VOYAGE INTERNATIONAL HOTEL (Capital Airport New National Exhibition Store)
9.8 (24,903 reviews)

VOYAGE INTERNATIONAL HOTEL (Capital Airport New National Exhibition Store) ★★★★

📍 No. 1, Fuqian 2nd Street, Tianzhu Area, Shunyi District, Beijing

"Facilities: Comprehensive Hygiene: Good Environment: Very quiet Service: Exceptionally attentive When I booked on Ctrip, I thought the price was quite cheap, so I expected the service might be compromised. However, when I arrived at the hotel late at night, the front desk staff warmly checked me in. They even offered me a late check-out because I was worried about oversleeping. In the morning, as soon as I stepped out of the elevator, a front desk staff member came over to greet me and patiently asked if I was going to the airport or elsewhere. They also gave me a farewell gift upon check-out. Overall, the service at this price point far exceeded my expectations."

"Quite quiet, about a 15-minute drive from T3. They offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport every hour. Drop-offs are pretty convenient, but the pick-up times can be a bit hit-or-miss. The cleanliness wasn't very thorough, but the service attitude was excellent."

"Why is the price of a standard double room on Monday higher than the price of a deluxe double room on the weekend? That's really a bit much. They initially said they could upgrade, but then they refused. Paying more for poor service."

ELONG R.YUN (Beijing Capital Airport Branch)
9.2 (5,231 reviews)

ELONG R.YUN (Beijing Capital Airport Branch) ★★★

📍 Building 2, Customs, Huoyun Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing

"I booked this hotel near Capital Airport specifically for my parents, and they were extremely satisfied with their experience! We originally booked a 1.5-meter bed, but the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a 1.8-meter king bed, which gave them plenty of space and made for a more comfortable stay. The hotel is right next to Capital Airport and offers free shuttle service to and from the airport, which made their travel incredibly convenient – no need to struggle with taxis after getting off the plane. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was fresh with no strange odors, and the facilities were comprehensive. The shuttle service was prompt, and the driver was friendly and attentive, even offering to help with their luggage. They didn't have to worry about catching their flight at all. My parents, who are in their fifties, found their stay very comfortable. It's definitely their top choice for an overnight layover, and they'll choose this hotel again next time they pass through Beijing!"

"This time, we stayed near the airport for my child's Latin dance competition. We booked a business twin room, which also had a small dining area – perfect for families traveling with young children, as preparing simple baby food wouldn't be an issue. The hotel offers butler service, and Mr. Qu Zhenyu, who assisted us, was incredibly thoughtful. He informed us of check-in procedures in advance, making the process efficient and smooth. During our stay, he proactively checked in on our needs and was meticulous and considerate in his service. He was always on call for any request, never overly intrusive but always there to help when needed. Five-star recommendation!"

"We met the most amazing butler, Luca! He's incredibly professional and super attentive. He even helped us choose a room since we had a child and gave us so many little gifts! We were so happy to catch the premiere of their color show that evening! He was super responsive to all our questions and even reminded us about activities in advance. Everyone should look for Luca! He was truly a fantastic butler during our trip! Overall, it's a great place to bring kids and have a wonderful time!"

Grand Bay Hotel Beijing

"Our 3-day, 2-night family trip to Half-Mountain Bay with our 1.5-year-old toddler was an absolute success! The entire experience was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel's family-friendly amenities, thoughtful service, and exquisite dining were impeccable. The itinerary was packed yet unhurried: the indoor kids' club was perfect for younger children, with soft padding for safe play; the sports hall offered a relaxing space for a game, helping us unwind; the open-air hot springs, nestled in the woods, were tranquil and rejuvenating; and the private in-room hot spring provided a secluded and secure spot that our little one absolutely loved for splashing in the warm water. From dedicated baby amenities to mild and palatable kids' meals, every detail showed a thorough consideration for families with young children, and the staff were patient and gentle in their service. We spent three leisurely days accompanying our child as they unlocked new experiences, creating countless warm and fun-filled memories amidst the mountains and hot springs. Finally, a big thank you to our butler, Luna, for her attentive and considerate service. We'll definitely be back! ^_^"

TRUE GO Hotel (Beijing Capital Airport Nanfaxin Subway Station)

"I work near here, and my friends were visiting, so I booked them a one-night stay at this hotel. The overall experience was quite good. The room was clean and odor-free, and the bedding was very comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. The only minor point was that I could occasionally hear planes from a distant flight path, but the sound was low and generally didn't affect sleep. The main drawback is its relatively remote location, making it less convenient for dining out or shopping. However, if you don't mind the location and prefer a quiet environment, this place is very suitable. The front desk staff were friendly, check-in was quick, and any small issues were easy to communicate. Despite its remote feel, it's actually quite convenient for dining and getting around. Overall, I was very satisfied. It's perfect for a temporary one-night stay, and my friends also said they were comfortable. If needed, I'd choose this place again!"

"I have no complaints about the food or the room. The problem is that even though it calls itself a hot spring hotel, the hot spring costs an additional 370 yuan. I didn't end up using it, so I don't know what it's like inside."

THE YARD HOTEL BEIJING, Tian'anmen Square ★★★
"⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) The Yard Hotel has an excellent location, within walking distance of Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, Qianmen Street and several metro stations. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was good, and the room was generally clean. Unfortunately, the hotel has a noticeable maintenance problem. The bathroom needed attention: there was mould and rust around the shower, stained silicone, limescale on the bathtub fittings, and some worn finishes that detracted from the overall impression. These are details that should be addressed in a hotel of this standard. Another disappointment was the reception service. We needed assistance with transportation and local information several times, but the staff were not particularly helpful or proactive. International travellers often depend on the reception team, and a , more customer-oriented attitude would have improved our stay. Overall, The Yard Hotel is a good choice because of its excellent location and comfortable rooms. However, better maintenance and more attentive reception service would make it a much better hotel"

"After a long flight, when exhaustion was at its peak, Cordis Beijing Capital Airport became the most comforting transit point. The hotel is very close to the airport, making layovers hassle-free. Special thanks to Jessie at the front desk, who not only arranged a quiet and comfortable room but also thoughtfully remembered our preferences. The moment I opened the door, I immediately relaxed—soft bedding, just the right temperature, leading to a great night's sleep. As a fleeting guest, finding a sense of home here was a small but definite joy during the journey. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next layover."

Final Beijing Hotels Booking Tips

  • Book Beijing Hotels Like a Local – secure your room 4–6 months ahead for the busiest travel windows: National Day Golden Week (Oct 1–7) and Chinese New Year (Jan/Feb) sell out first. For the Olympic Winter Games anniversary (February) or major political events, plan 8+ months early. Then, check the hotel’s own website for exclusive offers or upgrades.

Note that the subway closes around 11:30 PM; if enjoying Sanlitun’s nightlife, budget CNY 50+ (AU$11+) for a DiDi ride back. Book Early, Especially for Peak/Events.
