GGuest UserThe front desk staff were incredibly sweet and spoke fluent Mandarin throughout our check-in. For check-in, you'll need your HKSAR/Macau SAR Entry Permit plus the immigration landing slip. You can store your luggage for free (the storage area is to the right of the front desk), so if you arrive early, you can drop off your bags and go explore. There's also a coffee shop in the lobby where you can grab a drink while you wait. They even upgraded our room for free and gave us two key cards! The bathroom was clean, bright, and odor-free, with a smart toilet, shower, and even disposable toilet seat covers. Special shout-out to Susie, Yoyo, Leo, and Erica!

GGuest UserFirst off, the lobby was very clean and comfortable, and the front desk service was excellent—the staff spoke standard Mandarin and were very patient. The room layout was spacious, clean, and tidy. I stayed for three days, and they cleaned the room and provided complimentary water every day! The hotel's location is also superb, with a bus stop right downstairs, making travel very convenient! There are also many great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Yang Zhi Jin Lao, which is just downstairs from the hotel. Overall, my Macau trip experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose ECARD Hotels again on my next visit to Macau!

They even provide a free shuttle to Gongbei Port, which saved us a lot of time and money. It's super convenient to get around, and there are plenty of dining options nearby!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Grand Lisboa, and popular attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's are also easily accessible within a ten-minute walk. A big plus is the included breakfast, which is clean, healthy, and very convenient.

QQuwandawanquI was pleasantly surprised when I checked in – the room looked even better than the pictures! It's not huge, but everything is arranged perfectly, and all the furnishings are new and spotless. They don't even require a deposit for check-in. It's located right across from a university, which makes it feel very safe, and it's wonderfully quiet at night, so I slept soundly. The pillows were super comfortable, and the staff were really welcoming and patient with all my questions. A truly great hotel! ✅

MMinorLoganThe facilities are a bit old, and the soundproofing isn't great. Also, because it's so close to the airport, we couldn't open the windows, which led to a slight musty smell in the room. However, the big advantage is that it's just across the road from the airport, and it's super convenient to get to most places by light rail or car. For the price, I'd say it offers pretty good value for money.

AAichiroudeThe front desk was very accommodating and allowed us to check in half an hour early. Our sea-view room had an amazing view with a very open vista. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff did a great job cleaning it every day. The soundproofing isn't the best; we could hear guests next door talking during the day, but thankfully, everyone was quiet at night. The location is also quite convenient; it's just a 7-8 minute walk across the sky bridge to Galaxy. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely stay here again if I come back to Macau.

GGuest UserI brought my child to Macau for a competition and only stayed one night. This room type has one large bed and a sofa bed, which was perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. The room was clean and quite spacious. It's very close to the Border Gate and Qingmao Port, just a 13-minute walk away. Across the road downstairs is the Lai Lai Supermarket, and on the second floor of the hotel, there's a Chinese restaurant with reasonable prices, making it very convenient. Both the front desk and room service staff spoke Mandarin and were very friendly.
