right next to a large upscale mall so everything is really convenient. Just note that the metro is a long underground walk away because the mall is simply massive. also near a huge park so there's a good range of activities. muji vibes everywhere. toiletries, snacks, and tea all muji branded. thoughtful service as the staff placed a bookmark for my friend who had left a book out on the nightstand. bathroom could do with more hooks for hanging stuff. overall would recommend and stay again.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay in a Superior King Room at the Pullman Shenzhen North Station. The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern and elegant decor. The bedding, in particular, was exceptionally soft, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The hotel's service was also excellent; the staff were professional and friendly, making us feel well looked after. The only minor drawback was that I had hoped for an opportunity to upgrade to a suite, but learned that it would incur an additional charge, which was a slight disappointment. However, on the bright side, the complimentary buffet breakfast offered by the hotel was a delightful compensation. It featured a rich variety of high-quality Chinese and Western options, which helped start the day on a positive note. Overall, it was a satisfying stay. The facilities and service of the Superior King Room were commendable, and the complimentary, high-quality breakfast was definitely a highlight. I would certainly consider staying here again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

We had a great 4-night stay. The room was clean and spacious. Though shared washing machines were often occupied, upgrading to a room with one was worth it. A dryer would’ve been helpful. Overall, my stay was pleasant—the room was exceptional (spacious, elegant, and spotless), and the pool was truly unforgettable. That said, I noticed signs of budget constraints in a few areas: The welcome fruit platter felt minimal for MO’s luxury standard. The MO Club experience surprised me: the food selection was limited (unlike other MO properties), and the lounge’s location lacked the usual exclusivity. Most strikingly, it was my first time at an MO Club where afternoon tea required self-service for cakes and breakfast wasn’t offered. However, the staff’s professionalism and warmth shone brightly—a reminder of MO’s core values. Special thanks to Bonnie and Fleta Fang for their attentive service. Wishing Fleta a fruitful internship and brilliant future ahead! While not the flawless MO experience I’d hoped for, the team’s dedication made it memorable.

Service was higher level. Added their contact in Wechat so that i can ask for help anytime. Their response turaround time was prompt and always solved the issues i had.

The hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of Futian, just a 5-minute walk from Shangmeilin and Lianhua North metro stations, offering incredibly convenient access. It's surrounded by a large shopping mall, Jooyee (卓悦汇), and a vibrant food street, making it ideal for both business travelers and leisure guests. The rooms are spotlessly clean, fresh, and well-appointed, featuring full smart-home technology. The bedding is comfortable, and the toiletries are of excellent quality.

The service and stay were both excellent, and the value for money was very high. The hotel has complete facilities, and the room is new, clean, and tidy. They even upgraded me to a 2m king-size bed room free of charge. The bed was very comfortable, large, and comfy. It also has wireless charging, perfect for those who don't bring a charger with them. The surrounding area is very quiet, and I can sleep soundly until I wake up naturally. There's a self-service laundry room on the 4th floor of the hotel. The hair dryer is very good, clean, and odor-free. The bathroom is also new, enough for two people to take a shower. There's a glass door to separate the wet and dry areas. You can feel the hotel's attentiveness in every little detail. The stay was great, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm nearby! ! ! It's simply the best hotel in this price range.

Although when I first reached the hotel, I don't find the surrounding environment ideal and the hotel is not big and luxurious but the stay was very comfortable for both me and my husband. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and there was a large screen TV in the room. There was a small fridge with 2 canned drinks replenished daily. The hotel provides washer and dryer for guests to use for free. Check in was smooth, though there was a slight about 1 to 2 mins delay due to enquiries from other guests, we were delighted that the staff compensated us with free breakfast vouchers. We enjoyed our stay and extended our stay for another 3 nights.

The newly opened hotel is still very clean. The cleaning lady is very nice. She asked if I needed help to wash the dirty clothes. After washing, she would deliver them to the door of the room. The clothes were washed very clean and fragrant. The room was very quiet. After closing the window, the room was very quiet. The exclusive housekeeper Xiao Mumu was also very considerate and the service was thoughtful (◍•ᴗ•◍) But I didn’t find the lotion in the room. I hope it can be improved! Goodbye Shenzhen! It’s so hot!

I went to Hong Kong for business and originally planned to stay for only one night, but I found it more cost-effective to stay in Shenzhen the next day, so I extended my stay for another night. I think this is quite wise, because I don't need to go to Hong Kong the next day. You can't stay in such a good hotel in Hong Kong at three times the price. Although the room is not brand new, the bed and bedding are clean, and the room is clean and tidy. Overall, it is quite good. The meticulous and thoughtful service is another factor that makes people satisfied.
