He also arranged for the concierge to give me real-time updates, and my suitcase was returned very quickly. I'm incredibly grateful. I love The Upper House not only for its excellent location – quiet yet central – but primarily because all the staff are so genuinely kind and truly want to provide exceptional service. My girlfriend and I traveled from Hong Kong to celebrate our 2-year anniversary, and our stay at this hotel completely exceeded our expectations! I originally booked via Trip.com, but wanting to arrange a small surprise, I emailed the hotel directly about three days before our arrival. Ms. Jane Chong handled my request, and she went absolutely above and beyond. Not only did she arrange a beautifully warm and lovely room design for the surprise, but she also proactively shared fantastic local recommendations to help us build a memorable itinerary. Her assistance truly made our trip unforgettable. Throughout our stay, I was consistently impressed by the hotel’s meticulous attention to detail. For example, finding a glasses cleaning cloth provided in the room is a rare and thoughtful touch that most hotels overlook. The entire staff is exceptionally professional and well-trained; every team member who assisted us always made sure to ask if we had any other needs before finishing their service. I also want to give a massive shoutout to Trista at the front desk. Since it was our first time staying here, she gave us a wonderfully detailed walkthrough of the room services and amenities. Later, when she was helping us view a higher-tier room setup, she showed remarkable consideration. She arrived and waited silently outside our door 10 minutes early, purposely not knocking until the exact time just to ensure she didn't disturb our rest. This level of dedication, discretion, and personalized care is world-class. Staying in Morpheus has been a gorgeous experience for both my friend and me. Both its architecture and service are top-notch! We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm. The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it. The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable! I've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up: 1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong] 2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional. 3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting. 4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.

Perfect score for Altira Macau! It was our wedding anniversary, and after we made a note, the hotel thoughtfully decorated our room with balloons. The whole room was warm, romantic, and instantly gave us that celebratory feeling – a delightful surprise and so comforting. The service exceeded our expectations in its attentiveness. They proactively added an extra bed for our child free of charge and thoughtfully delivered a delicate mini-cake and a fresh fruit platter. Every little detail was incredibly heartwarming, and we were truly touched. The room itself was spacious and grand, not at all cramped. The bathroom featured an extra-large round bathtub, big enough for two people to soak in! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an absolutely stunning view of Macau's cityscape and ocean, making the experience incredibly comfortable. We could even watch the night view from the sofa. The mattress was soft and great for sleeping, and there was plenty of space for our family. Overall, the service was gentle and meticulous, and the facilities were luxurious and comfortable. It's our top choice for an anniversary family trip, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Macau!

My first stay at Conrad was absolutely amazing, exceeding all my expectations! They truly treat guests like royalty. The staff's hospitality made me feel right at home. I was initially worried my requests wouldn't be handled properly, but the hotel thoughtfully arranged the room exactly as I asked. This was my second stay here, and this classic hotel definitely lives up to its reputation! The service is attentive, and the cleanliness is impeccable, making for a very reassuring stay. The breakfast buffet was perfectly to my taste, with a wide variety of options, and they were quick to replenish dishes. The hotel's design is also very thoughtfully done, with beautiful views everywhere you look. The only minor hiccup was that, coming from inland, we occasionally had a bit of trouble understanding the local staff's Mandarin, but they were incredibly patient throughout our interactions, so it didn't affect our experience at all. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Booked this hotel nearby for my sister's TF Sports Meet! Everything exceeded our expectations in the best way possible! From check-in, we were already so impressed with the hotel's service. The bed was incredibly comfortable – a real lifesaver for someone like me who struggles with severe insomnia! I was drifting off to sleep within half an hour. Housekeeping was also impeccable, and breakfast was delicious! It was an amazing experience, and this will definitely be our top choice for our next trip to Macau!

Take bus 21A directly to the hotel. Hotel Guide: 1. This hotel is mostly frequented by foreigners and Hong Kongers, making it relatively quiet. The hotel used to be a Westin. Although it's a bit old, it's well-maintained, and there's no musty smell from the room carpets. All rooms are sea-view rooms. You can check in early around 11 AM. A big thank you to Jenny at the front desk for her excellent service. 2. Hotel breakfast can be purchased on Ctrip for 91 RMB per person. The group meal deals on Dianping are a good value, and the Chinese restaurant has tasty food. 3. There are Portuguese restaurants near the hotel if you have a higher budget. 4. Hotel recreational facilities include swimming, table tennis, basketball, chess, billiards, a children's play area, and more. 5. The hotel has a bus, 21A, with two stops, east and west bound. Make sure to check the direction before boarding. Check the 'Bus Stop Reporter' app to see when the bus is approaching, then head out. Although the intervals might seem long, the bus arrives quickly because it doesn't stop if no one is getting on or off. Remember to download MPAY; you'll need to top it up with MOP cash. Bus rides get a half-price discount, but there's no discount for the light rail. It's a quick ride to Coloane Village, passing Hac Sa Beach and Cheoc Van Villas. 6. The hotel offers four daily complimentary shuttle buses to Grand Lisboa Palace.

This hotel in old Macau is really great overall. The rooms are spacious and grand, the king-size bed is comfortable and soft, and the amenities are complete. The surrounding facilities and transportation are also very convenient.
