"I’m not even joking , I still don’t understand how $30 per person can get so much , the bunk beds are amazing , eveyone has their own personal space (reading light, curtains) . At first I thought the shared restroom would be concerning , but turns up its really clean and the shampoos they use is rly good quality! I really like how they priortize personal space"

"Spotless room and only 20 minute walk to the waterfront.  Nice hotel and friendly staff.  Bedroom was on the smaller size but had large bathrooms.  Valet parking was excellent and provided quick service for our early morning flight out.  Will be back!"

"The hotel's location is great, and the facilities and environment are excellent. The service is also very good. The only downsides are that breakfast is a bit boring, and the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved. You can hear people in the hallway quite loudly."

"I had an enjoyable stay at the place. The place is new and clean. The staff were pleasant, courteous and helpful. The rooms smells fresh and is comfortable to sleep 4. The hot breakfast has a pretty good spread and the food is fresh. The servers work really hard and refills the food promptly. Kudos to them. Overall the stay is value for money. A great place to rest and recharge. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the neighbourhood is a below expectations and feels unsafe. It is apparent if you walk around in the late evening. Nevertheless, if you are hopping around the city, getting a Lyft or Uber is easy and the neighbourhood should not be a factor."

"The location is super convenient for getting to and from the Back Bay area, but unfortunately, the surroundings feel cramped. The toilet cleanliness needs improvement, especially the air conditioning vent blowing directly onto the bed. You either risk catching a cold and getting an upset stomach or end up completely awake. The staff service was decent, but the facilities themselves are a bit dated."

"Is an old hotel with full of character. Lift is a mixed of modern and old. It is well situated, across the road is a huge supermarket. Amtrak train station is just 5 mins walk away. Room is a little small and the Aircon cannot be controlled. Shower water pressure is good. Best thing I like is a big kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. Even a 5 star hotel do not have this. Checked in and out is super easy. Overall I like this hotel."

"citizenM feels a bit more fun and welcoming compared to other modern hotels. The rooms are still on the smaller side, but they’re super comfortable, especially the big bed that takes up most of the space. Everything is controlled with an iPad—lights, blinds, TV—which is actually pretty cool once you get used to it. The lobby areas are a highlight, with lots of space to hang out, work, or grab a drink. It feels more social than your typical hotel. Overall, it’s a great pick if you like a stylish, relaxed vibe without spending too much."
