The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"This is my second time in Macau. Last time I stayed at The Parisian, but The Venetian this time? In three words: absolutely fantastic! 👏🌟 Firstly, the exterior is magnificent, and it's connected to The Londoner and The Parisian. Secondly, I stayed in a North Wing suite on the 30th floor this time. The room was huge, and everything from the bed and sofa to the bathroom was satisfying. The bathroom even had a vanity table, which was a nice touch. Furthermore, the service was well-organized, fast, and convenient. The day before, I stayed in Hong Kong at what turned out to be a 'fake' five-star hotel. This time, as soon as I arrived at the front desk, even though it was still midday, three staff members immediately assisted me. They confirmed my luggage storage, room preferences, and provided a detailed map with clear explanations. This allowed us to drop off our bags and start exploring right away. Plus, the room number was sent via SMS, room cards were issued in advance, and our luggage was delivered directly to the room. I can only say everything was perfect! Also, The Venetian's buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. They had pan-fried salmon and 'Buddha Jumps Over the Wall,' and I even found my favorite peach gum and white fungus soup. Everyone, from the security guards at the casino entrance to the staff in the restaurants and lobby, was incredibly nice. If the bottled water in the room ran out, you just scanned a code, and a server would bring it to your door instantly. Of course, my favorite part was the gondola ride. The artificial blue sky above was so realistic and beautiful! 🤩 A truly memorable experience."

Perfect
MM8171****Normally, I don't go out of my way to write hotel reviews; I usually just leave a rating. However, my stay at the Yiju Hotel was exceptionally good, so much so that I felt compelled to write a detailed review to praise them. I've probably stayed at hotels in a similar price range as Yiju about ten times, and this one truly stands out as the best and most memorable experience. First and foremost, the service attitude and attention to detail were outstanding. From the moment my taxi pulled up to the hotel entrance until I checked out and collected my luggage, every single staff member I encountered was warm, comforting, and provided thoughtful, emotionally enriching service. This included, but was not limited to, helping with luggage, seeing us off, offering welcome tea, meticulously explaining room details, and even tidying up charging cables during turndown service. Secondly, the breakfast (the restaurant service was excellent too). Each day featured unique breakfast dishes, and we even got to enjoy rare delicacies like abalone and fish maw stew, which you might not even find in a formal dinner. The overall quality was superb, almost comparable to a Michelin-starred fine dining experience. Lastly, the room itself was spacious, had a great view, and the facilities were clean, beautiful, and full of thoughtful details. Plus, there was a complimentary mini-bar. Many thanks to Yvonne, Patrick, Jacey, Kurt, Kiven, and all the other colleagues whose names I haven't yet remembered, for their enthusiastic service. I hope to visit again soon!

YYaoyaoduyaodeyaoLocation: It's just one light rail stop from the airport (you can buy tickets at the window using WeChat Pay or Alipay). From the hotel, you can walk through City of Dreams to reach The Londoner, MGM, Wynn Palace, The Venetian, and other key attractions. Ambiance: The room lighting is warm and inviting, it's clean, and the layout is well-designed. It features double sinks, a separate wet and dry area, and even bath salts are provided. Service: From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently proactive, enthusiastic, polite, and efficient. A big thank you to the two ladies who checked me in (their names are in the picture) – they introduced all the room facilities and explained the most convenient routes for getting around nearby. The gentleman at check-out also proactively asked if I needed to store my luggage, where I was going, and which bus to take, which made me, as a first-time visitor, feel very much at ease.

Wwujiani_AlinaOn the first day, during check-in, a staff member introduced us to the hotel, nearby transportation, and asked if we needed any extra items (as we were two adults and two children). The hotel staff thoughtfully prepared many items for the kids. We stayed for four days and three nights, and every day, used items were replenished, and if anything from the mini-bar (snacks/drinks) was consumed, it was also refilled. It's very kid-friendly; there's a Toy Story exhibit downstairs and a Don Quijote supermarket to browse. Highly recommended for families with children. The room assigned to us was also very quiet, ensuring a great rest. All the hotel staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and proactively asked if we needed any help! Highly impressed!

GGuest UserI really have to give this hotel a thumbs-up! Our family of four stayed here for three nights during a 6-day in-depth trip to Macau, and it was an excellent experience! Knowing I had two kids, they specially provided children's toiletries and bathrobes. There were free fruits and drinks every day. Downstairs, there's a small entertainment area, which was more than enough if you wanted to do some gambling. Let's talk about the hotel's facilities: there's a decent-sized swimming pool, which was nice; the large bathtub in the room could fit two children, and they even provided bath salts; there's also a small room inside for hanging clothes and storing luggage. The sea view from the window was very expansive. The hotel's shuttle bus goes to Studio City and City of Dreams, and the Venetian, Galaxy, Parisian, and Londoner are all in that area, which is very convenient. While the room wasn't as big as the Venetian's, I felt it was perfectly adequate. I'm sure it was a standard room, and the bed size was fine for two adults. I'll definitely book this hotel again on my next visit. I'm already looking forward to my next Macau trip!

Yyu RebeccaThe room was very spacious, clean, and tidy. I stayed in the Banyan Tree Tower on a high floor, and there were no strange odors. I booked a Cotai View room, and the service was excellent. Eating and shopping downstairs were incredibly convenient. On check-in day, I arrived around 3 PM. They initially said the view room would take 1-2 hours, so I planned to store my luggage and go out. However, after a quick restroom break, when I returned to drop off my bags, the front desk told me a room was already available. Overall, I was very satisfied. The second floor has the famous Lord Stow's Bakery (Andrew's Egg Tarts), and there was no queue. On the ground floor near the elevators, there's a Jade Restaurant, where the beef noodles were exceptionally delicious, and the staff were very welcoming. Checking out was a breeze; I just handed the card to the front desk staff in the lobby and left. Getting a taxi outside was also very easy. It's super convenient to visit the Londoner and Parisian hotels for night views and photos – just a short walk away. I wasn't offered a complimentary suite upgrade; they said it would cost an extra 500 MOP per night, which I declined as the view room was perfectly fine. Walking from the ground floor towards the food court area, you can catch the changing of the guards performance at The Londoner. Tim Ho Wan (添好运) Hong Kong-style dim sum is also nearby; it's very tasty but gets crowded, so you'll need to get a number and wait in line.

1118417****I've been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time, and I finally got the chance in Macau! The room layout is incredibly well-designed, and you can tell the hotel put a lot of thought into every detail. The 'fan' shaped chocolates were a delicious treat, and the Tower View room offered breathtaking scenery. I particularly loved the double vanity, which was a very convenient touch for guests. Coming back to the hotel at night felt just like coming home. The slippers were neatly placed, there was a sleep-aid tea on the coffee table, and a sweet dreams roll-on on the bedside table – every little detail felt warm and thoughtful. Since it was our anniversary, the hotel went the extra mile to decorate the room and even left a handwritten congratulatory card. It was incredibly thoughtful. This hotel is definitely worth staying at!

GGuest UserConnected to Grand Lisboa Palace, but with a distinctly more stylish vibe. The breakfast was excellent, a significant improvement over Grand Lisboa Palace's buffet. Perhaps it's because Karl Lagerfeld designed the hotel, but it felt a bit *too* fashionable, leading to some rather perplexing design choices – for example, the coffee machine was tucked away inside the TV cabinet.

HHulideyichuhexunlianWe requested a smoking room, but there was hardly any lingering smell, which was great. We stayed on the 17th floor, and the breakfast included a fantastic lobster buffet – truly all-you-can-eat! Downstairs, you can go shopping, and it's quite close to Wynn Palace. To get to Senado Square, there's no shuttle, so you'll need to take a taxi or other transportation. We paid 80 MOP for a taxi there. On the way back, we took a shuttle to another hotel and then walked the rest of the way. Overall, the breakfast offers much better value for money than the local cha chaan tengs, so it's definitely worth trying.

YYidanThis hotel was absolutely perfect for my child and me while attending a concert at the Galaxy Arena! It's just a few minutes' walk directly to the venue, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The concierge service was warm and attentive, and the front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, spoke so softly and kindly, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. After the concert, when I brought my child back to the room, we found it had already been meticulously tidied up – such a thoughtful touch! The hotel offers express check-out, saving us time when leaving. The beds were super comfortable for a good night's sleep, and there's a huge variety of food options downstairs. Plus, there's a direct passage to the LRT station, making our return to Hengqin Port in Zhuhai exceptionally easy.

GGuest UserOur family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Versace! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The luxurious ambiance and excellent service truly made it a memorable experience. The only minor issue was the slow bathroom water drainage, which caused some flooding after showers. However, it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay. Would definitely return for another luxurious getaway!
