"I was lucky enough to secure a corner suite at this hotel for a very reasonable price. The room overlooked the small lake and the sun set from the balcony each night was fantastic. The swimming pool is the real gem of this hotel. It's a great size for swimming laps and also big enough that people can relax by the edges and take in the sunshine. The beds around the pool are perfect for couples and extremely comfortable. Breakfast here is great. Everything is fresh and a nice mix of Asian / Western with a noodle and omlette station. The coffee machine also guarantees a nice cappucino if you want one! I will stay here again when I'm looking for some more R&R."

"Fantastic hotel! It's super close to Central Shopping Mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Plus, the hotel offers free golf cart transfers, which is a nice touch. The breakfast was a sandwich set, and it was pretty good. The bedding was comfortable and clean, and the overall decor is modern. The shower water wasn't super hot, but it was adequate. The front desk was very efficient and could speak Chinese, and the staff were quick to respond to any issues."

"The stay was overall average. The room was clean and amenities were standard, nothing particularly notable. However, the bed was quite stiff and not very comfortable. Another issue was that the hotel operates on limited hours — staff are not available outside those times. Although an emergency contact number was provided, I was unable to reach anyone when needed, which was frustrating. If you plan to stay here, make sure you won’t require assistance outside their operating hours."

"The front desk service during check-in was absolutely terrible! The woman at the counter acted as if I owed her money. Once I got to the room, though, the environment and facilities were pretty good, and the room itself was very spacious, which was a plus. The only real issue was the shower water – it was incredibly unstable. No hot water, just fluctuating between hot and cold. I nearly froze to death trying to take a shower. I called another front desk staff member, who was very patient in trying to fix it, but ultimately told me there was nothing they could do, and that the water pressure was just like that. So, I ended up taking a half-cold shower."

"Good hotel. Very reasonable price. The room is spacious, fast check in and check out process. Staff is very helpful. Location wise, this hotel located a bit far from the main attraction. Best place if you prefer to stay in quiet place. Can rent bike or grab to move around. Nice view can be enjoyed from the room."

"service was decent, amenities not so great especially the bathroom towels, hand towels and the bathroom rug were all kind of old and used. it looks like it's time to replace them. can get quite noisy especially when there's an outdoor event at central festival (refer to photo for the view of the event from my room, it's that near). but that's also their saving grace, which is the convenience of a big mall right beside your hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at Moose Hotel Chiangmai! The rooms were impressively clean, spacious, and very comfortable — it instantly felt like a relaxing home away from home. The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. One of our favorite touches was the complimentary snacks and coffee machine available for guests almost all day — such a thoughtful and generous detail! The hotel is also very quiet, which made our rest perfect, and the parking is convenient and easy to access. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We’d gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai!"
