NNibieshaleaLocation: The location is excellent. It's about a five-minute walk to Senado Square, then another three minutes to St. Dominic's Church, and seven minutes more to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Next door is Yaohan department store, and across the street is Macau Square. The central shuttle bus stop is right downstairs. It's a five-minute walk to the old Grand Lisboa, and then another five minutes through an underpass to Wynn.
Facilities: My room type had a small bathroom with only a bathtub for showering. The toilet was behind the door, which made it a bit cramped. The mini-bar fridge offered two drinks, a beer, and a packet of crisps for free. However, only two small bottles of drinking water were provided daily.
Service: During the May Day holiday, they allowed a half-hour late check-out. I booked breakfast at the front desk the night before for MOP 88 per person. The Chinese and Western buffet, though not extensive, was decent.
The first time I visited, I stayed in Taipa. This time, I stayed on the Peninsula. If I visit for a third time and stay on the Peninsula again, I might choose this hotel.

YYaoyaoxiaotaoThe room was beautiful and spotless. All the toiletries were L'Occitane. The front desk staff were professional and spoke good Mandarin. I tried breakfast one day; it's on the top floor. The food was tasty, but the space was a bit small. For the rest of my stay, I walked across the plaza next to the Sands to Governor Marques de Aguiar Avenue, where there are several cha chaan tengs (Hong Kong-style diners) nearby. If you walk one more block, there are more large restaurants, which is where I had dinner every night. Every day when I returned to the room, I would sit on the balcony and enjoy the sea breeze. It was really comfortable. I've already recommended it to my relatives and friends.

We were a family of three with a child under two years old. When I booked, I didn't specify that I needed a bed rail. However, during check-in, the front desk staff noticed my child and proactively offered a bed rail. After they arranged for an attendant, she not only brought the bed rail but also moved and combined the beds for us – truly fantastic! I will definitely stay here again!!
There was some construction outside, so I asked the front desk to arrange a higher floor, and the noise wasn't noticeable at all. The view from the window was also pleasant during our downtime.
There are plenty of dining options nearby. If you're looking for convenience and a relaxed stay, this place is perfect. However, if it's your first time in Macau and your main goal is shopping and visiting landmark attractions, it might be more suitable to stay near the Ruins of St. Paul's.

PPandagal21The Line friends themed room was spacious with great amenities. Bed was a little on the soft side but otherwise a lovely stay. Hotel employees were super friendly. We had a lovely quiet tea at the cafe. The matcha Swiss roll was delicious. There are plenty of great coffee shops downstairs where you can enjoy a chillaxing afternoon

GGary H.K. ChanIt was our anniversary and Gary at reception offered us a lte check out since we arrived at the hotel quite late. We were also upgraded together with a free red wine as our gift and we were thrilled and we were further offered 2 complimentary breakfast althought we didn't use att the end. I found out that I didn't take my airpods with me at the time when I checked out and we went to lunch. I came back and then 2 receptionists helped me out and called the room to bring it back down even after checkout, I m so pleased by the services Ascott provided me and to us.
Thank you very much and I will for sure come again.
Btw the room we stayed was really nice spacious and comfortable.

WWinnieNNI had been planning a trip to Macau when I came across this place—and instantly fell in love with it. The setting is stunning, offering both beach and mountain views. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and every day I spent there felt warm and inviting. Everything was excellent, from transportation to food to overall service. Truly a 10/10 experience—I would absolutely recommend it.

It's super convenient for getting things done, there are lots of food options nearby, and it's easy to get to the border crossing. Plus, the hotel offers shuttle service. JJiaowocaishaoyeBooked the fairly affordable Grand Hyatt during the May Day holiday. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the bed could be moved, which was convenient when traveling with two kids. The hotel offers shuttle buses to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge port and the airport, though the schedule is quite limited. Compared to the newer, larger hotels, this one offers great value for money and is definitely recommended.

SStu JenesonThis is a great hotel located directly across the road from Macau airport departures.
Transport to visit all parts of Macau is plentiful with bus AP1 and 51 or 51x some good options for getting to the historic centre.
Rooms are as you would expect for the price and if you like a fantastic view of the airport try to get higher floors and even numbers...our was 712!.
One thing to note is there was a musty smell in parts of the hotel but for a couple of nights it shouldn't be a problem.

Ppeggy7758Our room was on a higher floor, so it was pretty quiet with minimal noise. Overall, the room was clean, though the facilities were a bit dated. The main drawback was the air conditioning at night; it was very loud and constantly rattling. Everything else was generally acceptable.
When calling a taxi from the front desk, there were often issues with the line being busy. If you urgently need a car, it's best to check if someone is getting out of a taxi at the entrance, or head over to the taxi stand at Galaxy, or use their dedicated ride service.
The location isn't right next to Galaxy, but it's still quite close. We were able to walk to Rua da Cunha (Taipa Village) in the evening and back from there without any trouble. The Grand Hyatt Residences are right next door, as is the Inn Hotel Yacht.
