"Short stay over 2022/2023 New Year holiday weekend. Location was ok, about 10 minutes walk from a MRT station.
Hotel was packed during the stay, the lobby, overcrowded small breakfast lounge and most places were too small to accommodate if there were more than a few guests at one time.
The food during breakfast was very nice for me, and the staff were busy preparing and refilling the food that got finished very quickly.
Most of the staff were ok, but would not interact or or help much; probably due to the amount of workload. The rooms were decent to good. Price was average to high, but also due to holiday period.
One biggest unpleasantness was during check-out, with a crowded lobby and staff seemingly very eager for me to leave immediately after return of room card. No chance of leaving any baggage till later part of the day, and I got spot-checked and shooed immediately by the guard when I put down my bag to take my belongings, the moment I stepped out of the hotel entrance. The check-out experience and overcrowding during full occupancy, was unpleasant for a probably ok hotel."

Room - Big for 2 person. We got two different rooms for 4 person. My room is better as the bathroom and toilet is separated.

"Super nice and quiet hotel. Prime location that's just a few minutes walk away from Raohe Night Market. It's also a quick walk away from the train and metro station. The room is clean, only quirky part is that the basin/sink is outside of the toilet (i.e. in the room on the long desk table). But no issues with that at all. Even though it's near Raohe Night Market, it's behind it, so it's definitely not noisy. You can get good quality sleep at night. No worries at all. Will definitely recommend this hotel for those that want to stay in a prime location when visiting Taipei."

AAmos_CGreat location. Easily assessable from Taipei Main Station, about 5 min by car (if there’s no traffic jam). Walking distance to nearby night market & shopping area. Lots of eateries nearby. Not forgetting the convenience of a 7-11 beside the hotel entrance.
Good breakfast selection. Only issue is that the breakfast seating area is rather limited as it’s also the lounge area for the check-in & check-out.
They also prepare a birthday card & goodies for my boys who were celebrating their birthdays. Very thoughtful.
Highly recommend to stay here.

Aaxxvxxn**5-Star Stay – Excellent Hotel!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My stay was wonderful! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with great view! I arrived around 10am. The c/i time is after 2pm, so I went to Ximending first. Due to extreme hot weather, I decided to go back to the hotel around 1pm and wait for my room to be ready. As I was waiting outside, Amber approached me and helped to do my c/in. Very thoughtful as it was really hot outside. The location was perfect—close to attractions yet quiet at night.
Would definitely stay here again—**highly recommend** for a relaxing and enjoyable trip!

GGuest UserThe room is suitable for a solo traveler. If you go with a company, you may have difficulty opening/storing the luggage. The location is really convenient since it’s just a few minutes' walk to Taipei Main Station, various shops, Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, and under-street malls. The room is generally clean, especially the bathroom, but the edges and corners of the desk are dusty. I’d return to this place when I visit Taipei again given it’s affordable and accessible.

The hotel is refurbished, 7 min walk from/to the train station (brown line and green line) 2 train stops from the airport,TSA, Taipei Songshan Airport, mostly domestic flights.
Staff are very welcome and friendly 👍
The hotel doesn't have restaurant on site, breakfast is a burger (it's good).

JjikookStayed their for 6days and 5nights in a all female bedroom! I love how big their basements are where you can eat and have work peacefully. Also its not that far from ximending, its like 3 mins walk!! And there’s a station nearby too connected to ximending station. If i ever to go back in taiwan, I would definitely choose this hotel again. Safe for solo female travelers ❤️ I already recommended this to my friends. Love from PH 🇵🇭

AAnonymous UserPerfect location. Room is comfortable enough for a short stay in Taipei. It is near convenience stores, cafes, restaurants and about 2 to 3 minutes away from Ximending. It offers buffet breakfast too which offer a wide variety of food options (I like that they offer hot pot during breakfast) my only recommendation is maybe they should give their staff additional training in customer service as they do not greet you when go in or outside of the hotel.

AAhmad Nazir NazariGood location. Opposite of Taipei Main Station which you can find MRT, HSR, Airport Train and local buses. Taipei Main Station is really huge. If you happen to be here, please find Station Front Mall to locate exit to the hotel which is Z2 and Z4 which will lead you to the hotel building. Find Asia Plaza tower and use elevator to go to level 7 where the receptionist counter located. A lot of convenience store Family mart, 7-11 and fast food nearby. Walking distance to Ximending. Will book again in the future.

SsenibolsMe and my friends recently stayed at this hotel and really impressed by the excellent service and location. The staff were friendly and even allowed us to leave our baggages before check-in and after check-out time. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and dining options especially in ximending area.
However, the amenities were somewhat limited and understandable due to their enviromental rules. The cleanliness was mostly good, but I did notice a few minor issues, like some left bottle under the bed. Rooms weren't very soundproof and could hear noises from neighboring room which made it harder to relax at times. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for great service and a prime location, will def come back
