It would be great if the toilet seat had an automatic bidet. Also, having laundry detergent for dark clothes and a clothes-drying rack would make things even better.

Whenever I'm in Shenzhen, I always choose to stay at the Pullman Hotel. They offer complimentary parking, with both above-ground and underground options available, and the hotel's sophisticated signature scent is a lovely touch. The rooms feature well-designed bathrooms with separate wet and dry areas, smart amenities like the Xiaodu voice assistant, and facial recognition for room access. There's also a complimentary self-service laundry room, fully equipped with an ironing machine – perfect for quickly smoothing out any wrinkles, which is incredibly thoughtful! The breakfast selection is extensive, offering a delightful buffet with both Chinese and Western options. The service staff are not only very friendly but also highly professional. Staying at the Pullman Hotel truly feels like a home away from home – it's incredibly comfortable!

I came to Shenzhen alone, and after much searching I found a hotel that was very close to the subway. It was indeed very close to the subway and very convenient. There are many delicious restaurants around, and the hotel also has two restaurants that can deliver to the guest rooms. Ordered a lasagna, it was delicious and the service was very attentive. The hotel front desk lady Xiaoyu was also very friendly and helped me find my pocket, which solved a big problem.

I stayed in this hotel this time and the experience was amazing. I have to share it with everyone! It is near the Xili subway station, just a few minutes' walk from Exit F. Line 5 and Line 7 intersect here, making it easy to get to all parts of Shenzhen. There are also bus stops nearby with many routes, making travel super convenient. The lobby is decorated in a simple and stylish style, with free tea and candy in the lobby. The front desk service is very enthusiastic, the room is spacious and bright, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and it is very clean. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in process is fast. The hotel is very close to the 366 Food Street, about a five-minute walk away, with many delicious foods. The hotel is very close to Shenzhen Polytechnic and the Zoo. Cost-effectiveness: considering the comprehensive location, environment, service and price, the cost-effectiveness is super high. Stayed for 3 consecutive nights, there is a subway station directly downstairs, the subway station to the hotel is less than 1 minute to arrive, super convenient and fast! There are lots of food nearby, lots of night markets, Doro Man has, not inferior to Dongmen ~ The nearest shopping mall has Tianhong, if you want to go shopping can go to Wanxiang Tiandi. The experience of staying for 3 nights is good, every day someone will come to clean the room, every time the room cleaned so things will be changed again, the sheets are very clean, will not sleep until the body itch, will come again if there is a chance!

I stayed at Orange Hotel again. This time I tried the Xili branch. The receptionist in the lobby was very friendly and attentive. He also upgraded our room. As soon as I opened the door, I could see the characteristics of Orange. It was very clean. The room was warm and bright. The design was easy to use. It was also equipped with a 65-inch TV. Unfortunately, I couldn't watch Hong Kong Jade Channel. The only improvement is that the lights cannot be dimmed independently at night to make it easier to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, but overall I am still very satisfied. .

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby is gorgeous, the sofa is stylish, and the waiters are courteous. There is an elevator and it is shared with the cinema on the 2nd floor. The floor is on the 3rd floor, a large floor, with many rooms. All rooms are arranged along the exterior wall, so the corridor is circular and it is not difficult to find a room and elevator entrance. The room is stylishly decorated, with a kettle, hair dryer and shower showers all high-end. Both bedsides have USB and TypeC charging heads, but not fast charging. TV can cast screen, but to mobile app adaption, Bilibili, quark and QQ browsers are not suitable, finally I have Castify support, so this to complain, it is recommended that the hotel provide a list of suitable apps, or improve the support of screencast apps.
Next to the hotel is Hongyan Village intestine powder, which provides delicious intestine powder and porridge 24 hours a day. There are also Kudi coffee and Ruixing coffee. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Siri 366 Street and the location is convenient.

The bedding was perfectly comfortable, ensuring I slept like a log. A charming staff member at the front desk even mentioned that the mattresses are from Sealy International, a renowned brand. What truly impressed me were the smart features: upon entering, a single touch could open all the curtains and turn on the lights. The bathroom had instant hot water with a stable temperature and excellent water pressure, making showers incredibly comfortable. Even the hairdryer was high-powered yet compact and stylish. The public areas are equally impressive; the gym boasts new and comprehensive equipment, while the lobby lounge area is comfortable and quiet. This makes it perfect for both business travelers and vacationers. The attention to detail in the facilities is impeccable, enhancing the overall experience immensely! The climate is humid there. It is still a bit inconvenient to have no windows. The shower shower is very comfortable. The sheets and pillows are very clean. There is no abnormality and unclean place. The mattress is not soft or hard to sleep. The most important thing is that this youth hostel can check out at 14 o'clock, and the housekeeper is very docile and cute. The boss also helped me carry my luggage to the room. There is also a free washing machine and washing powder. In fact, if you don’t pick it, this price is a very cost-effective youth hostel. There is a hair dryer and a refrigerator. It's all very convenient.

KKS 128The location of the hotel is great, just 2min walk to nearest MRT station. Also, 10min walk to 天虹shopping mall and alongside a lot of restaurants and cafe to dine in. The room is clean, furnitures a bit old and got yellowish stains on it. The Aircond was not functioning well, it is hot even though I set to low temperature, it need to be checked and fixed accordingly. Others is ok and not much problem to have a short stay here.

The hardware facilities are excellent, and combined with such heartfelt service, my stay was extremely comfortable. It would be even more perfect if the laundry room could offer an express or emergency wash service. Overall, the value for money is excellent, making it suitable for both business travelers and leisure vacationers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!
