"Amazing hotel with so many services included in your room: breakfast, free laundry as much as you want, free coffee from barista at checkout, free drinks at reception, etc. Super value from money! If you come from overseas and want to do shopping on TAOBAO, no problem at all, deliver to the hotel in advance and they will keep all your parcels. If it is an expensive item, they can also keep it at the reception safe for you. The staff is super friendly, always helpful, smiling, just very genuine and nice people. Book with your eyes closed, this hotel is just amazing, and with great service that does not come so often these days sadly. It’s also very conveniently placed with access to two mrt stations…Highly recommended!"

"We checked in around 2am and have to contact the receptionist as he happened to step away. Check in was swift, given side by side rooms for my friends. Room was spacious and toilet are clean, toiletries are well equipped. Hotel is very advanced, request for amenities such as plastic bag and beer opener and was delivered through AI robot within minutes. Room has noise isolation, nearby has convenience stores and good room. Location is friendly and easy to locate. Counter staff Xiaoyu done our check out and made coffee for us, smiley and courteous staff. Please continue to keep up the good job!"

"Room cleanliness was mid. AC was not on when I checked in and it was alr got so checking into a humid room was not the best feeling. The room also didn't smell the best maybe because of the humidity. toilet was filled with the little insects and had mold around the silicone area. The hair dryer had a layer of dust and even the clothes in the cupboard as well was not looking the cleanest. They also made a mistake when they gavw me my card it didn't work the first time so I couldn't go up and had to make my way with my luggages to the front desk again to get it fixed when I was already sweating so much from the heat and they were taking quite a long time at the front desk.
I guess the good park is the free coffee that they give a voucher for and also the free laundry where they provided colour catchers as well. Staffs were nice."

"We are a family of 5 and it is our first time staying in a homestay in Shenzhen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that comes with a pool in the apartment.The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The room does not have any fridge or kettle but there is a shared kitchen just right outside the room.
The service is good. When we reached the homestay at 3 am, the homestay staff woke up to help us carry our luggage to our room. The room is clean and towels are changed daily. It is easy to find food near the homestay. There are many restaurants within walking distance. It is near to dongmen underground shopping.
We will definitely return when we visit Shenzhen."

"A Hotel of Contrasts: Modern Comfort Let Down by Inconsistent Housekeeping
I recently spent four nights at this hotel, and my experience was a real mixed bag with some significant highs and frustrating lows.
The Pros: What I Loved
· Modern & Well Equipped Room: The building appears to be very new. My room was a great size pnot too big, not too small. It was equipped with some fantastic amenities that made the stay comfortable:
· A nice, comfortable bed.
· A convection stove and a surprisingly spacious fridge.
· A balcony with a washing machine and provided soap an absolute lifesaver for a longer stay.
· A large screen TV.
· Excellent Location: The location is perfect for anyone looking to be in the heart of the action. It's close to the electronic markets, within easy walking distance of a large shopping mall, and surrounded by plenty of great places to eat.
The Cons: What Needs Serious Improvement
· Poor and Inconsistent Housekeeping: This was, by far, the biggest issue.
· Our first room was unacceptable. We found hair on the floor, mold in the bathroom, and the bed looked like it had already been slept in. It seemed they had just sprayed air freshener on the floor instead of actually cleaning.
· Our second room was better, but daily cleaning was neglected. Housekeeping often opted to just bring new towels and take out the trash, completely neglecting to mop the floors, clean the toilet/shower, or wipe down tables.
· We had to complain to management, who then had to personally supervise the cleaning to ensure it was done properly (making the bed, mopping, wiping surfaces).
· On our final day, no one came to clean at all.
· The cleaning staff never seemed to arrive before 4:00 or 5:00 PM, despite us being asked around noon if we wanted service. They always seemed overworked, with two ladies managing a cart full of supplies for the entire hotel.
· Missing Essentials: For a room with a convection stove, it was a major letdown that no cookware or silverware was provided. This makes the kitchenette feature almost useless unless you bring your own.
· Pay-Per-View TV: The TV is modern, but don't expect to watch any movies for free. You have to pay for any on-demand content.
Verdict:
This hotel has fantastic potential. The rooms are modern, well sized, and packed with great amenities in a prime location. However, the severe and consistent issues with housekeeping cleanliness and the lack of basic kitchenware significantly marred the experience. I can only recommend it if the management makes a serious commitment to training and staffing their cleaning team properly. Until then, it's a gamble on whether you'll get a truly clean room."

"This is our first time staying at Intercity SZ(深圳福田皇岗城际酒店) and surprisingly the experience is unexpectedly good.
We reserved 2 rooms and arrived at the hotel at 1030am on 30/8/2025.
We paid around $240 for upgrading to a better room on the 16th floor.
Our observations and comments are as follows:
1. Early check-in. We arrived at the hotel at 1030am and can offer a room within 15 minutes.
2. Late check-out is offered though we do not insist.
3. Transparent pricing table
4. Nice buffet breakfast
For improvement; the water pressure in the shower is a bit slow and weak. Otherwise, it would rate higher.
All in all, 深圳福田皇岗城际酒店 has a high CP value. Particularly thanks to Aurora 小袁 for her excellent hospitality."

All the facilities were well-appointed. What truly stood out was the exceptional service; both the housekeeping 'auntie' and the front desk staff were incredibly warm, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. This attention to detail was really impressive! The breakfast offered great value for money, with options to suit everyone's needs. GGuest UserThe room was spacious and beautiful, with a huge balcony directly overlooking a stunning sea view. Every morning, the sunrise painted half the sky crimson, which was truly spectacular. The beach was literally just downstairs, a stone's throw away – it's rare to find a hotel with such direct access. The fine, soft sand is a rarity in mainland China, and I never expected to find such a beautiful beach to enjoy right here in Shenzhen.
There's a great variety of children's facilities, including multiple indoor and outdoor pools, plus an indoor heated pool. Our kids absolutely loved playing in the water. The staff were highly responsive and provided attentive service. There are also plenty of supermarkets and small restaurants nearby, about a ten-minute walk away.
There were a few minor imperfections, though. The breakfast was decent – enough to fill you up, but nothing particularly exciting. The soundproofing wasn't great. As it's a family-friendly hotel, many guests have children, and over the weekend, kids upstairs were running and screaming for about two hours. Late one night, the occupants of the adjacent room ordered takeout, and the delivery person kept knocking on their door for ages without anyone answering.
Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was excellent. It was our child's first time seeing the ocean, which happened at the InterContinental, and we'll definitely be back! 👍🏻

The music's soothing quality was so pleasant, it would even be perfect for car rides, making everyone feel at ease and enjoy the experience.
Additionally, they offered complimentary evening amenities like porridge, ice, and tea, which was a thoughtful and excellent service.
The ambiance was elegant and provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. There was ample parking available, and the price was very reasonable. Five-star recommendation!

EEthannnnYiI absolutely have to rave about this hotel! The front desk service was simply flawless. The staff were not only incredibly personable but also their service attitude was exceptionally warm and attentive. During check-in and check-out, they were meticulous and even thoughtfully provided recommendations for local attractions and dining spots, which significantly enhanced my positive impression.
The guest rooms were equally impressive, surprisingly spacious with a thoughtful layout. The decor was minimalist yet stylish. They were spotlessly clean, and all essential amenities were provided. Lying in bed, it truly felt like a cozy home away from home.
The hotel's gym was a definite highlight. The equipment was well-maintained and user-friendly. Plus, there were professional trainers on hand to assist, making it comfortable even for fitness beginners to work out.
Breakfast was another delightful surprise. The aroma of freshly baked bread was inviting, and there was a good balance of hot and cold dishes, along with a variety of freshly prepared beverages. It was a true pleasure to start the day with such a delicious and substantial breakfast.
From the front desk to the rooms, from the gym to the breakfast, this hotel excelled in every aspect. I will definitely be back again!

TThian FernGreat stay at Four Seasons Shenzhen with excellent service from the hotel staff. I visited Shenzhen with my family for a short getaway and birthday celebration. Upon arrival, the hotel duty manager Allison assisted us with early checkin at 12pm. She was also helpful to ask one of the bellboys to assist me with a courier postage which totally save me the hassle from going to the post office. Steven from concierge was very patient to understand our personal preferences to give some really good recommendations of activities, places to visit, and even recent special events in the city 👍 recommend to ask their hotel concierge for recommebdations if you have no travel plans in Shenzhen. The hotel concierge also provides service to store our online purchase parcels that were delivered to the hotel. As we were celebrating birthday during our hotel stay, they have prepared birthday cake and birthday pillows which was absolutely adorable. At the end of our stay, the duty manager Rachel presented us a small gift token which surprised us and make our stay memorable ❤️. The hotel room was more than spacious for 2 people to stay. The bathroom was large too and i really appreciate the duo wash basins and the tv screen on the mirror. The shower was abit difficult to use and the shower head tends to slip down from the stand. The bed was sooooo comfortable and they have a wide selection of pillow. This is definitely one of the best hotel beds we slept on. Other than the fact that other furnitures like the study table and sofa were a bit dated, overall the room was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the hotel spa services. The massage service was soooo good. Love their curation of essential oil. The masseur was skillful to hit the the sore spot with the right amount of strength💆🏻♀️. We had a very good sleep after the massage. We will definitely return to Four Seasons again and will recommend others to stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel's design is flawless, featuring smart technology that makes everything incredibly convenient. My room even came with a projector for watching movies – I absolutely loved it! The hotel also boasts a complimentary swimming pool with excellent water quality; the kids had such a blast they didn't want to get out! It's very close to Dameisha Beach, just a few minutes' walk away, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Every staff member I encountered throughout the hotel had a wonderful attitude, making for a fantastic overall experience. I would definitely return given the opportunity.

The housekeeping staff, noticing I was with elderly family members, thoughtfully provided extra bottled water and fresh towels... Every single detail made us feel respected and well-cared for! 🥹
👉 **The room was the definite highlight!** As we were traveling with elderly family, the hotel specially arranged a room on the highest floor, which was incredibly quiet with excellent soundproofing – a true oasis of calm amidst the city bustle! This was extremely important. The design was impeccable, feeling both luxurious and wonderfully cozy~ A special shout-out to the mattress – it felt like sleeping on clouds ☁, ensuring a restful night until morning! The expansive floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning city skyline views. 🌃 The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and soaking in the bathtub was pure bliss! 🛁
The Executive Lounge was exceptionally comfortable, offering a fantastic ambiance to enjoy the beautiful sunset well into the evening. The afternoon tea desserts were delicious, and the evening light meal had a great variety, with six hot dishes, fresh fruit, and unlimited drinks.

BBon AngOne of the best hotel in Shenzhen. From the bell boy to the reception and the restaurant staff, you will receive top notch services- thumb up. Their dim sum is good. The staff are super friendly and they had upgraded us to a bigger room without us asking and when we call and ask on check out timing they had automatically inform us that they had extended our checkout timing to 2pm. Impressive. We Had Accidentally left 4 boxes of blueberries and tomatoes in the mini fridge, staff treats for them haha

__M1598953****The hotel's location is excellent. Our room balcony directly faced the beach, and it was lovely just sitting there enjoying the view, especially when the sun was out. The service was also superb. We were personally escorted to our room during check-in, and even received a thoughtful souvenir upon check-out. The hotel has its own restaurant. The room was clean and tidy. Furthermore, the seawater and beach at A'Kanara are very clean. My only minor comment is that the beach is a bit small, but everything else was flawless. The sunsets are incredibly beautiful, truly living up to its reputation as an 'Orange Sea'. By the beach, you can enjoy swings, have beer and grilled chicken, and during the summer, there are even live band performances. Overall, this was a fantastic holiday experience.
