomed, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. My apartment was spacious, featuring a good-sized balcony and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with a variety of utensils. There was also a large wardrobe, complete with a safe for added convenience. The king-size bed was very comfortable, accompanied by fluffy pillows that ensured a good night sleep.
The apartment was kept clean every day, which was much appreciated. The hotel itself was immaculate and nicely decorated, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere.
Breakfast was served in a separate building adjacent to Zephir, where guests could enjoy a diverse selection of delicious options. There was the choice to sit indoors or on the veranda, which offered lovely views of the swimming pools that guests could access. Although I didn't partake in lunch or dinner there, I noticed that those services were also available.
The location of the hotel is ideal, with all essential amenities close by and a pleasant 20-minute walk to the beach. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!
AAHMEDIt was a wonderful experience, very friendly staff, very warm welcome, very nice room, nice pool, just perfect, I rate this hotel as very positive with a score of 10.

I love the room. I highly recommend to stay here if I come next time in Agadir I will book this hotel again, thank you very much ❤️👌
KKiguruCheck in slow for the most part. Staff are very helpful. The slide and pool are great. The massage and spa place is very warm and welcoming, very relaxing. Close to the beach, only pet peeve is being rushed out of the breakfast hall and stood over when the time reaches ten am as they need to clean and prep
Iirina KushnerevichDear friends! Never rely on guest reviews of a hotel. I read a lot, and when I arrived here, I was looking for everything they wrote about.
And I found nothing, except maybe the quality of the towels.
For a 3-star hotel, it's simply superb.
Large grounds, many pools, and a wide variety of meats, fish, vegetables, and fruits.
It has its own beach with sun loungers. There's always room.
The animation team is simply superb. They entertain all day and in the evening there's a disco and a performance in the amphitheater.
Twice, national music groups came.
At 3:00 PM, everyone sings the Agadir national anthem in unison. Very beautiful.
The hotel grounds are very beautiful. Lots of bars.
Although they do have some restrictions on hard liquor. They make a variety of cocktails.
In short, book this hotel and you won't regret it. Morocco surprised and delighted us with the quality of service! Thank you so much!
I'll upload the photo later.
GGuest UserThe staff are all amazing really friendly. Hotel location is great close by to everything probably a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach. Place was clean but only issue I faced if I’m honest is the room I was given the lock chain was broken and door lock was broken I have provided pictures below. Was a bit scary knowing I couldn’t lock my door and did ask them to fix it but they didn’t. Other issue is this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel but did not feel like it, other then having a fridge in the room there was no basic amenities like a kettle to have teas or coffees and no iron or ironing board. I would expect those at least for the price paid for the hotel. The breakfast was quite poor also very limited options. The reason why I’ve ranked this hotel high is the cleanliness and staff service but if they modernised and added more amenities this place would be amazing
