Excellent
GGuest UserI was lucky enough to choose this guesthouse for two nights on this trip. The courtyard is beautiful, and it was so relaxing to sit out there and have a beer after a day of sightseeing. The owner's coffee is also delicious. The room facilities are pretty good for a guesthouse, and it was kept very clean. The guesthouse is located right by Dianchi Lake, so it's convenient for a stroll. Our Luoyuhe room was a bit small, and storage space felt a little cramped; I should have booked an upstairs room. Everything else was great, and I'll definitely recommend it to friends and family visiting Kunming.
GGuest UserThe room was small but had everything I needed, though there wasn't much space for luggage which was a bit inconvenient. The service was attentive, and the environment was clean with excellent hygiene. However, the facilities could use an upgrade. It's very close to Kunming Railway Station, making transportation super convenient.
**Facilities:** The facilities were comprehensive but not perfect.
**Hygiene:** The hygiene was good, but my room was quite small, which made the environment feel a bit cramped.
**Environment:** The environment was average; it felt pretty much like a standard hotel. Also, there were no shower slippers, which was a bit inconvenient.
**Service:** The service was good, but the TV only offered regular channels. If you wanted to watch movies or TV shows, you had to purchase them separately. If you enjoy watching series, I wouldn't recommend this place; I'd suggest the Yinying Hotel instead.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very close to Kunming Railway Station, a 10-minute taxi ride costing around 10 yuan. As soon as you enter, you're greeted with a cool atmosphere. The lobby always offers coffee, tea, and other beverages. There's also a fridge at the front desk where you can store things like bread you've bought. If you need anything, a robot can deliver it to your room. The breakfast's tofu pudding and mixed rice noodles were delicious, and they even had flower cakes. The bedding was also very clean. Donghua Market is about 2 kilometers from the hotel, a great place to visit and buy some blueberries. For the airport, you can take Metro Line 6. Since we had a large group, we took a taxi, which got us there in 30 minutes.

MMunanxiziA wonderful hideaway for a hot spring getaway. The private courtyard comes with its own hot tub, or you can switch things up and use the public pools. In the evenings, you can catch a stunning sunset, and the Ancient Dian Kingdom Museum is right across the way. The villa's amenities are top-notch, and it's very clean, even including a private sauna. There weren't any bugs this season, which made it a super comfortable and relaxing spot for a few friends to unwind. The breakfast and dinner at the mountaintop restaurant are both excellent, and they do Western dishes really well too!
AAnonymous UserHello, I will upgrade your room type the day before yesterday. Please bring the picture five-star praise. After the evaluation, send me a screenshot [rose][rose][rose][rose]
GGuest UserThe hotel was newly opened in 2025. The hotel lift reaches every floor, room was good sized, very clean and hygienic with good amenities. The room condition dose matches the description as you can see on the hotel website.
We stayed in the hotel for a few days and were very impressed with the level of service. Owners were friendly and helpful .
Hotel is right in the middle of the prime shopping and eating district , just on the top of the subway station line 6 from airport line 30 mins) . Foods, supermarket and shopping just downstairs. There is good viewing from the apartment .
I also requested late check out and it was granted this time (due to my flight was 21:30), the owner is so helpful and understanding .
Owner's response is prompt when you contact him.
I thoroughly recommend this hotel for those visiting Kunming City , Yunnan China.

Good
GGuest UserThis is my go-to hotel whenever I travel! It's right in the city center, close to all the major subway stations, and you can get to the airport in just half an hour by metro. There are tons of local eateries around, making it a place I never want to leave. Most importantly, the room was impeccably clean, spotless even. The staff were all super helpful, patient, and polite. The facilities are great too; you can do your laundry for free, and luggage storage is also convenient and complimentary. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious. I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!

Good
GGuest UserDuring my stay at Yaju, I learned how to distinguish different types of succulents. Not because someone taught me, but because I'd go up to the rooftop every day, and when I was bored, I'd take photos with Doubao (a photo recognition app) one by one to ask about them. Everything here is slow-paced: coffee takes time, wine needs to be sampled, and a game of chess lasts half an hour. But the guests are never in a hurry; it's as if time automatically slows down a beat once you arrive. Yaju probably aims to be a place where people aren't afraid to 'waste' time.

TThe Domestic China TravelerGreat location that it is near a lot of food places, a store, and the Stone Forest. Even though I already visited Stone Forest on my visit to Kunming in 2018, this was still a good room in that I get my privacy. Hotel workers were nice in that they gave me more water and wanted to make my bed even though I didn't need it. I liked how it had a heater in there to keep me warm whenever the room got too cold. The thing that I was unsure of is how much freedom and accessibility I get in being able to cook things in the kitchen at times and I was confused about whether I was allowed to eat the food that the cook makes, or it is only for guests that order food and pay for it from him. Sometimes the cook is unpredictable in that I don't know when he comes to cook between the lunch and dinner hours. The front desk women were friendly and helpful in giving me information about certain things. I appreciate it when they loaned me a phone charger temporarily when mine broke until I can get a new replacement one. Thank You for that. The only thing I would have to say, is that it is too far from the city center from the train station in where I need to be in order to catch the train to Hekou and cross the border into Vietnam.
JjukachaThis time in this hotel we got the room on the first floor and this room was quite awful. Toilet is stinky and has problems with flushing, the window outside passing all the sounds from the street and it's annoying. Other rooms aren't so bad, but on the first floor better never choose.
