Clean and comfy hotel in city center! Great value for money. Our rooms were very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is conveniently located at the Huaqiangbei electronics hub, the hotel room is clean and spacious. All the hotel staffs are friendly and polite. I would like to extend my special thanks to the hotel staff member 安宇. He was exceptionally polite, approachable, and helpful. He assisted me in shortening my travel time to the Futian Speed Train Station, which I truly appreciated. I felt very welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. I hope he continues his great work with the same passion and dedication. Love the in house free laundry service and hotel staff even delivery it to your room. Thumb up 👍👍😆

Booked the hotel for a night out at the Oil Club and Sauce. Very convenient with a lot of shops and restaurant nearby and across the road from the Metro station. It's really great value for money considering accessible the hotel is to everything. Room was clean, well equipped and the staffs were professional and competent.

New hotel so facilities look clean and pleasant. Most staffs are trying to deliver higher class service but I believe still alot to improve. Surprised to have free laundry service! Location is ok, but customers drop off is a problem as taxi are not able to drive in to drop off at entrance. Toilets are separate, good in some ways, but never understand why shower areas will never have hooks, where are we suppose to put our dry clothes? Well, this happen at most hotels in China now, but I just don't get it.

Though the reception staff doesn’t speak English, the way the staff treats customers is way better than I expected(I’m from Japan so I’m used to good service but I was surprised at their hospitality). Upon checking in they gave me hot tea and check in process was faster than 5 star hotel in China. The room was clean and has enough amenities. The fridge in the room had a bunch of water bottles, and even snacks which were free. They also have free laundry service, you just put your laundry in the basket and next day you wake up with your laundry washed and hung on the doorknob. When I left the hotel they even gave me a small gift and a water bottle.Overall I was very satisfied with the hotel, and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is great—there are shopping stores, grocery shops, a park, and a metro station nearby. However, I booked a non-smoking room, but there was a noticeable smell of smoke coming through the air conditioning and in the bathroom.

Hotel is located at the east square of Shenzhen high speed station. It's actually called Atour Light. The room was like pictured. The staff were very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier we were able to communicate using translation app. They helped me pick up a parcel from a locker which I'm very thankful. Only thing to note is that the bed is very firm. Their laundry facilities looked really good but I don't get to use them. Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is pretty decent for this pricing. The service staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. The pillows are very comfortable. Friends even bought home couple of pillows. Location is convenient, will certainly refer to friends and come back next time.

Counter staff are very responsive and customer orientated. Location is actually very convenient but e-hailed cars were always waiting at the road outside the hotel lobby instead of picking up at the hotel lobby. The reason the e-hailing drivers gave was the same: the hotel car park barrier does not open for them.

Beautiful place with clean environment. friendly and very helpful staff. the location is close to everything. the room is huge , very comfy bed, highly recommended and will come back again
