GGuest UserThe hotel is just inside the gate of Changbai Mountain as shown in the picture The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps) It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay. The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.

YYouxiandebaiyunThe hotel environment was very cozy, and the room was quite spacious. The customer service staff were incredibly warm and helpful, explaining how to navigate the park and which services could be accessed directly via QR codes on the app. The hotel's back-of-house staff were also wonderful; they knew my family drinks a lot of water and always prepared extra for us in advance. We truly felt at home during our stay. Our child also had a fantastic time at the ski resort. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Changbai Mountain. Thank you all for your care and attention; a big thumbs up to the hotel! 👍

BBobodaxiaojiejieOur first stop in Changbai Mountain was the newly opened hotel on the West Slope. They offered a complimentary airport pick-up service, which was super convenient as we didn't have to drag our luggage around looking for the hotel. The hotel itself is in a fairly lively area, probably the tallest building in town. The West Slope scenic area was closed, so we spent the afternoon enjoying activities at the forest park not far from the hotel, which was great since they provided shuttle service. Dining and shopping nearby were very convenient; there were restaurants all along the street and a local specialty shop across the road. The hotel breakfast was just okay, but I didn't have high expectations anyway. Ordering takeout was also easy, and a robot would deliver it right to our room.

We stayed at the resort for two days and felt it was super suitable for families with children. Right outside our door was a courtyard filled with thick snow, allowing the little ones to play to their heart's content. If we go again, we'll definitely choose Yuangxiang Resort! The environment is absolutely beautiful.

Its back exit from the restaurant leads directly to the Haidongqing Ski Service Center, meaning no long queues for ski rentals or returns. The equipment is relatively new, and the flow is smooth, which is great for both beginners and advanced skiers. It's also close to the Dragon Cable Car, providing access to multiple runs once you reach the top, offering a fantastic ski-in/ski-out experience. The airport is about a 25-minute drive, and the hotel provides scheduled shuttle services, accommodating even late-night flights, making travel very convenient. The guest rooms are simple yet practical, with a moderate amount of space. The heating is ample, and hot water is consistent. The bedding is comfortable, and both soundproofing and cleanliness are top-notch. Some rooms offer views of the snow-covered mountains, providing a wonderful winter ambiance. A special shout-out to Manager Xia – they helped me arrange my luggage beforehand, which saved me so much time when my flight was delayed, allowing me to still make it to my coach. They also shared weather updates and important tips every day, which was incredibly thoughtful. Thank you! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The all-suite design sets it apart from typical rooms, with spacious, airy, and simply comfortable interiors, along with comprehensive and user-friendly amenities. The view from the window directly overlooks a vast forest and mountain range, providing a cool and refreshing escape from the city's heat. The staff were humble and polite, and our butler, Haha, provided attentive guidance throughout our stay, detailing all the resort's activities and amenities. They were quick to respond to any issues, saving us the hassle of figuring things out ourselves. The location is excellent, with all dining, entertainment, and leisure options within easy reach, making getting around very convenient. It's a reliable, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing place, suitable for both group trips and small family vacations. Definitely a trustworthy choice for a relaxing getaway to Changbai Mountain.

GGuest UserFirst off, the hotel was very cheap. Getting around wasn't convenient. Since I visited during the hotel's off-season, there weren't many guests. However, precisely because there weren't many guests, I wish the hotel would pay more attention to room maintenance. When I first entered the room, it felt very run-down, with many stains. There was a large stain visible by the bed, and the floor had obvious moldy black spots. I reported this to the front desk, and they offered a few other rooms to switch to, but after looking at them, none were much better, so I didn't bother changing. At night, when I turned on the TV, there was no signal. And even funnier, when I picked up the remote control, its battery cover was missing, and the batteries were exposed. There were two phones in the room, and one of them was broken. When I turned on the lights at night, the switch panel felt very stiff and jammed when pressed. After pressing it, the switch cover fell off. Can you imagine me staying in an international brand hotel with room conditions like this? The air conditioning was also very loud, humming away. Because there were so few people, breakfast was served as a set menu. While a set menu isn't inherently a problem, if there's less food, couldn't it at least be made better? The sausages were starchy, the bread was very dry, the fried noodles were inedible, and the Chinese pastries were just lukewarm, not hot at all. I hope the hotel can improve, otherwise, it will only get worse and worse.
