Choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision! It's only 300 meters from the subway station, which made getting back from sightseeing at night incredibly convenient. The front desk attendant was so friendly and welcoming. I arrived early before my room was ready, so she offered to store my luggage and handed me a glass of iced plum juice, saying 'It's hot, this will help you cool down.' I instantly felt refreshed and relaxed.
The room wasn't huge but it was exceptionally clean and fresh. The bedding had a subtle lavender scent and was so soft and comfortable. The bathroom mirror even had a magnifying makeup mirror next to it – such a thoughtful touch for female guests! For breakfast, the freshly ground soy milk and tea eggs were incredibly flavorful. The auntie in the dining area even noticed I took second helpings of fried dough sticks and offered to warm them up for me.
I stayed for two nights and didn't encounter a single issue. The attention to detail truly showed how much care they put into everything. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!

The customer service was excellent and room was clean and tidy.
Anything I asked, the staff are all very accommodating and assist me immediately.
They even offer me a different room to rest before my actual room was ready, because I arrived at 8am after a long flight.
Mr. 叫川宇 and all the staff are so friendly and helpful.

The only Atour where coffee drip bags were not provided. What a shock to me, luckily there’s a great dune cafe around the corner.
You can’t go wrong with Atour. You can with the guests there there was this ***** style big boy with his mates needing to smoke with the doors open and pass out sleeping as if he is a child that can’t sleep with the doors to his hotel closed on the couch. It was weird. The temple style is very unique, I’d say apart from the occasional waft of smoke it’s great.

My first trip to China has been really nice it’s not as outdated as described on YouTube. The whole journey from landing in Hong Kong to entering Shenzhen was smooth, and there are tall buildings everywhere, which is quite spectacular. The only trouble was that I wasn’t good at using mobile navigation, so I lingered at the high-speed rail station for a long time.Later, I saw a hotel near the station exit. It looked really good just from the sign, and the experience turned out to be fantastic! The best part was that the staff could communicate with us in English normally it was so convenient. They recommended many delicious foods and fun places to visit, which made us very happy. The staff were warm and amazing, and we got to eat a lot of tasty food! When we didn’t know how to buy train tickets, they even arranged for a staff member to take us to buy them, and told us we could ask the staff for help if we had any questions everyone would be willing to assist. I’ve never had such a touching experience before. Besides, I had clothes that hadn’t been washed for days, and the hotel actually had a laundry room with a dryer that was wonderful! The breakfast was delicious too, including the local specialty ”cheong fun” (steamed rice rolls) they mentioned, which tasted good. When we checked out, they even walked us to the entrance of the high-speed rail station. Thank you so much!I feel that Chinese people are all very warm. The staff said this is a hotel chain, and there’s also a branch in Guangzhou. Our next stop is Guangzhou, and we will definitely stay at Qingju Hotel again. It’s really convenient and great.

This was my second stay, but this time it was a family trip with our children. We arrived at the hotel well past 9 PM, but the check-in process at the front desk was warm and efficient. While checking in, we also had the unique opportunity to sample and select an aromatherapy scent (since we were traveling with kids, we chose a mild, non-irritating option that was then delivered to our room), and enjoyed some tea. After check-in, they thoughtfully informed us that the hotel's complimentary late-night supper service was about to end, and we could still go eat if we were hungry (this was a first for me, as I'd never encountered a hotel offering late-night supper before!). To our delight, our room type was also upgraded after checking in, which we were absolutely thrilled about! The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service were all, as always, very satisfactory. We were particularly impressed by the hotel's design and the beautiful night views. Definitely a five-star rating!
Shenzhen Atour Hotel is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in a vibrant location.
The hotel offers modern, well-appointed rooms with reliable free Wi-Fi, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. One of the standout features is the excellent customer service—staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to assist.
The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch, and the hotel's proximity to local attractions and dining options adds to its appeal. Overall, a great value for the price and highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Shenzhen.

The hotel is conveniently located near MixC Mall and not far from Dongmen Old Street, making it a good choice for travelers. We arrived quite early and asked about early check-in, and the staff kindly upgraded us to an executive king room. The soundproofing is quite decent; you only hear outside noise when you're near the door. That said, if someone is particularly loud, you might still hear them from the bed. The room comes with a fridge, bottled tea, and drip coffee bags, along with disposable lidded coffee cups. The kettle is a pour-over style, though I wasn't too keen on using a hotel kettle. There's a large table, handy for putting things down and eating takeout. Takeout orders are delivered by a robot, or by staff if the robot can't manage, which is super convenient. One minor issue with the room is the sink is located in the entrance hallway, so there's no wet/dry separation, making it a bit awkward for washing delicates. However, there's a laundry room on the fifth floor, next to the gym. If you leave a note in the laundry basket, staff will take care of your laundry and then hang it on your room door once it's clean. The bathroom felt relatively narrow, seemingly sacrificing space for the main room. While there's a retractable clothesline in the shower to hang washed items, they definitely won't dry in the humid bathroom environment. I'd suggest bringing a small portable dryer if you really need clothes dried. The TV is a Xiaomi unit, but it's in hotel mode, so you can only access TV channels and Atour's proprietary content. You can't install streaming apps. Screen casting is available (though, as is common, streaming services often limit casting resolution), and you get permission by scanning a QR code, which is unique to each room, preventing mix-ups. However, casting isn't very stable and disconnects occasionally. The HDMI port works perfectly; plugging in a device brings up a pop-up to switch inputs and isn't blocked by hotel mode. Even if it's still in hotel mode, you can use the remote to call up Xiao Ai (Xiaomi's AI assistant) to switch the input source to an external device. It's really handy to bring an HDMI cable with you to connect your laptop directly and play games or watch movies. The TV supports 4K 60FPS, and the picture quality is quite good. Finally, one thing I really need to gripe about: when driving here, Gaode Maps directed me to a side entrance. It was extremely narrow, and I happened to meet a car leaving, plus another car was parked in the way, blocking the lane. I had to reverse to let them pass. Then, a constant stream of cars, electric bikes, and pedestrians kept coming, essentially trapping me for over ten minutes. Eventually, a security guard came to direct traffic and told me the main hotel entrance is further ahead, though this side entrance is technically accessible too. I was just following the navigation, and the side wall even had 'Entrance/Exit' signs. I strongly recommend the hotel updates its information with navigation apps and perhaps converts this side entrance/exit to an exit-only to prevent frequent traffic jams. Regular parking spaces are quite limited, and the guard directed me to a mechanical parking spot. Thankfully, my car is relatively small.

Good and clean hotel. Good service and location is very practical. I booked 3 extra nights because I loved the place and service.
They helped me doing the laundry and every day I get perfect room service. Definitely 5 stars worthy.
Highly recommended! This is truly a business traveler-friendly hotel!
Atour anticipates and provides for your every need, even the ones you haven't thought of. The front desk staff, in particular, are all outstanding – friendly, enthusiastic, and incredibly patient. Take Lu Ming, for example: he's handsome and his service is incredibly attentive. He always proactively asks if he can help with anything and seeks feedback. I casually praised Atour's cookies, and he specially came over to bring me a generous handful! 😂😅 (I swear I wasn't trying to take advantage of the hotel, lol!).
One evening, I forgot to get my laundry in time. The next morning, the floor attendant had already hung it on my door – it couldn't have been more convenient! 👍 Breakfast is available until 10:30 AM, which is very weekend-friendly.
In summary, it's a hotel that offers great value for money, is very clean, quiet, safe, conveniently located, and provides excellent service. Highly recommended!
It would be even better if they offered long-stay discounts.
And @Atour_Management, please provide the front desk staff with rolling swivel chairs! They can stand up when guests approach; there's no need for this unnecessary constant standing 🙅. Front desk staff are human too; standing for 8 hours straight is unnecessary and inhumane. Moreover, they have to use computers while standing, and the monitors are too low, making it very inconvenient to work, affecting efficiency, and causing guests to wait longer. Please, truly improve this situation. Treating your employees well is key to them providing excellent service to guests.

GGuest UserVery good service mind, I came from Thailand can use only English reception try their best to provide service.
AAnonymous UserMy child and I arrived from Guangzhou last night, our legs a bit stiff from the long journey. As we entered the hotel, we were greeted by the lovely, impeccably dressed staff at the Atour front desk, all with warm smiles. They even offered us some delightful honey water, which we both loved and that instantly lifted our spirits!
Around 9:30 PM, feeling a little hungry, we went to the upstairs restaurant for some congee. It was incredibly delicious and so comforting, truly making us feel right at home! I just had to share it on my WeChat Moments then and there.
Now, let's talk about the room. It was wonderfully quiet, and the decor and layout were exactly to our taste! The windows were huge, providing a wide and open view. With a desk, a wall-mounted sofa, and a small round table, it’s particularly suitable for families with school-aged children. My child particularly liked the slippers, claiming they were even more comfortable than those at the Tower Hotel in Melbourne.
I'm so glad we chose this hotel!
In the morning, my child happily declared that they had a wonderfully restful sleep.
Oh, and the breakfast was also excellent! It felt like they genuinely catered to a variety of tastes. My child absolutely loved the beef brisket!
The check-out service was absolutely fantastic! It happened to be raining when our car arrived, and the lovely young lady at the front desk thoughtfully and proactively held an umbrella for me.
I absolutely love this Atour hotel and will definitely be back!
(Oh, and a side note: they provided two paper cups on the table, which I personally find more hygienic than glass. All these small details truly make you feel that Atour Hotel is run by incredibly professional and thoughtful people.)

OOtoyaThe young women at the reception were simply wonderful. They welcomed us with hot tea and every time we returned to the hotel they greeted us with a cup of tea or honey water. It was the nicest hotel service we have ever had in our entire lives. The hotel is very well located (next to the Tencent building). The room was super clean (like new), very warm (with the ability to adjust the temperature but the windows do not open). Huge TV, a fridge refilled daily (Coca-Cola, green and black tea with honey). Bottled water is not only left for guests in the rooms, but also by the elevator. The gym and laundry (free of charge) are open 24 hours a day. The laundry is equipped with washing machines with automatic detergent dosing. The breakfast was good, mainly Chinese. In the evening, from 9.30, there is a free light meal for guests in the hotel restaurant. There is a 7-eleven store in the same building.
