Excellent service from staff and cleaning teams, always with a smile. Location is also unbeatable with a great upmarket OneAvenue Mall just minutes walk across the road.
The aircond is a bit strange, perhaps some simple instructions might help. The aircond while it has 3 modes, only the cold mode can be adjusted. But it gets too cold & dry to sleep with it in at night that we ended up turning it off most nights. The shower also has nowhere to place the towel or clothes with only 1 hook inside the shower cubical, which made it hard for the elderly to manage. This is a design issue of aesthetics over practicality and not a reflection of the staff’s efforts to ensure we had a wonderful stay.
Little touches like freshly made coffees at the downstairs cafe, cute afternoon tea trays of snacks and washing machines available for guests to use ensure we had an enjoyable 5n stay in Shenzhen.

The 24-hour self-service laundry room offers great convenience. My friends and I stayed at this hotel again on our recent visit to the area. After dropping off our bags, we tried to find a massage shop but got a bit lost. We asked the front desk, and they gave us incredibly detailed directions. The location is extremely convenient, with a subway entrance right downstairs, and it's very close to Excellence Center and Huangting Plaza. There are also plenty of convenient dining options. The hotel was impeccably clean, the air conditioning was strong and effective, and the bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. Definitely recommended! We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Shenzhen.

The hotel boasts smart facilities and is spotlessly clean. The TV remote was sanitized, and hand sanitizer was thoughtfully provided next to the toilet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Complimentary afternoon tea is offered in the afternoon, and nutritious congee is available in the evening. The hotel's location is also excellent, right opposite Huanggang Village Food Street. An absolutely wonderful experience! I will definitely be back!

The customer service was excellent and room was clean and tidy.
Anything I asked, the staff are all very accommodating and assist me immediately.
They even offer me a different room to rest before my actual room was ready, because I arrived at 8am after a long flight.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during the national day holidays. The service and amenities were great. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and the hotel set-up the room for us and also provided a complimentary cake! The staff is very polite and helpful! Our late check out request was accommodated, which we highly appreciated. Breakfast options are great! The swimming pool was clean (but not heated as advertised). The gym was clean and spacious! The kids club was the highlight for the kids, they really enjoyed playing there every morning after breakfast. The housekeeping staff was very nice and replenished all toiletries instantly! The boys at the check-in counter were very polite and deserve a raise! The location is excellent and there are many restaurants and shopping facilities at walking distance. The only drawback is that the hotel does not have a room with two double beds. We have two kids and we booked the family room, which comes with a king bed and an extra single bed. The little one had to sleep with us and the sleeping space was tight for the three of us. I recommend adding rooms that can accommodate 2 children or a bedroom with a bunkbed option. We recommend this hotel overall.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, featuring convenient smart lighting controls and a large TV. Complimentary soft drinks and snacks in the minibar could be replenished on request. Upon check-in, the front desk kindly offered a complimentary room upgrade, and their service was consistently polite and warm. Whenever I waited for a car in the lobby, the front desk staff would promptly bring tea. Key card access to guest floors and robot delivery service added a layer of convenience. Breakfast was rather simple but offered all the essentials, though some items might run out if you came late.
A slight negative was the soundproofing – I could faintly hear the TV from the next room. Additionally, the laundry room only had one washer and dryer, leading to long waiting times.

SSasha HoFirst of all, the location is excellent! It is right at the door of Exit 8 of Liancheng New World, the underground street of Gangxia Subway Station on Line 1. Whether you want to go to Huaqiang Road to buy electronic products, go to Dongmen Old Street to buy clothes and bags, or go to Vientiane New World, it is very convenient because they are all on Line 1 and are only a few stops away. Not to mention that the hotel is directly opposite the Zhuoyue Center Plaza, which has several buildings full of shopping malls and food, and you can walk to the Convention and Exhibition Center to watch performances in ten minutes.
In addition, the room is very clean, the bedding is very comfortable and easy to sleep, there is a drum washing machine on the front balcony, and it is convenient to dry clothes. If there are not enough hangers, you can ask the hotel to provide it.
Finally, the service is excellent! Drinking water is given generously every day. During the stay, the WeChat customer service message is replied in seconds. If there is a lack of garbage bags in the room or towels need to be changed, they are delivered quickly. In addition, the kitchen can be turned on, and bowls, chopsticks, tableware and hot water kettles are provided, but there are no pots. It has been suggested that the customer service can provide steamers for guests to use to heat up takeaway leftovers. There is also a Cainiao Station on the sixth floor for guests to receive packages.
This is a great hotel that our family has reserved. If we come to Shenzhen again next time, we will stay here again!

Shenzhen is a huge shopping mall, and there are shopping malls everywhere, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and playing. There are many long-term tenants, all of whom are girls who keep it very clean. There are many items in the public area, but it is not messy at all. The living room and bedroom have passwords to enter, which makes you feel safer. There is also a breakfast shop downstairs, which is very convenient.

The room was clean and well-equipped, including a washing machine, kitchenware, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The projector was large, making it very comfortable to watch TV in bed at night. A great experience.

GGuest UserThis place might not be the most luxurious, but the host made my stay formidable. Even to the point where if I had the chance I would’ve stayed longer! She helped me so so much, walking me around the city when I couldn’t find where to buy the SIM card, searching train tickets for me when I thought they were sold out… she was so useful and so sweet!
She also asked me which bed I preferred and made it for me in the moment. By the way the bed is quite well equipped with charger and curtain, although it is not fancy it is enough.
