My family loved and will miss this hotel so much and overall made our trip so memorable and wonderful. It's not a 5 star hotel though as we were looking for a good location local warm feel. Our family theme room were nice and clean with provided slippers is a really awesome thought.
Staff were very helpful and the free supper every night is a plus point why you should pick this hotel. The breakfast were good too but everyday same for 8 days were a bit bored so we decided sometimes to eat out as well. They provide good food for lunch and dinner as well as the famous Beijing duck is equivalent as good as outside any restaurant yet cheap. Hotel also provides free laundry. All I can say is this hotel boss is very generous and Yes definitely will come back to stay again shall we visit Beijing in the coming future. š
Everything about this hotel is good I would totally recommend its cozy. The staff are very helping. The room are good they are clean they provide you with everything

This hotel scores excellent in every categories as it exceeded all our expectations and had helped make our Beijing holiday trip such a memorable and great visit.
Firstly, it is directly accessible from the international airport to the Sanyuanqiao metro line, a five minute walk from exit D.
And with this metro line connections, we were able to conveniently visited all the major attraction places just using the metro lines, except for the Great Wall attraction.
For visiting the Badaling Great Wall, one can use the metro to Qinghe station to connect to the Qinghe Railway station to goes to Badaling Great Wall Station.
Next, the staffs, especially the front desk service staffs there were very polite and helpful with our enquiries, making our stay very pleasant.
Thanks also to the room cleaning service for making sure that our room is always kept clean and comfortable with fresh towels and clean bedsheets.
The hotel provides ammenities like a gym, laundry room, superb washroom, billiard table, gaming equipment to cater to all ages and different types of visitors.
Breakfast is optional but we booked with breakfast and enjoyed the good spread of food selection every morning. Free dim sum supper were available from 10.00 to 11.00 pm.
Overall, our holiday had been exceptionally enjoyable, relaxed and memorable with our hotel stay at CitiGo.
This is my first truly thorough review, and it completely changed my perception of five-star hotels, especially for a new property that's only been open for just over a year. I understand that a hotel near an airport should primarily cater to business travelers, but this one felt far too basic. I won't even dwell on how small it was, or that the bathroom only provided two sets of disposable toothbrushes. But surely, hygiene should meet basic standards?
The restroom had a distinct urine smell, and the shower drain was clogged. Since we made a last-minute decision to stay and arrived late, we discovered the bedding was extremely damp and requested a change. By the time the replacement arrived, it was already very late. The kids needed to sleep, so after they got ready for bed, we put them to sleep first.
After the kids showered, water spilled all over the floor. Not wanting to call customer service again and disturb their sleep, I decided to inspect it myself. I found that the drain wasn't just clogged; it was completely uncleaned and packed with hair. The thought of my children having to shower with their feet wading in that water makes me sick to my stomach. I was utterly speechless.

Cleanliness: Overall pretty clean but I wish they would change the sheets/pillows since it seems like housekeeping only folds them back into place
Location: Great location if you are looking to shop since its only a few steps away from a big mall and other touristy shops
Service: Employees are really nice and quick to assist you
Amenities: The bathroom was really nice since it actually had a door which locks + the standing shower is decently big, but the sink is outside of the bathroom. There are only 2 elevators though you usually donāt have to wait long depending on the time of day ^^

We came to Beijing on a family trip and stayed comfortably at this hotel for five days.
After visiting Universal Studios, the Great Wall, and the Summer Palace for a day each, I always felt comfortable and relaxed when I returned to my hotel room, which was always well-organized.
I'd like to express my special thanks to Qi Xui Cai.
I'll definitely be making this hotel my top priority for my next family trip to Beijing.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. It was a good base for us to explore beijing for 5 days. The hotel room had been renovated not long ago, so everything was new looking. Room was spacious, space for luggage, bathroom equipped with a shower and bathtub. Room was serviced everyday, well clean by 儳士éęµ·č±. She was observant and added a personal touch by adding kids toothbrush sets for us. The hotel also has a gym with sufficient equipment, comes with an indoor pool too. Buffet was decent too, plenty of food.
Subway: it was about 4mins walk to the elevator(beside adidas) down to jing yu hu tong station, line 8. Deng shi kou, line 5 can be reached too in 7mins.
Location: hotel located at the end of the wang fu jing pedestrian street. Malls line the street. Apm mall in the middle, roughly a 12mins walk from apm mall to hotel.
Overall, the hotel is value for money. But if require subway to be right below the hotel then this hotel might not be so suitable. If 5mins is ok then go for it!

I highly recommend this unique and incredibly maintained hotel. My room was just perfect for me featuring a super comfy bed, a lounging chair and coffee/tea table. The toiletries were of very good quality. My room was refreshed daily with clean towels and bottled water.
The atmosphere of the restaurant area and roof top garden area made me feel like I was whisked away to a tropical oasisā¦.complimented by the amazing hospitality of the staff, notable Murphy and Lee da Nee.
A special thank you to Murphy who assisted with event reservations and helping me to navigate my way around Beijing!
I will definitely book there again on my next trip to Beijing!

So far very satisfied with this apartment, the owner provides complete directions to the location, how to enter the apartment. The environment in this apartment building is safe, not noisy and I feel comfortable going in and out of the apartment.
The apartment area is very large for a price that is still affordable for the area. Complaints about a slightly damaged door were responded to quickly by the owner and immediately repaired when we arrived.
.
Beds, towels and toiletries are complete like hotel standards and even exceed their completeness. It's just that there are no kitchen utensils, only paper cups are provided. Microwave and small stove are available.
.
The location is very close to supermarkets, small malls and not too far from the Sanlitun area. My conclusion is that I highly recommend this apartment.

AAnton26Staff were caring and just amazing. My flight was delayed by a number of hours and to arrive at the hotel at 04:40am and be greeted with a smiling face and asked if I needed anything was greatly appreciated. The room was fabulous. Bed was super comfortable. Pillows were just right and sheets were divine. Bathroom was well appointed with amenities and spotless. Breakfast was excellent, with options for everyoneās dietary requirements.
I donāt care if the carpets need refreshing or the rooms are (apparently) in need of renovation/upgrade. I will remember the great service I received from kind staff. I will most definitely return on my next trip to Beijing! Thank you staff!

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby and halls are very beautifully designed, kind of in an ornate antique style. It's an amazing hotel for such a low price!, and it looks even better in person than it does in the photos!Ā
My room was upgraded for free since I'm staying for one night, and it's super comfy and clean, no cigarette smells or sewage smells. The location is also really great, right in the middle of a tourist hub, but near a main street so you can easily get a ride.Ā
I was dropped off at a side street using didi, so I would recommend setting your drop-off location manually on didi, to the exit of the street this hotel is on.

SSophia YijiaAmazing location right in front of Qianmen åéØ, very clean, great facilities. Excellent service, everyone here was so nice and proactively helpfulšš¼. Highlight definitely is the courtyards and the style of the rooms if you will - what a unique experienceāØ. Only feedback for improvement is that a) trouble with phone signal for text messages/data in the rooms and b) slightly challenge connecting to wifi because you needed the text message verification...but don't forget you have trouble with phone signalš ... but once it was sorted it was fine. (Also, however, apparently this may have something to do with the location being so close to Tiananmen Square?) And finally - if anyone is coming from overseas, we had trouble paying with foreign credit card as their machine was broken - and ended up having to pay with Alipay (3% international card fee for payments ļ¼ 200 RMB), but the staff's attitude was really nice. Hopefully they fix their foreign credit card machine š

GGuest UserHad a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Our room was very spacious. The gym was huge and well equipped. The location is a little further out from the centre but well worth a stay if you donāt mind the 45 mins travel in.

SShahjada Imran KhanMy overall experience at the hotel was positive. The location is convenient and close to the metro, making it easy to get around. The room was decent for a solo traveler. I must highlight the outstanding service and hospitality of the two receptionists (02 girls); they were incredibly helpful in booking tickets for local attractions and were friendly, with a good understanding of English.

AaceeeeExcellent location, just a short 3-5 minute walk to the entrance of the railway station. Room amenities were basic but functional. Staff were also friendly and helpful in giving directions š Only slight downside would be that the noise insulation isnāt the best, some noise from the corridor or other rooms could be heard, but wasnāt a huge issue for me as it was fairly quiet most of the time. Would recommend for a short, value-for-money stay!

GGuest UserWith an early flight the next day, I chose the China Southern Pearl Hotel near Daxing Airport. It's conveniently located, just over a kilometer from the airport terminal. There's also underground parking available. The room was spotless, the facilities were good, it was very quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although it's a large hotel, I didn't have time to try the breakfast. Overall, I was very satisfied. My favorite part was the hotel's 24-hour shuttle service, which transports guests between the airport and the hotel. It runs twice an hour and is always punctual.
GGuest UserThe hotel has warm service, clean and tidy, and a superior location, which makes it very convenient to go to the Old Summer Palace and the Summer Palace. The hotel staff is warm and helpful, and the room price is very affordable, with high cost performance!
