The hotel has excellent facilities, and there's a light rail station right outside, which is really convenient. The room was very clean, and they even have a free laundry room. It's very close to Sanya Bay, just a 15-minute walk to the beach. The lobby bar is also a lovely spot for tea; the atmosphere is fantastic. Highly recommend!

This time I stayed at Hengtong Gloria Resort Hotel, the overall experience was excellent. Whether it was the front desk check-in, the guest rooms or the dining, I was impressed.
The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, especially Ms. Du and the room mate were particularly enthusiastic. From check-in to check-out, they patiently answered my questions, making me feel at home.
The guest room environment is very comfortable, the room layout is simple and warm, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it is particularly comfortable to sleep. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and the toiletries are complete and of high quality. The hotel's sound insulation is also very good. It is so quiet at night that I can hear my own breathing, which makes me sleep very well. Open the curtains and you can see the beautiful scenery of Taihu Lake, which makes people overjoyed.
The dining aspect is even more surprising. The breakfast is rich and varied, with Chinese porridge, Western bread, fresh fruits and various hot foods to meet the needs of different tastes. The dishes for lunch and dinner are also very distinctive, with fresh ingredients and exquisite cooking techniques. Every dish is delicious and fragrant. In particular, the hotel's signature dish, pickled pepper bullfrog, has a mellow taste and endless aftertaste, which makes me praise it.
If I have a chance next time, I will definitely come here again.

Five-star review: First, upon arrival, the hotel proactively upgraded me to a suite free of charge, which was much larger and more comfortable than the originally booked double room; second, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and I enjoyed it immensely; third, the hotel parking lot was spacious, and there were many charging stations nearby; fourth, a special thank you to the lovely receptionist for the free room upgrade—she was kind and helpful, a big thumbs up!!
