The hotel is close to The Bun and within walking distance. The room is clean, but the soundproofing isn’t great , you can sometimes hear people talking or doors opening and closing. The Wi-Fi signal is available, but you need to be near the window to get it (and our window faced another building). However, the signal is always strong in the lobby. The lobby lights are turned off at midnight. One small downside is that the staff didn’t manage outsiders who weren’t staying at the hotel but came in to enjoy the air-conditioning and charge their devices. Other than that, the staff were very helpful. We arranged for a car pickup at the hotel (note that the hotel has multiple branches, so be careful when giving the location). Luckily, the staff helped communicate with the driver for us.

Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable and delivered excellent value for money. The service throughout our visit was consistently professional and attentive, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The property maintained impeccable cleanliness standards in both the rooms and common areas, which we really appreciated. The location was absolutely perfect - ideally situated for exploring the area with convenient access to major attractions and local amenities. You really can’t ask for a better spot to base your travels from. While the hotel excelled in service quality, cleanliness, and location, the only area for potential improvement would be expanding some of the facilities and amenities. That said, given the competitive pricing, this minor limitation was completely understandable and didn’t detract from the overall positive experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for solid service, pristine accommodations, and an unbeatable location at a fair price point. Sometimes the essentials done exceptionally well matter more than having every possible amenity.

Very good location, close shopping center and MRT. The room is clean and have everything except refrigerator. Breakfast is ok for the payment.

The room is clean and tidy, and the location is convenient for travel. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is also very special. The service at the front desk was very good. Not only was there a warm greeting when entering and leaving, but a complimentary breakfast was also provided. The room facilities are well maintained and clean. The self-service laundry room is very convenient. The enthusiastic front desk lady provided thoughtful and meticulous service. I would like to express my gratitude. Come back next time and continue to choose.

Everything is good. Only a small problem during the check-in process, I booked a double bed but a lady staff member kept telling me that my room is a small bed which is not suit 2 people and asked me to upgrade to a large bed. Finally, after checking my booking confirmation, my bed is a queen-size double bed, which is ok for me. However, the staff still said it is a small bed. so I told her I am ok with that. This took quite sometime to finish checkin. I would like recommend the staff to call proper type of beds!

Location ok only 2 minute to subway station line 10. Yuyuan garden exit 1. Walk only 8 minute to the bund and huangpu river cruise and near to east nanjing road only 1 stop for yuyuan garden st. The staff and Recepsionist hotel very helpfull

The hotel is clean and staff is very helpful. Would like to compliment reception Xin Zhang. She is so friendly even help me to set up my wifi with her number. Definitely places to stay if you are visiting exhibitions centre as it is just conveniently walking distance.

Excellent experience. Nothing to complain about. Tip: The front desk is on the 2nd floor. Take the elevator near the entrance as soon as you arrive.

Amazing experience. Super helpful staff and the free laundry on the 8th floor was an amazing bonus. From pudong airport, just take the 2 line to directly arrive at the closest station. It’s a 3 min walk. The breakfast spread was great too. Room is small but perfect for solo travelers

The room is very hygienic, the sound insulation effect is also good, and the facilities are very complete. It is suitable for couples traveling, business people, business trips, family travel, etc. The hotel front desk is also good, and the check-in speed is fast. It is not bad for any hotel under the Huazhu Club
