Attendants in crisp uniforms greeted us with warm smiles, swiftly yet gently taking our luggage, ensuring a seamless transition from the car to our room. Their precise anticipation was truly astonishing – our needs were understood before we even had to articulate them, like having a silent guardian for our journey. The efficient front desk service was another delightful surprise. Staff greeted us with just the right smiles, their fingers gracefully dancing across the keyboard, completing ID verification and key card issuance in under three minutes. The streamlined process eliminated the usual anxiety of waiting, replaced instead by a smooth, refreshing experience. Particularly memorable was the exquisite service provided by our butler, Kitty. This stood in stark contrast to my recent experience at JW Marriott Hotel Macau, where umbrellas were available even after checkout. Given the recent severe weather conditions in Shenzhen - including black rainstorm warnings - this service would have been especially valuable. 3. **Swim Cap Policy** In my stays at JW Marriott hotels across multiple countries, I've never encountered a mandatory swim cap requirement in pool areas. This policy seems unusually restrictive compared to other properties in the brand.
