My last experience at the Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen was so fantastic that I didn't hesitate to choose it again this time! Bringing my family along, we revisited the first Hard Rock Hotel in China. The place is bursting with rock 'n' roll vibes, all elements I absolutely adore. The spacious bathtub in the room is the biggest I've ever seen in South China or Shenzhen. From the tub, through the glass, I could soak while taking in the magnificent views of the Mission Hills Golf Course – truly a feast for the eyes. Considering the excellent value for money, staying in such a uniquely styled, high-end hotel is absolutely superb! We also sampled the buffet dinner with outdoor BBQ on the 5th floor. With delicious food and fine wine, we ate until we literally couldn't walk straight! That was another highlight! Throughout this stay, Mark provided exceptional hospitality and assistance at every turn. I truly want to extend my gratitude to him!

This is one of the best family vacation because the location is so close to Hong Kong and very easy access to all the activities. The kids loved the hotel with activities package. They were never bored and had zero complaints from rooms, to swimming pool, to meals to DIY and fun activities. It felt like we flew to a tropical island but it's actually only under 2 hours drive away from Hong Kong. Will recommend this to my friends to come. Totally worth it!

Newly renovated, fully equipped, clean and tidy. Free upgrade for general rooms. Breakfast is provided on some days for 2-bedroom suites. There is still a little decoration smell when approaching the closet and desk, but it is not uncomfortable overall. The hotel service staff can be contacted by WeChat and will answer questions 24 hours a day. There is a free TV box to watch movies, but the suite only has a TV in the living room. The nearby subway station has not been built yet, so I use online car-hailing to travel. It costs $10 to go to Kalu Ice and Snow World, $20 to Wanda Plaza, $40 to Excellence Center, $20 to Gankeng Ancient Town, and $30 to Shenzhen North Station of the high-speed rail.

Recently, I stayed at the Grand Skylight Hotel Guanlan. From the thoughtful service upon arrival to the entire accommodation experience, I was impressed. I would like to especially praise Ms. Xiao Du at the front desk:
✅ **Professional image, full marks for affinity**: I felt her warm smile and decent manners when I first met her. She listened to my needs patiently during communication, and her language was concise and clear, which quickly eliminated the fatigue of the journey.
✅ **Efficient coordination ability**: Due to early arrival, the hotel was short of rooms, and I thought I would have to wait for a long time, but Xiao Du flexibly coordinated resources and checked us in within 20 minutes. She actively informed us of the progress throughout the whole process, and her thoughtfulness was full marks!
✅ **Personalized service suggestions**: Knowing that it was our first stay, she introduced the hotel facilities, surrounding restaurants and transportation routes in detail, and recommended special services based on our itinerary, which showed her professionalism.

Outstanding hotel. It is a high-class luxurious hotel. Property is new, and the room and bathroom are very spacious and refined. The facilities are clean and very well kept. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. Good location for my purpose. Breakfast at 1st floor restaurant, buffet style, and a cook on-site, and a large uge variety of dishes. There is a full-fledged gym with treadmills, machines, and free-weights. Laundry with washers and dryers in the hotel free to use. Service is spectacular, aligned with the customary excellent Chinese hospitality.

Stayed for 5N and price is really value for money. There is 1 shopping mall nearby and subway station 茜坑 (line 4) about 10 mins walk away. Had a room on 24th floor with own washing machine. Room was comfortable and clean. For checking in, suggest to use 云朵尚品 as drop off point as the check in address provided is a row of shop houses opposite 云朵尚品 which is not the right place to check in. Refer to picture for drop off. Once you see this sign, there is a row of shop houses to your left starting with convenience store. Last unit is the 24-hour check-in counter.

WWoxiangqunifangjiankanyueliangI was recently in Longhua District for business and after a long search online, I picked this hotel. My multi-day stay here turned out to be excellent. The room was well-appointed with amenities like air conditioning and a washing machine, and the bathroom facilities were great, making my stay incredibly convenient. What's more, the hotel's complimentary WiFi had a strong signal, allowing me to stream videos and attend video conferences seamlessly from any part of the room.
The hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful. During check-in, the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They even proactively helped me with my luggage to the room and thoroughly explained all the hotel's amenities, like how to operate the projector and turn on the sensor light on the mirror. Their attention to detail was truly impressive. One night, I got back to my room only to realize I'd forgotten my charger. I called the front desk, and a staff member promptly brought one up to my room. Their service truly deserves a special mention.
The hotel's location was super easy to find, right near Xikeng Metro Station. I just followed my navigation for a few minutes after exiting the metro station and arrived. For someone like me who struggles with directions, this location is incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is also quite lively. In the evening, after finishing my work, I was hungry, and just a short walk from the hotel is Tianhong Shopping Mall. The mall's first floor features a food street, offering a variety of snacks and beverages. I tried several stalls, and they all tasted pretty good. I particularly recommend the clay pot dishes. If you're looking to shop, the mall's second floor has numerous clothing and boutique stores, catering to all kinds of shopping preferences. Breakfast options nearby were also plentiful, offering everything from steamed buns and fried dough sticks (youtiao) to rice noodle rolls (changfen).
Overall, my experience during this stay was excellent, with a convenient location, thoughtful service, and comprehensive amenities. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip to Longhua.

The room is very secure. You need to swipe the room card to get to the designated floor. The room is large and the floor is clean. Disposable slippers and regular slippers are provided. The toothbrush set is not the lowest quality one, but very soft. The hot water is sufficient and the water flow is strong. You can take a satisfying hot shower. The bed is also large and soft, and you sleep well. It is hard to find a rival at this price. The only thing you need to remind guests is that there is a fifth floor for guest rooms and a fifth floor for offices in the elevator. You need to swipe the room card to get to the former. It is recommended to remind the counter when checking in, otherwise it is a bit scary to go to a completely dark office building in the middle of the night.

I have to have a bed, a public bathroom, and a socket for charging my mobile phone. The navigation walked for a time and walked through the streets and alleys to the shuttle market. I finally arrived. I walked up the stairs to the front desk. The old report was not there. I found the boss or reception phone on the table and told me to wait a while. I waited patiently. Finally, the boss came, and walked the normal registration process and gave me a room on the fourth floor. I didn’t ask for the door key, and the boss didn’t leave me to deposit. After chatting with some parents, I went to the stairwell with my shoulder bag to find my room. I entered the floor. The space was quite large. I saw a room number directly in it. I found the corresponding room with the boss. I pushed the door to see that there are clean beds, quilts, pillows, and separate bathrooms. There are windows facing the street. There are fixed sockets on the wall.
There is a room light switch on the wall, a small table on the ground towel, toothpaste, toothbrush and shampoo. After a day of shopping, I didn't take a shower. I took off my coat and charged the mobile phone power bank and lay down on the bed. Forgot to take pictures and keep them, it may be too ordinary. Turning around at 8 o'clock in the morning, I packed my personal belongings, folded the quilt, and went downstairs with a good code. I wanted to make a call with the landlord boss, but unfortunately I didn't see it. Personally, such accommodation is very cost-effective than those so-called environments. The location of many youth hostels in the upper and lower rooms is several times stronger from convenience and privacy. If you live for a day, you can leave before 12 o'clock the next day. No one quarrels with you when you wake up late. The price may be cheap enough to make you imagine. Here I wish the boss and the landlord a lot of orders, and I will make more money in the future. Goodbye to my big Shenzhen.
