As a frequent business traveler, I've stayed in countless hotels, but the service I received from Front Desk staff member #86 at your hotel truly stood out this time. They are not only highly competent but also possess genuine empathy, ensuring every single one of my needs was met with care.
When checking in, I mentioned needing an additional set of toiletries for a friend who was temporarily joining me. Instead of a simple 'Okay,' staff member #86 proactively asked, 'Do you need a full set of toiletries, including a toothbrush, toothpaste, and shower gel? We also have disposable slippers and towels; I can send them up to your room if you need them.' Their attentiveness and foresight truly impressed me.
Later, when I mentioned being unfamiliar with local transportation, they immediately took out their phone, opened a map, and patiently explained: 'Exit the hotel, turn right, and walk about 300 meters, and you'll reach the subway station, which goes directly to the city center. If you prefer a taxi, there's a dedicated pick-up area right outside, so you won't be taken on a roundabout route. There's also a 24-hour convenience store nearby, very handy for any purchases.' As they explained, they even jotted down the key locations and directions on a sticky note, handing it to me in case I forgot.
During my stay, I needed to print some work documents. After contacting the front desk, staff member #86 quickly responded, 'Please email the files to me, and I'll print them and bring them up to your room.' In less than 10 minutes, they arrived at my room with the printed documents. They even took the extra step to check if the print was clear and if all pages were included. Before leaving, they added, 'If you need to adjust the format or reprint anything, just let me know.' This level of professionalism and attentiveness not only solved my immediate problem but also made me feel genuinely valued. Staff member #86 is a true embodiment of the hotel's hospitality, and because of their exceptional service, I give this stay a perfect score. The next time I visit this city, I will undoubtedly choose your hotel again!

My top choice for business trips to Shenzhen. Its prime location makes food delivery and taxis incredibly convenient. Parking is free, which is great, but it's a shame they no longer offer complimentary car washing. Being able to choose your pillow type is a thoughtful touch and a definite improvement. As always, the cleanliness is impeccable.

Just back from my family trip with two kids, we stayed in this hotel for two nights. While checking in, i was told the bedrails are already setup as per my remarks with trip.com, all those things in the remarks were acknowledged, the services in the front desk, house keeping and restaurant for the breakfast were all good, i couldn’t get anything to complain.
For the room, it is spacious and new, we like the rainshower very much, the water pressure was quite good.
The hotel is very close to the three malls nearby, you will be there in 5 minutes after crossing the road.
I will be back if coming to Qianhai next time. Thank you so much for all the service provided to us, we feel relax, chill, warm and feel like home even this is my first time to come.

Back from Guangzhou, I decided to stay at Von Hotel again. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the hotel facilities were very convenient, truly making it feel like a home away from home this time. It's super easy to get food delivery and do online grocery shopping in the area. Even if you're short on time, you can order souvenirs online and have them delivered directly to the hotel. The convenience is just unbeatable!

Holiday Inn Nanahan continue to maintain a high standard in terms of service quality as this is the second time of my visit within 6 months. The room remains as clean and tidy. The staff are all very helpful. Needless to say the location is superb in terms of transportation plus natural landscape. We did visit Zhongshan Park this time and were amazed by its tranquility. Hotel is all great and I am sure more people are keen to come cover if there are shopping center and halls nearby.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right by the main road and easy to find, just a 10-minute walk from the subway station. It's surrounded by universities, offering beautiful greenery and a peaceful atmosphere. The front desk staff were professional and attentive, truly making us feel at home. Our room on the 33rd floor offered an expansive view: the university campus nearby and a skyline of high-rises in the distance – a perfect blend of tranquility and urban vibrancy. The room itself was comfortably laid out, with relatively new facilities, including a separate toilet and shower, and a smart toilet. The decor was practical and stylishly minimalist, impeccably clean and tidy – exactly my taste. I particularly enjoyed having a coffee machine, allowing me to sit by the window, sip coffee, and simply relax. Convenient dining options are available downstairs, catering to all tastes and budgets. My main reason for this trip was a leisurely visit to Talent Park, which is about a 25 RMB taxi ride away. It's also a pleasant 3 km walk for a post-dinner stroll, or easily accessible by bike. Overall, it was a truly wonderful and relaxing weekend experience. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's location is good, just three subway stops from Window of the World, and within walking distance to MixC World. Both the environment and cleanliness are excellent; rooms are spotless and thoroughly cleaned daily. They even have robots that deliver takeaways directly to your floor. The staff are friendly, always smiling, and very service-oriented. However, there are a few drawbacks: the bathroom design is somewhat impractical. The door tends to roll up the bath mat when opened, and privacy is an issue. Additionally, having to queue for breakfast on weekends was a bit unexpected, as the restaurant is quite small.

CChung ManBecause of the wind, I was a hotel near the subway station. I was renovated near the station. There was no elevator at Exit A of Baishizhou. It was not convenient to push the BB car and the luggage. Going to the hotel without opening the elevator, you have to carry your luggage. It is not convenient. When I entered the room, I saw that there was instant noodles in the electric water. I should cook the noodles with the first hand. You don’t clean the left hand first. I asked the cleaning sister to ask me to wash it myself, but I was too clean and oily to wash it myself. Finally, I changed one to me. But I don't dare to drink water too much, drink a bottle of water.
The room is clean, no hair and urine smell, if you can wash it with disinfectant, it will be more fragrant, there is a tea set to make tea, but you don't dare to use it too much.
Breakfast is very ordinary bowl of white porridge, it is recommended to add a higher-level coffee machine, now too sweet will be buried sugar.
But the price is more than 350 yuan, counting, can not be too high, I hope to keep clean, I will come again. There is free laundry, but the dryer should be bad, dry, please replace the new, those two washes for two hours.
The receptionist was very polite at night and forgot how to name it. Will supply me with paper towels, have patience, thank you.
