The hotel has such comfortable beddings that we have to extend our stay to recharge further! Thanks to Alaia for her assistance in handling our parcel and Olivia for arranging special late check out for us! Awesome stay, we will come back again! Very relaxing environment with resort setting at the cafe area too. Will also try the Chinese restaurant tonight, reviews are looking good. Hilton Honor members also got extra discount at outlets !

The Nanshan Hilton offers a tranquil escape, nestled right in a bustling area. The guest rooms are modern and elegantly designed, and the bathrooms are incredibly comfortable with convenient wet/dry separation. The front desk staff provided warm and helpful guidance. The elevators are swift and stable, so you never have to wait. With direct access to the commercial district right downstairs, getting around is super convenient.

Our room was incredibly comfortable. We even received a complimentary room upgrade, and the 2.7-meter bed was absolutely massive and extremely comfortable. We also found some JOJO-themed soda in the mini-fridge (though we didn't end up drinking it). The service was excellent too. We'll definitely stay here again!

Nice environment and the room was clean and comfortable. The location very near airport, beside the hotel is a mall got a lot of restaurants there. But it quite far to longhua and futian area. Hotel breakfast is complete, served with chinese and western choices. Hotel provided one time transfer to airport.

The hotel opened in June 2025. The rooms and surroundings are new, and we hope they stay that way. The lobby is on the 20th floor. I called the hotel before checking in, and Connie answered the phone politely and attentively, leaving a positive first impression. Simon also surprised us with small slices of bunka cake for our birthday, which we're very grateful for. The front desk staff were generally smiling, polite, and helpful. Because the breakfast area is near the kitchen, the buffet was not very cold, and the frozen meats were dry and tasteless. With the exception of the chicken feet, our group of four unanimously agreed that most of the dim sum was unpalatable. Overall, the breakfast, fruit, and congee and noodles were okay. If you're hoping for a full, standard Western-style buffet breakfast, you'll be disappointed. Even the basic orange juice wasn't provided. Andy's help finally added a glass of orange juice to the buffet. I appreciate Andy's kindness and patience. I also appreciate Lucy and someone else's unclear English signature. I wrote the wrong name on the birthday card. I also hope the receptionist on the ground floor would be more responsive and helpful during check-in and check-out. Are there no hotel staff in the basement? The hotel entrance is on a side street. If the automatic gate is closed, check in at night in a secluded area. (Calling ”Open Sesame” should be fine.) My biggest dislike is the closed-off style with a separate door and a toilet. That's not what I want when it comes to wet and dry separation.
